Love this boutique! Staff has been exceptionally knowledgable, pleasant & helpful for even the smallest concerns related to my pup. Went to 3 'big chain' stores before finding what I needed there & it's closer to home than any of them! Highly recommend bringing your fur baby & checking them out :)

Wow, what an amazing pet supply store! I felt truly welcomed, from the moment I even called. The employee said ‘we will be so happy to see you’ as I asked if they had what I needed in stock. Then when I got there, he took his time with me and made sure that every detail of what I wanted was done, even though they were about to close! Very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and honest. Will definitely return!

I love this little shop! The guys are super friendly and helpful and they stock exactly the products that my picky family want to pamper our furry family members. Most importantly, my 13 year old loves the shop pup, Luther. That means she never complains about going with me. I haven't checked it out it yet, but they deliver and that idea is very appealing.

Do not recommend their grooming. I was really expecting better service but I’m super disappointed. I’ve been a client for two years and was excited to try their new grooming service. I called ahead of time and they got my info, made an appointment with no issues. When I got in however, the woman was not personable or friendly. She didn’t handle my dog in a gentle way and just started touching around her body. Wasn’t even friendly enough to ask how I was doing or smile at me. Within a minute or so of meeting us she said she didn’t have time for a haircut anymore and all they would do is a wash and dry. When I had called ahead of time they had told me I could get a full haircut. Needless to say I walked out frustrated after just 5 minutes of having checked in for my scheduled appointment. Giving two stars instead of one because they have been friendly before when I bought food.

Love Bruno’s. They have the best selection of natural high quality ingredient foods for both dogs & cats. The owners & staff are super friendly & knowledgeable. I love their whole vibe. & they just opened the self wash/grooming section which is very convenient.P.s. Mimi the store cat is the best 😫

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this place when we were looking for a very specific brand of dog food and fell in love! Brunos is an absolute gem! They have so many amazing accessories that you never knew existed. It's so much fun to go through and just shop for your pup (or cat)! It's a must go and the best part is they deliver to you within a certain radius for a very small/reasonable fee and made getting food for our dogs in LA traffic so much easier!!

Best QUALITY dog food around! Not to mention, the store is adorable, packed with reeally cool dog/cat toys and accessories. I went because they sell, hands down, the best pet food on the market. My dogs LOVE the organic, raw food that comes frozen. The owner was SO nice and helpful while educating me on the dog food options and offered a money back guarantee, which made it a no-brainer for me. Will gladly be doing lots of business here!!

There's so many fantastic reasons to shop at Bruno's! I have a 9 1/2-year-old French bulldog and Cody and Shawn have been keeping her happy and healthy for her entire life. All the selection of healthy foods that fit any dogs requirements. And I can't say enough about the staff and how friendly they are and how knowledgeable they are! Healthy happy puppies is their business and they take care of you at Bruno's. That's the truth.

I took my dog to get groomed today and her fur was cut so short and it was extremely uneven. My dog is double coated but her fur was cut very short in the front to the point where you can see her skin. I called after picking my dog up and told the girl that she did a terrible job, but she said she didn’t notice how uneven it was. I don’t know about everyone else but I love my dog, so being able to see how carelessly my dog was handled in someone else’s care breaks my heart. My dog is now prone to getting sunburnt in certain areas because of how the fur that was supposed to protect those areas was just shaved off for no reason. So if you want to pay $95 for a terrible job, this is the place for you!

I was in there today and there was a short owner w dark hair screaming at some guy. The guy was just trying to ask the part owner a question...but this little brat kept screaming at him telling him he was part owner...idk he seemed super entitled and wouldn't let the guy even get a word in.I was really put off by this entire incident. I could tell this "part-owner" guy comes from money and hasn't earned anything he has because of the childish way he was speaking to the customer...I simply left the store...can buy dog items anywhere tbh...SUPER unprofessional. Where are that young mans parents and who let him out of his bedroom?
