Olive & Penelope’s lifetime groomers.Recently Jacob & Francine bought and has picked up the torch of this community benefit business.An ever-so-slight preference learning curve, by third appointment, our Twins are as adorable as ever, and we are so pleased.For us, the transition is near seamless.*Our Dirls (doggy girls) have appointments every 3 weeks

I brought my fur baby here not too long ago and it was the best decision I could have made! Francine was able to fit her in last minute and did such an amazing job taking care of my baby! Not only did she look great but she came out so happy! You can tell Francine and Jake take great pride and enjoy what they do. So glad you guys are here, the pet stop will have a long and prosperous run with you two there!

Taking my dogs to The Pet Stop grooming was the best choice made for my animals . Francine and Jake are great and impersonal folks with great communication . I felt comfortable and my dogs were extremely clean and happy when it was time for pick up ! We can’t wait to be back ! Thank you Francine and Jake !

The new owners gave my mom the wrong dog, then argued with her about it. Then, said new owner called me and further proved they do not care one bit about proper, or even half way decent customer service. WILD!!!!Edit: It’s funny that before I left a review, there were none for the new ownership. All of the sudden now, one hour after I leave mine, there are two glowing reviews.All the best to the new owners and any dog family that bring their babes here.Helpful advice; maybe bring a photo of the dog you dropped off with them when you come to pick your fur babe up….
