Employees were great, treats were awesome. Didn’t realize until we got home on the other side of LA that the antler we bought our dog had mildew all over it. Made the mistake of not getting a receipt on top of that. Antlers are our dog’s favorite- it’s not just an antler smell. Disappointed because the antler was over $15+ , but nice place!

Hands down the best pet & grooming shop on the West side! From the wide selection of toys & treats, to the friendly staff, this is the only place I trust with my little guy. We've been taking our pup here for grooming since he was young, and Marilyn does an amazing job - always has him coming out looking great and she treats him like he was one of her own. They also have the best smelling shampoos that last weeks after his visit - highly recommend stopping by!

I love this place. It’s my go-to pet store because everyone is so nice and knowledgeable, but more importantly I won’t let anyone groom my dogs other than Marilyn!! She’s amazing. She loves my dogs like I do, she does an excellent job, and always makes sure I get photos and a recap of the grooming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
