Do not get your vaccinations from here! They are unprofessional and rude (the vet that is, not the staff). Not only did we get kicked out when attempting to video tape our puppy's 1st shots - they would not see us when we came back weeks later! There are better, more professional and less expensive vaccination options like Mercy Crusade!!!

The man that answered the Ventura CA Petco phone was very informative! I had to call 3 times, with questions about ordering for pickup. We ended up ordering online he was so helpful and acted like I was his only concern. Free delivery for my first order.

We originally came into the store to get a harness for our morkie because for some weird reason hers was a little too small and of course I got it too big but I loved the little treat buffet thing that you can pick different treats for your dogs and just a staff was really great and I really don't normally visit Petco cuz I had a very bad negative experience a few years ago from them but this definitely made up for it

Took my doggies to get groomed, wonderful service and my doggies were satisfied with the groomer. Very polite and kind. Prices for dog food are reasonable and much better then other competitors

On top of having no available staff at the register or to assist with adoptions, they straight up were housing a ball python with a corn snake! Horrible husbandry as per usual at petco. Shame.

Came for large saucer style hamster wheel. Was out of stock but we were told to order from register for free shipping. Well after putting our transaction on hold a few times to help other guests 1st. It wouldn't even go through with a debit card. You need to train employees how to treat guests and how you systems actually work.

Went with daughter to get snail and a couple of fish. Store was not crowded. Good selection of fish. Once decided what we wanted asked for assistance which we received immediately. The floor person was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were competitive. Checkout was quick. Good visit. We will be returning. Highly recommend this store

While securing an immediate dog grooming appointment can be a challenge, I have consistently found satisfaction in the quality of Petco's grooming services. Furthermore, the convenience of being able to purchase grooming equipment in-store for at-home maintenance between appointments is a definite plus. Additionally, I've consistently received friendly and accommodating service during my visits.

I stopped by after work to get a crate for a dog I’m transporting tomorrow for a rescue. I was looking for a specific size because I wanted to fit it in my Subaru. I searched for a bit and picked one out that I saw advertised online. Turned out to be the wrong one BUT then they called someone to help me and they sent a guy named Adrian. Adrian was super helpful and courteous! He helped me find the right size crate and similar to the one I found online and carried it up front for me! Thank you so much Adrian! You made my visit to the store really easy! I hope they give you a raise because you deserve it!
