All Tractor Supply Company stores are great, but this one is particularly great. Great place to stop if you need some durable clothing for getting real work done. They also have all the other things you would need for a farm or homestead. There is a great selection of tools as well.Lots of parking available in their lot. Spaces that can accommodate large trucks, too. The center of the store rotates with the season. If you are an avid gardener, this is the place for you. There are lots of equestrian supplies as well. Lots of materials for adjusting your soil or potting mixtures to be just right. Fencing, dog houses, and chicken coops are available.

Pretty cool store. Pretty friendly. The app allows you to request assistance at the propane refill. So you don't have to leave your tank outside unattended. The associates always come out in a reasonable time after requesting propane refill. Sometimes, you can pay at the refill station. Other times, they give you a slip to take inside to pay. Sometimes they ask if you want to pay inside, days like today, they just automatically gave me a slip. They're pretty quick at check out inside.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Tractor Supply in Valley Center, and I must say, the level of customer service provided by Jessica , Rodo ,Brandon ,Vanessa were exceptional. their friendly and helpful demeanor made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.Jessica, with her extensive knowledge and expertise, was able to guide me through the store and help me find exactly what I needed. She patiently answered all of my questions, providing valuable insights and recommendations along the way. Her enthusiasm for her work was evident, as she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.Koda, another staff member at Tractor Supply, was equally impressive. He greeted me with a warm smile and immediately offered his assistance. koda’s attention to detail was remarkable; he took the time to understand my requirements and provided me with several options to choose from. tractor supply is truly a small town store. they opened the store for an exchange after closing to help me out. you will not find that from a store without local ties. thank you for waiting for me do the exchange and make sure what I needed worked. Hats off to you!

This is a business in the area of agriculture where you will find basic parts for tractors, like hydraulic connectors, PTO, pulleys, belts, etc. The hardware section is also important, you will find food for pets and livestock, panels for farm animals , pot soil, tractor attachments, wood splitters. Also farm toys for kids and some items for sports like kayaks and basic hunting accessories like gun bags, straps. They have the neighborhood reward program, if you register, wich will notify you of promotional items. Either you own a farm or not, it is very satisfying to stop by and pay a visit to this place.

Worst customer service ever!! I used to love coming here used to spend $200-300 dollars every visit. On 2 different visits all items I wanted to purchase had wrong pricing and they didn’t want to sale to me for What it was marked for, just because they put the wrong price which it isn’t my fault, this happens 2 times!!!! Last visit I made I asked for help to which I believe was the manager Kristein and she was very busy talking to an associate that she told me with an attitude to wait!!! And, she continued to talk to an associate. I went to check out and told the cashier what i needed and she contact kristein and told her to send me back to customer service and Wait!!! That was very unprofessional besides I was ready to check out. And, she still wanted me to wait until she decided to help me. This is very sick!! I worked for retail more than 10years and this is not the way to talk to customer, always Stop doing what your doing and help them!! That’s why you guys are a running business because of customers!!!! Simple as that.

I ordered some heavy rubber mats for my garage. They have them there and they're more reasonably priced and much more heavy duty than the ones you would find at a sporting goods or gym equipment store. I ordered 3x4s but Jose Montano from the Valley Center store called and asked me if I was sure about the size, because 4x6s were also available. He was right! I might have been okay with the 3x4s but the 4x6s were a better option. Then Jose delivered them the same day. I hope the people at Tractor Supply know they have a great employee in Jose.

Love this store. Something for everyone; in fact, my kids favorite Christmas gifts came from here this year. Has helped me out in a pinch several times with a wide variety of goods. Love the impulse buy area, always some interesting must have tools at a great price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 👍

There was an old couple there griping about having to wait their turn for help with propane, cuz Lord forbid anything else was going on first, and the cashier was a million times more patient and gracious than they were :) The old man joked that they were about to give up on this place, so I'm here to set things straight. The staff is extra professional, even with male Karens!

DITCH YOUR RUDE JESSICA.I usually LOVE TSC but this location has one huge problem. They have some sort of wannabe manager that is nothing but RUDE at all times. She is a foul woman by the name of Jessica. I have told all my local friends to take their business elsewhere solely because of this wretched woman. Don't give this spot your business. Only way I would come back is if they got rid of that horrendous person. Clearly doesn't know what she is doing. Treats customers horribly and I personally watched her abusing her staff. Disgusting behavior. Shame on you tractor supply for hiring just ANYONE. Yuck! Would give a negative star if I could.

Kristine ( hope the spelling is good) was amazing. I'm definitely a city man, so when I started looking for a movable " baptismal " for our church, I finally came upon Tractor Supply, and Kristine up in Valley Center helped out immediately. She found the galvanized stock tank that we wanted in Jamul, which is great because we are in Chula Vista.We will definitely be looking around tomorrow when we go there, as we really have no idea what a store like this sells. I am always happy to give a recommendation like this for customer service! Thank you Kristine!Alan

I live in Ramona which ran out of the vaccine I needed so I came here. Very nice, polite and helpful staff. The store was clean and had tons of cute stuff. I want to make the drive over here more often just to visit this store 😁

When I moved to Escondido, I was thrilled that a TSC would be close to me>Today I had a poor experience at your Valley Center, CA store.I went by at 4:15 PM on Friday, 10/22/21 (your posted closing time is 9PM). I went to the rear of the store and an associate said she would have someone meet me at the side yard to fill my propane tanks. After 15 minutes I went back inside and they did a store page. After 15 more minutes, I went back in and was told by a checker that all authorized people had punched out. Yikes! By that time other Valley Center propane dealers had closed. Not sure I will drive over the hill out of my way to be disappointed again.

I like this store but this review is for their vet services which I'm sure are contracted. Today they were 20 minutes late for the 4pm start. We had all queued up but when they finally arrived they said just check in online. So much for lining up. Then they told us to go wait outside because of covid, even though we had been waiting inside for 30 minutes by this point.The techs were not good with my dogs, stating a policy of customers can't hold their dogs even though they were unable to and I ended up doing it anyway.Bottom line you get what you pay for, better to go to a real vet.

Need anything for home, garden or pets? It will probably be here and at an affordable price. The mostly Western/farm-themed clothing and boots are good quality, too. I went in to check out fencing materials and left with a shirt. You can also order things online to pick up at the store with no shipping charge.

Customer service ranks as a negative one. Store has rude employees, consistent out of stocks and not enough staff on hand during peak times which causes long wait times for checkout. Do not recommend this store. Thumbs way down!

Store itself is fine but customer service is lacking. I ordered an item to be delivered to the store, bought and paid for. When I ordered the item on line it said it usuallt takes one day for delivery, 7 days later I still had not gotten a call about picking up my item. I finally called the store and was told my order was canceled the same day I ordered it. Never got a call, never got an e mail and 7 days later still don't have my refund.The item itself isn't a big deal but I should have at least gotten a call or an e mail notifiying me of the cancelation.

I love tractor supply. They have the most interesting variety of stuff. Stuff for cowboys and little kids and cats and dogs. Lots of dog food. TONS of dog food! And ferret food and horse blankets and chickens. Yes they even sell baby chicks! And the people are great too.

Tried twice in the last week to get them to fill up my propane tank. First time they said it was too old. Second time they said the machine is broke? I probably won’t be coming back. Oh well I tried. The employees did seem friendly.

Great service great employees. I'm there almost daily. They will help you out even if they don't know what it is they do there research it and figure it out with you.Great varity of tools welding supplies , off road equipment, trailer hitches and lights ,Dog food. GREAT SALES RACK OF TOOLSTHANKS TRACTOR SUPPLY for grabbing a gooseneck plate/hitch and bolts for me over the phone so when I got there 2 minutes before you closed to ring me up so I could move a trailer that night !

Really nice and clean addition to VC. They have aisles and aisles of most things needed for farming, gardening, animal care and even clothes. Odds and ends such as western boots to work jeans even live plants. It's like Walmart for all things farming. Coolest thing is they have a self service dog wash in a room to the rear of the store with everything needed such as soap and water and dryers etc.

Lots of stuff -- no change. Looks like a trip out of town for stove pellets (A-1 also out)Enjoyed the clerk, who was very helpful.Too bad the only driveway in is so narrow. If the exiting vehicle isn't far right, you are forced to stop blocking the road to wait. Bet we see some rear-enders there.Here we are again, looking for a boot scraper. Sold the last two yesterday, check back next friday. A-1 had then. Zero for two at the new store.

Poor selection of anything not directly related to Cows-Pigs-Chickens-Horses. Not a great place. Valley Center already had/has SEVERAL feed stores and tack locations. WHY would we need another out-of-town "chain" to come in and fill a need that was already filled?. Just like Wal-Mart killed every mom & pop store that existed, heeeeere comes T S C . . . . . . . . (don't give them your money).
