We stopped here on a whim as we drove down the coast. We had an RV camper and were able to park so that was a big plus. These were the BEST OYSTERS I have ever had in my LIFE. and the Brussel sprouts were amazing too.Service was top notch, every person who worked here was extremely friendly and welcoming (and I'm from Canada so I consider myself a good judge of friendliess 😉)Very clean and unique restaurant with a ton of character of tons of outdoor seating and indoor.

The espresso martinis are one of the best our group has ever had. Smash burgers were juicy and perfectly prepared. Javier, our server was kind, friendly, didn't rush us and very helpful with a wine selection. We will be going again to try different dishes!Kid-friendliness: Lots of outdoor seating options on a large rustic patio.

The Bartender (Trey?) Was super nice and efficient, with good wine suggestions. The oysters were all Fantastic. We had 3 different preparations. The Shrimp in BBQ Sauce we're good as well. The GM was at the bar doing some work and he was very hospitable as well, and added to the comfortable vide at this place. So glad we were driving by on Oyster Mania Monday!

The braised ribs were so tender cooked to perfection 👌!!! The service was great. Everyone seemed happy to be at work, lol. Great atmospher. Seems like a great place for drinks also.

Stopped in for a bite after a long hot day at Dillon Beach. Great idea. My wife and I love oysters and they did not disappoint. We also had their beef brisket sandwich. Equally delicious. Comments we had: why did they chop it into tiny cubes on a sandwich? We also felt it was missing something, a sauce, maybe. Staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back and try more things on the menu.

This place was a total delight. Great fun service, charming atmosphere and delicious food. Had the jalapeño cheese bread, shrimp n grits, chicken biscuit and beniets to go. All tasty, some of the best grits we've ever had. Shout out to the cool dude working the front and the lovely service from the kitchen Happy we enjoyed our anniversary at such a cute spot on the road. Thank you will return!

A Rare Gem!We stumbled upon this place during restaurant week and couldn't be more happy with our find. Nestled on HWY 1 in Valley Ford (Don't blink or you might miss it) the restaurant is quaint, cozy and offers a homey old-style bar setting. The service was exceptional and the food was outstanding. The namesake "Rocker Oysterfeller" are well worth a try and the fried chicken is unforgettable (if you are lucky enough to get it before its gone for the day)! Overall, this place is exceptional and what every restaurant should strive to be. Keep up the good work. We now have "must-stop" every time we head out to the beach!

The food is outstanding, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that are seasoned just right. They offer a blend of Texas, California, and Cajun cuisine that works great. From the server, to the bartender, to the busser; all the staff was very friendly and offered great suggestions for food and drinks.Parking: Free ample parking on site.

Fun place. Outstanding food that runs the gamut from oysters (duh) served baked (delicious) or raw (ditto), fish tacos (also yum), and fried chicken (which tasted like turkey and was the only 'meh' dish in an otherwise flawless menu). Lively bar with fun cocktails and a well curated wine list. Desserts are also yum. Don't miss this fun little spot.

Quaint restaurant with interesting menu and fresh seafood. Everything was delicious! Drink menu was standard cocktails and nice wine selection. Quick, friendly service. Lovely outdoor seating with ambiance. There was a live band when we were there so enjoyed that for a few minutes at the bar before leaving as well.

The best BBQ Oysters you'll find in the region. We were very surprised and impressed with the Louisiana influenced menu. The duck gumbo was phenomenal, as was the strawberry shortcake.

Hands down the best Oysters I've ever had. Mac n Cheese tastes like my grandmas recipe...and the Nashville Chicken cooked to perfection. 6/5 stars.

A warm, cozy beacon of light, warmth, and most importantly delicious food and drink in the tiny town of Valley Ford. Walk past the locals with their tales of lore, imbibing cider from apples that fell not a hundred yards away, and arrive at a the bustling dining room where friendly service delivers piping hot plates of Southern comfort flavors. Why this place doesn’t have a Michelin Bib Gourmand distinction is a mystery. Try one of everything, and definitely inhale a plate or two of the most scrumptious beignets outside of New Orleans.

Salmon was to die for, Cajun boil was pretty good, and the atmosphere was quaint. Only 20 mins away from Lawson's Landing campground.

Everything was good 👍 the female cashier was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Rockefeller oysters , cornmeal catfish, and Cajun calamari. Oysters were good although I realized I don't like Bleu cheese. Fried calamari was the best out of the 3 I had. Also know that there's no wait staff. You order, find a table and you have to Clean up after yourself .

Good "roadhouse" in Valley Ford. Friendly staff and good food. Generous servings and freshly made. The $10 drinks also nice touch.

Ridiculously poor service. Waited 20 minutes just to get water and I had to ask a different waitress to get it for myself and my elderly Mother. The water had so much chlorine in it, you could smell it and taste it. Our waitress didn't come back after she seated us and took our order. She never put our order in. So we left. Too bad because it is a cute place. Our waitress never came back.

What a gem! We found this place after missing our hotel's brunch. The service was a bit slow but I'll forgive that because the food was so awesome. I had some oysters and the fried chicken and waffles and both were amazing. Would definitely return.

The quality of the food is excellent. The vibe is very relaxed, low key with a nice setting. The standard gretting is "Welcome! Sit anywhere you like". 15 min from Dillon Beach, it's a great place to grab dinner before your drive home. Service can get a little frazzled when there are sudden rushes. It's best not to be in hurry when you visit here.

We dined here with my family and friends who are visiting from DC. What a great experience. We emailed last minute and they were able to accommodate our party of 7. The food was outstanding, exactly what we were looking for. Kudos to the Chef. Equally impressive was our server, Tara. She was friendly, on point - timely without feeling like she was pressing and super friendly with our children. She was knowledgeable about the food, drink, & cocktail menu and made a great meal even better. I’ve never had a server ask my daughters how they like the marshmallow on their s’mores pot de crème toasted (golden, brown, or burnt). It made their night.
