Always a great time my Disneyland THE PENDLETON SHOP last time I went I asked for Dave. I was told he was gone. Let me tell you he is missed, would go there to get me a Pendleton or two and look for Dave or David. I hope anyway I'm bad when it comes to names Great guy Jennifer has cashed me out a few times let me tell you she is a saleswoman always asking do you like this I'm like I love them all. THE WHARF IS THE SPOT FOR ME JUST GOOD OL PEOPLE THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE SEE YOU ALL SOON

My mother and I typically go for the animal/pet supply side 97% of the time. My sister likes their clothing and hats so the clothing section is nice as well.However this is my review of the pet supply side.Genuinely- one of the best, friendliest and down to earth crew around. Whenever we bring our dogs, they always say hello and have a chat with us. They have a ton of stuff that you really can’t find at a typical pet store (think petco in this case). They’re very understanding as well. Dogs have accidents or wanna be sneaky and see and smell good stuff around so they try to grab.I personally think the crew at The Wharf deserve so much credit and recognition for being such a welcoming place to go and get pet supplies. I honestly don’t think I can say anything truly “wrong” or “negative” about the Wharf. They’re a great company, my mom is part of their loyalty/rewards program where after a certain amount of purchases of let’s say dog food- she gets a bag free. Again- the crew at the Wharf deserve massive kudos for being a great and friendly team. Wishing great success and continue to be a good place to go for pet food and supplies.

This place is really fantastic and their prices are reasonable. Their customer service is fantastic and something that you will not get online! They have a fabulous selection for anything with two or more legs or anything with feathers or fur. It is a must-stop for any animal lover.

I love the wharf. The wharf has so many items to choose. The have cute boots, shoes, clothes, and hats. There are so many options there. 10/10 would recommend

Great place to shop for all your pet needs. I went in looking for a shot kit for our new puppy “9 weeks old” and I was helped right away with EXACTLY everything I needed. Great people and wonderful customer service.

They must get a lot of theft, because they are overly obvious about it. I feel SO uncomfortable, because they will have someone walk up to me and watch my every move. It is so hard to shop when there is a woman watching your every move from less than 3 feet away from you. I think it is horrible that thieves ruin it for everyone else and make a horrible shopping experience. I have over 6 figures in the bank. Not interested in stealing, so being treated like I am going to pocket something makes me annoyed. I think I am targeted, because I have high functioning autism and my mannerisms are not “normal”Anyway, I won’t shop here again. I used to spend over 300 at a time on trips here, but the experience is uncomfortable- so I won’t be back.I advise they only bother the people who they actually see steal and not someone trying to browse for a nice shopping experience, because my husband said I could pick anything I want for our anniversary. I told my my husband after they rang up our purchase that I want to go else where for special occasions.

I bought my new cowboy boots from the Wharf and I could not be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. The store has a laid back “surf town” vibe while selling an amazing selection of western wear products. My new boots immediately were put to the test on a frisky gelding and I felt safe and secure in my new boots!!

What I love the most about their pet store is they don't tend to sell animals. I wish chain stores would move away from the same. It isn't ethical. Besides that, it is a convenient location in my city to get all our small animal supplies that we cannot get at a good price online.Please never get rid of your orchard/timothy mixed hay bales. Our guinea pigs are obsessed with it and buying online is not ideal for our in-home rescue. Due to Covid, it has been hard to maintain online subscriptions, so we switched to local bales. The only negative I have is I know it's out of their control, but sometimes it has been hard to find the bales in stock or fresh and green.Edit: What I'm not loving lately is their mini bales of timothy hay. For the last three months the hay has been filled with fox tails and extremely dusty. The fox tails are bigger now and easier to remove from fleece, but still. The hay is more dust and small bits than hay. Dust is everywhere. It's really hard to manage. PLEASE tell your supplier to fix their quality. Before this was orchard grass (sweeter and stringier type of hay) with lots of brown patches and so filled with fox tails our rescues' fleece was covered.Also when a girl answered once before I went there and said their hay was perfectly fine when it was so yellow there was no way our animals would touch it, that's not perfectly fine.Edit 2: The hay quality never improved. The employees never seem to know what type of hay the bales are made of either. The bales remain poor quality with a lot of dead strands, dust, and different types of hay mixed in each time. Never purchase bales from the supplier Mountain Sunrise.

Cute items, great prices, friendly staff, clean store. Couldn't ask for more! Well maybe more bunny toys/treats selection but other than that, worth stopping in for your pets. They have everything from small animals to birds to livestock needs.

I called the pet and feed store and asked if they had Frontline Flea control for dogs. They said they did, so I went to purchase. When I got there, they said they didn't have Frontline. They had Steel Coat instead. They said Steel Coat bought out Frontline. Well, I wasn't sure about that, and my dog suffers from seizures, so I have to be careful what I use. I chose not to purchase and went to Petco, which I don't like to do, and they said they had not heard anything about Frontline being bought out. I have nothing against this store, but their employees need to be honest about what they are selling. They don't know if they could be hurting a dog with medical conditions by not being honest about what they are selling.

Went to Dr. Ron's mobile vet clinic and then inside the Warf to allow my pups to shop for treats. I like the Warf it is family owned, shop local, with everything you need.

This has always been a nice place to shop. In addition to their main building with clothing they also have a building across the parking lot that has pet and livestock supplies and a gift shop amongst other things.

This is a very nice place to shop, I found the quality was extremely high. The staff was great when I could not find a Carhartt shirt I wanted to gift, there was help everywhere. Plus I found Uggs for children to gift here also! It made it easy to get everything for my family.

I love the Wharf the staff is a always nice and helpful however I bought my cockatiels seed from there and keep it in a waterproof container and I found bugs and maggots in it! I recommend the store just don’t buy the bulk seed they have.
