The owner of this pet shop is like an angel who knows everyone in the pet world and is so kind and loving and amazing. She will talk to you and connect with you and she's so helpful beyond selling me a collar or dog food. Her treats are healthy, and the birthday cake made from doggie biscuits is so adorable. We are going to get one when our dog turns 2. Great parking, seat to find. Our dog peed on her display and she wasn't mad at all, she laughed it off and then didn't want me to clean it. She's a really great person and the store is full of healthy, good stuff for pets. My dog didn't want to leave!

Sat out front with opening time at 11an waiting for someone to arrive. Watched others come and go, as well. Left, ran an errand, returned (out of my way) at 11:30 and still closed. Posted hours should be followed. The girls and I were shopping for Christmas. Their loss. The Wharf's gain!

Hello,We were recommended to this place by Vickie’s pampered pet and I am so thankful we were!My boy Axel was having an upset stomach and lots of diarrhea for 3 days and his poops were awful!I went to the store and they recommended me, “ Diggin-Firm up! Pumpkin”. It worked!!!! He is back to normal after the first try! Thank you so much for your help and your product! We are back to having a happy dog!

Marnie, Sailor, and Skipper run a tight ship. The store is small compared to the mega chain stores out there, but you can find everything you need and get excellent customer service which you do not get at the mega chain stores. My dog, Buddy, and I never shop anywhere else!

My daughter turned me on to sailor and Friends. They have a unique variety of foods they have fresh they have freeze dried and all kinds of little treats and they also offer dental cleaning I'm not sure if it's only once a month or twice a month I with no anesthesia. If you're in a pinch she will also deliver and that's really great for some of the older customers who sometimes just can't get out. She guarantees her products she has cute little birthday outfits Halloween outfits birthday cakes cookies I don't know what all I was but I really enjoy shopping there.

If I could rate this place higher I absolutely would. The owner is lovely and is SO knowledgeable and helpful. She really knows her stuff and only sells the best the pet market has to offer. Plenty of variety as far as raw, freeze-dried, wet and dry as well as other goodies that she offers (not to mention all the ocean themed toys she has 😍). 11/10 Would HIGHLY recommend!

We love supporting small, local businesses. Sailor and Friends is by far the best pet store. The owner is wonderful and knowledgeable. She always answers your questions and educates you about all the different food options and newest pet products. The store is small, but she has everything you need from dog food, cat food, treats, toys, and pet products. Amazing customer service. You will not be disappointed.

Such a great pet food store. Sailor makes personal appearances and accepts pets from all. Owner and staff super friendly. They have a frequent but club thing and track your purchases for you. Just perfectly low key and exactly what we need.

Great place to get baked treats for your furry friends. They have awesome doggy ice cream, which has been awesome in this heat wave. Definitely pop in for a visit if you have a chance

I also love that they have beautiful handmade cards available from artist Samantha Nelson, as well as pet food, treats & accessories. What a great store!

Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been helpful and friendly. Marnie went out of her way to help us out by ordering a wet food that my picky cat is attached to but wasn’t available anywhere locally. They were also able to get it in 2 days, which was amazingly fast and made my week easier.

I found this great little (BIG) boutique while I was on break from my classes at the college next door. Little because it's a small shop but big because they have a lot of selections. My little yorky especially loves their Taste of the Wild varieties. They made a loyal customer out of me.

Wonderful place. Wonderful owner. Very knowledgeable about products and animals. I asked about my dog only liking certain pieces of the food I buy her and she recommended that I try what she using. Came home and immediately let my animals try it. They love it!

Certainly a whole lot better than what you’ll find in Petco, Petsmart, or any commercial markets. This small shop is great for dogs and cats and the dog food is extremely well priced for what you get out of it. They even have organic dog treats here and mini birthday cakes for dogs and the owner is very sweet!
