Best all around. Been going here for years and love this store. They carry all the best products and are super knowledgeable. They always try to carry the latest and greatest items for dogs and cats. They have just as much cat products as dog products and I purchase everything here for my dog and cats. Warm and wonderful people that work there. Like being in the old days when shops were a pleasant experience and you could tell staff were happy being there. The owner is engaged, the staff knowledgeable and personable and the overall experience is worth a million when you walk out calm, informed, and feel that you have been successful in your pet purchase mission and have even had a good time running that errand.

We have been coming to Village Pet Supply for about 2 years. We do not go anywhere else. They sell only the best and healthiest products for your dog or cat.They have everything you need for your pet.Tom and Jeremy are there on the weekends, the time I always go. They are so knowledgeable; they really know the products. They are also really nice and very helpful.Great policy:. If you buy something and do not like it, just bring it back.A nice touch: They offer a free treat to every pet that comes in with theor owner. They also often will give you free samples to take home to try out with your pet.They make you feel like family. Just love this place

This is my most favorite pet supply store. They don't have a lot of clothes and cute harnesses but their dog food and treat selection is second to none. They are exceptionally helpful and my dogs always get top notch treats when i bring them. My dogs favorites are the chicken feet, lamb ears, and bully sticks. They also have the best prices for everything especially the raw food.

Staff is very friendly, and always remember our dog's names; and our dogs always enjoy going to visit them as well since they know they'll get a little free treat from them! :) Of course the treats they give out as samples are always healthy and good for them, as are the other treats and canned food that they carry in stock; some of the canned food is a little on the pricey side, but it's well worth it for the selection of super-healthy premium stuff (that our dogs also really like, which isn't always the case with some of the premium/healthy dog food brands) that have more real-food ingredients and less of the cheap fillers and other junk that comes in a lot of the cheap brands. This store is also located only a couple of doors down from our regular vet, the Aloro pet clinic, whom we also really like and recommend as a good vet for our dogs!

Village Pet Supply is my all time favorite store. Over the years I've had a few pets and when I stumbled across Village a few years ago I was in heaven. Everyone that works there is so personable and they really do care about you and your pet. Don't come here expecting to find the big chains foods, what will find is very high quality food made by smaller companies that you'll be proud to feed your furry friends. Before you think it's going to be expensive, think again, they are very reasonable priced for the quality you get.

Best prices, huge selection, amazing staff. I can't say enough good things about this place. Once we found Village Pet Supply, we refuse to go anywhere else. They have everything that the big box stores do, at a much better price. If they don't carry an item you need, guess what, they'll order it special just for you! How can you beat that!? Plus your buying local, so it helps your community, instead of some overpaid baffoon CEO get a second boat. With their rewards program, you earn free items of the products you purchase the most. They also have a selection of dog and cat products that is unbelievable considering the size of their storefront. Beyond being some of the kindest humans I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with, their staff is also highly knowledgeable and super helpful. They will never give you the run around, or try and sell you something you don't need. I am truly grateful to have found this place and I don't intend on going anywhere else!

My dog, Phoebe, and I love Village Pet Supply! So much so, in fact, that today, when I'd decided to stay home and order her food online, I changed my mind, because I want to support this wonderful little store and its knowledgeable and friendly staff. I'm so glad I made that decision! Phoebe and I emerged from the shop with a sack full of free samples of every description! If you live anywhere near Valley Village and have a pet, you've got to give this place a try.

Very friendly and knowledge staff. Unlike some places where employees are not familiar with the products, the lady who helped me knew her stuff and gave me plenty of options without being pushy. A small place, but sometimes these types of businesses are best. A little on the pricer side, but at times I do not mind, if I get good service.

We absolutely love this place. The staff are very friendly and thoughtful. They have suggested many helpful products to us. We have a 75 lb rottie German shepherd mix. Village pet supply stocks our Acana dog food as well as a variety of wholesome treats and our dogs favorite antlers.

My pup loved going inside. They have a lot of the better brand foods to keep your pet nice and healthy and the service is lovely, one of the workers helped me carry my items to my car because I bought a lot. I thought that was nice :)

This place is in the best! I've been coming here for years. They are always extremely friendly and knowledgable regarding all your dog needs. Recently, my dog has been super itchy. I had done everything I could think of, save go to vet, when I called them and told them what was going on. Flash forward an hour later, having stopped by and grabbed leave in anti-itch conditioner, applied it to my dog, who is now itch free! They've also been immense helps in knowing different places to get her groomed, boarded or vets to see. I'm also super excited that they are about to expand into grooming and doggie day care in the next month!

This local pet store has one of the best staff. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and also carry a very good amount of dog and cat products made here in L. A. As far as prices they are not your usual boutique type pet store with overpriced items. They actually very reasonably priced and almost always have food and toys on sale!! Definitely check them out if you are in the area!!!

I stopped by to grab a bag of cat food, and the guy working there was super nice. The store is full of healthy cat and dog food--none of the nasty brands that pretend to be healthy. They even have refrigerated pet food. I came here by chance, and I am glad that I did :)
