First time washing our little blue cattle.dog here. It's too cold to do outside and for $10 it's a great deal!The water was hot and they provide shampoo and towels.. and a dryer which she didn't like but that's just her. But the whole set up is fantastic.Very much appreciated this service, highly recommend it to anyone in our community.

Check your straw and shavings. Half a bag of wet shavings, wet bale of straw. Opened it to use, hopefully I can get it dried before mold.

They have a large selection of feed a d easy in and out. Large amount of bales of hay and alfalfa. The workers are friendly and helpful. We picked up bagged cedar shavings on this trip for archery practice. Kids loved the mechanical quarter horse in front 😂

The employees are always really friendly. Their credit card machine was down the other day and they still made the purchase work for me so I could get food home to my doggies♥️

Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Large selection with fair prices; slightly higher than big chains too be expected. I think the quality makes up for a slight bump in $ Often have cat food when other retailers don't.

Very helpful, very convenient. Nice employees, had lots of stuff in stock, prices were a lil high, but worth the convenience. The have decent parking, and will load all fees and heavy items for you upon request. Overall, nice little feed and supply store. Maybe the could do a discount card or delivery service in the future to incentivize.

Terrible customer service ,came to get propane filled been doing that for five years here, young man came out told me gauge was broken. Couldn’t top off tanks. Have to charge me for full tanks. Very rude and condescending. I’ll never come back.

Friendly staff! Helpful! Costs a little more than other places BUT they’re open at a time I can actually get off work and make it there on time!! They support local youth in Ag programs, which is wonderful. Love these people here.

Used to shop at another feed store where service was poor. Every time we shop at Valley Springs Feed and Pet Supply we get the full attention of whomever is helping us. They are so informative about what they sell and I appreciate how they will load the hay, feed we buy. And they remember my name and since we like specific breeds of chicks they will order what we need.

I really like going to Valley Springs feed. I spend a lot of money there because I like to treat my dog to all the wonderful things that they have there. I like the older Clerks because they our family and chat with you if they can as opposed to the younger who are strictly business and rarely smile. I usually spend on an average of $200 once a month there for my dog.

Best part of going to the feed store is seeing & talking with Marty. Everyone else that works there not very friendly. Always feel rushed by them. As soon as I walk in they ask what I need, & onto paying without chance to look around.

Dog washing station was dirty. Tub full of hair would not drain. I had to clean it prior to using. I told them and was not charged luckly......that area has been unkempt often.

best service always polite with a smile. sometimes you might even get live music there. if they dont have what you need for your horses ,dogs , chickens ect...they will order it. or recommend were to get it. i been going to valley springs feedfor 17years now. wouldn't go anywhere else.
