Just took my pup Ivy to get groomed by Marilyn and she did an incredible job! She made sure my pup was cared for and was comfortable the entire time! I would absolutely recommend her to take care of your furry companions!

My absolute favorite pet supply store to go to. It is the only place that sells Fussie Cat, the only hypo-allergenic food my cat loves. I get cases of it at a time, with a huge discount. Just give em' your last name, and you get $6.00 - $15.00 off.Not to mention their incredible selection of cat toys!

I always have such a great experience with my local Kriser’s here in Venice Beach where I shop for my 3 dogs. Everyone that works there gives excellent, attentive service! Recently, I found out one of my dogs has severe allergies to ingredients that are in almost all dog foods. Josh has spent so much time with me discussing options, reading labels, patiently helping me navigate this, he’s been such a blessing! An extraordinary employee like Josh is what truly makes a business special!

If you are looking for great customer service and people who love your pets, this is definitely the place to go. The staff member, Marilyn Garcia gave me the best service for my pet Chico. I took him to get cleaned up and I noticed how loving she is towards the animals. She recommended some foods and treats she believed would help me with Chico's skin and breath. Chico loved the attention all the staff members gave him. Definitely recommend coming bringing your dog to Kriser's Natural Pet.

Love this store! I’m a regular and Josh is by far the most knowledgeable employee I have ever met he always answers my questions in detail and has helped my dog become far more healthy these past few months!!! Pup was slowing down but after his help he is back full speed! I am forever grateful 🙏🙏🙏… Definitely hit this place up to help all your pets needs!

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in dog grooming! Marilyn cuts as if she has no experience nor expertise in grooming. I would NEVER allow anyone to work on my staff with such poor behavior! My appointment was for 1:05pm. Upon arrival marylin asked what service I need, I explained a bath, cut and nail trim. She took my dog and said come back in about 2 hours. I arrived just after 3pm. Marylin explained she was running behind, I gave her the benefit it is Saturday. An hour later I received a text saying I can pick up my dog. I noticed when I got my dog her nails were not trimmed, and the Assistant Manager tried to up charge me for service. Marylin took my dog back for a nail trim. After I paid and left I noticed my dogs face was not groomed and the fur on her body was uneven. I went back to express my dissatisfaction with her grooming. I rolled my eyes at the fact that Marylin stated, my 10 pound Bichon who is trained to walk off a leash, who does not bark(literally) would not allow Marylin, to “touch her face.” My dog is 6 y/o and I’ve had 3 groomers who have NEVER had a problem with my dog. Marylin even stated she is so well behaved. But then you tell me when I pick her up she would not allow you touch her face?! I roll my eyes at Marylin, do you know Marylin says,”don’t you roll your eyes at me.” Then puffs up her shoulders as if she were gonna hit me. I said excuse me?! She then proceeds to cry and said she did the best she could. My exact words at that point was ma’am please go get your manager. She states don’t call me ma’am call me Miss and walks off. I’m a 40 y/o woman. The assistant manager had to refund my money. I asked is this how you guys treat customers? She states, “she’s just a little upset because the store is closing for good.” -Perfect excuse for poor customer service!

I had great experiences with the Kriser's in Denver and thought I'd try them out in Venice after moving. They've been really great and caring towards my giant newfie, Buddha. The store has a huge selection of products, and although it's on the pricier side, you build reward points super fast.

I went here yesterday to search for new cat food as my cat has recently decided he hates his food and would rather eat nothing. As a concerned cat mom, I was desperate to see what food would not only be tasty, but also would be good for him.As I'm browsing through the frozen section, an employee asks me if I needed help. Perhaps it was the stink of desperation that lead him to ask, but I think it's because he's a great employee. I told him what was going on with my cat and that I was worried about him because his coat was getting brittle and dull. George (the great employee) listened patiently and guided me through the products with keen knowledge. I finally settled on a raw frozen food that seemed to suit, thanked George, and browsed the kitty collars that were close by.When I was checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to see how affordable it all ways! Moreover, I was completely caught off guard after paying when George filled a bag with samples of coat oil and tasty cat food that he though my cat might like. I was floored! He not only listened and helped me find the right products, but George took it a step further and lovingly and thoughtfully picked out things that may help!George is a gem and this place is a gem. Highly recommend!

so I arrive to the store already needing to use the bathroom because I had just left a long drive from coming from out of santa clarita to do some errands. As I walk into the store the shopping cart gets stopped by big bags of food all over the floor. There is not a lot of space for all of the merchandise that they have. Secondly I spent over $100 as doing so on the way out I kindly asked if I could please use the bathroom being a purchasing customer and they told me that the policy wouldn’t allow them because they have liabilities with too much overstock in the bathroom . Sad to say you can give corporations and companies so much money and still not being able to utilize a common area for folks in need .

Great place to shop & get your puppy groomed!!! Great variety of toys for my very particular puppies! Amazing service with a smile! Ask for Cindy or Claudia! The gentleman is great too! Will definitely come back again!

Cindy was very helpful with both her knowledge on the product and her ability to not only assist me but maintain leadership of the store. I was amazed at how she multi tasked around the store. I find myself changing where I shop for food product because of her. Hopefully my review opens the eyes of her employers and let them realize they have an amazing employ and should do everything to keep her

Great place. The groomer is fantastic. She wasn't able to do to my dog what I originally wanted done and she came out and told me the reason and didn't charge me a dime. Very honest and kind of her.

I recently had to take my cat to the vet and needed to return a brand of food that he had been eating for years. Claudia accepted the return and offered me several cat food samples.She asked me questions and cared about the wellbeing of my kitty. While many people are going through tough moments during covid, it is refreshing to come across people like Claudia who genuinely care and have a positive attitude. Thank you Claudia!

I recently started purchasing items from this store for my German Shepherd. I have loved all my purchases thus far! This was my first time ever purchasing CBD treats and I was initially hesitant. However, I needed something to calm my dog with all the crazy fireworks this summer. I trusted Kriser's items because everything is natural. Sure enough the treats worked. My dog was not as anxious throughout the 4th of July weekend and more importantly, she was not groggy (which is what i was scared of). I also purchased their shed control shampoo and conditioner. The smell was great and i'm hoping it will help with my dog's crazy shedding!

I took both of my cats here to wash them and one of them still had dirty eyes when I went back to pick them up. The second one does not feel any cleaner either and was still humid on the chest, I thought you have to make sure cats are completely dry when giving them back? In any scenario, I don't recommend taking cats here. Extremely overpriced ($68 per cat) to do a terrible Job. I'll have to take them again somewhere else.

I booked a haircut and bath for my dog on Thursday. The day before someone calls me to tell me "they booked incorrectly, the groomer won't be here that day". So far unpleasant but understandable. I rebook for Sunday at 12:30pm. I get there and they tell me my time was noon (that's not what they had told me on the phone), that "they never book in half-hour increments". As if that's any of my business. They told me 12:30, I show up at 12:30. I guess whoever is answering the phone doesn't know what the hell they're doing cause they managed to screw up my schedule twice in one week. After I had left, I ran into someone with a dog of the same breed as mine, who told me Kriser's had done an awful job on her dog, and recommended me another place. I'm glad it didn't work out.

A change in ownership & a change grooming staff changed the community's opinion of this shop. Dogs are injured in their care (see Yelp reviews & photos of injuries). Staff lied about nail trimming services claiming they use a nail sander, never clipping, yet the last, and very last time, I brought my dog here they used a nail clipper, leaving the nails sharp and not uniformly cut. Took two inexperienced groomers to trim my dogs nails, several nails still long & curved. Perhaps other Krisers are better due to different ownership. Don't go here.

I have no idea about their other locations, but the folks at this one are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and they really seem like the like working there. Plus, my pup loves it. Her favorite food is always in stock.

Please, if you love your dog NEVER bring them here to be groomed. I would give these guys negative stars if I could. Speaking about the groomer "Alec" I've brought in my two giant Alaskan Malamutes before and didn't have a problem. I noticed the first time I brought them they would cry REALLY loudly. They're both big babies so I assumed nothing of it. I brought them both back last week for a bath and brush and the results on my male dog were HORRIFIC. His skin: RUINED. I noticed he was scratching A LOT after his bath which is weird, he just got a bath. So I look and his WHOLE back is scabbed, red, and flaking off. His tale was the worst, his skin on his tale actually BROKE open and was bleeding. He now has a bald patch on his tale where the skin broke open. And I know it's causing him pain because whenever I go to look at it he cries. My dog has never had skin problems, he's always had beautiful fur and skin. So for this to happen, for this groomer to have the NERVE to destroy my babies skin like this and to cause my dog pain. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. I just paid you motherf****** 300 dollars to put my dog through pain. I called to complain and they tried to blame it on my dog because he was aggressive and growling at other dogs. Bull****!!!!!! My dog is the MOST unaggressive dog you could EVER meet in your life. If he did growl it was because these guys were HURTING him which after looking at his skin isn't hard to believe. I will NOT stop until I get a full refund AND bring notice to what this terrible groomer is doing to our pets. RIDICULOUS. You shouldn't be in this business if you don't know what the hell you're doing and can't care for my dog, and should be fired.

Wry nice place with a great selection of top of the line merchandise. I need a ball thrower for my pack so I Left Darren at the park and I ran over there and picked one up right away. Our pack is happy now!

I have had the worst experience with their groomer called Thalia. She has always been so rude to me because my dog is wiggly and scared (she is a rescue). Today she cancelled our appointment 5 minutes before the time, I was already on my way and said to go look for another groomer because she will not take my dog anymore! This person gives a very bad name to the Kriser’s brand.
