Accessibility: the parking lot is all paved and flat ground. They have a few disabled parking spots near the front entrance (to the left of the building/front doors). There is a ramp or two to get up to the sidewalk, then the doors to enter the building are motion-activated. There is also a drive-thru pharmacy if you cannot, or do not want to, go inside. They have two all-gender restrooms that are big enough for a wheelchair, but not too big...it might be a little tight but is capable.Experience: I honestly think this is the nicest Rite Aid I have ever been in. It is spacious inside, very well-lit, clean, organized, big, and has a great selection of all kinds of things! From the Pharmacy to makeup, wine, beach attire, household items, snacks, garden items, refrigerated and frozen foods/drinks, this store has just about everything! Today I bought a nice sunhat with a drawstring just for Summer! I'm so excited about this store in Valley Center. They even give a free, small bottle of hand sanitizer when you check out! Wow! A+ experience.

Should have just gone to CVS in the first place. Rite Aid knowingly helped perpetuate the opioid crisis, so much so the Federal Government has gotten involved. Now Rite Aid pharmacy in Valley Center wont fill a written prescription EVEN AFTER ITS BEEN VERIFIED BY THE WRITING PHYSICIAN!Hope they close up this location as well. Maybe Valley Center could get A CVS instead.

I received a call telling me my prescription was ready, called to confirm this, I was told by the employee that I needed to pick this up asap or they were going to put it back in stock. I drove 45 mins from Ramona to pick up the prescription only to find out That It is not available. So I needed some other things and asked for a discount both the pharmacist and the manager told me know. What great customer service !! They told me that my prescription was never charged the last time I came in well my credit card statement says different I don't suggest this pharmacy they are terrible and apparently don't care much for waisting peoples time.

This store is always clean and organized and is fully stocked with all the items we needed. The staff is incredibly friendly especially Melissa and Mimi! Love my valley center rite aid!

Bad service every time I go in to buy ice cream always missing the flavor I want they always say no they are doing service to it or no is not working bad service not happy the weather is very hot over 100. And no ice cream ridiculous 😒.

This Rite-Aid always has everything I need! Staff are helpful and welcoming. I love their seasonal selections and I always come back to check for the new stock.

The staff there is friendly , they have a lot of empty shelves and the prices for most things is high but in a town with very few places to buy things it is nice to have it there when in a pinch and not wanting to make the long drive to a larger town

Showed up when they were supposed to open at 9 am on sat. Waited for 10 min for them to open. Called front desk to ask why there was no one there and the man said " they should be open soon" and hung up on me . Rude and not open on time. And then they don't open till 10 all of a sudden when hours say 9 am

Pharmacy staff has got to be the rudest people I've ever dealt with, if you have a chance to go somewhere else do so. Do not bother coming to deal with them, they have no clue of how to treat people, let alone patients.

Again Kim in pharmacy refused to fill a medication by saying they don’t have it but instead of calling to let myself or the doctor know they let me wait, ridiculous customer service in the back!!! I hope none of them ever deal with chronic illness! AVOID, filing a complaint 2nd time!!!!Pharmacist has refused to fill medications, had to turn in a complaint to the state board, have been with rite aide pharmacy for years and moved my business due to the pharmacists refusing to fill my medications, CVS filled same day! love the store...

How conviente it is to be closed on Christmas Eve.How convients it it to not call and cancle apartments during a pandemic.How convenient it must be to get the front sensor off the door so people cant enter even if there was power.I work 6 days a week and I get 1 off to get a covid test and you lose power. My job dosent provide money for quarenteen unless i get covid. You basicly stole a week of pay from me. Now that I cant go to work cant get paied and cant book an appointment anywhere ells till next year. I hope you lose business. All of it.

This is the worst right aide I have ever been too! The old Mexican lady who can’t even speak English, wouldn’t give me my ice cream on a cone and made me get a cup claiming “it’s because of the virus” while there are cones everywhere and not one sign saying this? So stupid. I feel like she just didn’t know how to scoop ice cream for a cone... won’t be coming back...

Pharmacist turned me down with the excuse she was alone and couldnt prepare my pain killer because she was alone even after i explained to hee i just had surgery. What kind of pharmacist turn down a client in pain like this? You will def hear from my attorney and file a legal suit against your procedure....

I was in San Diego for vacation and this Rite Aid was the only drug store in the Valley Center area. I found what I needed and the employees were courteous and helpful.

I had a covid test im still waiting for the results. Testing should never take that long . I know another person that the test same location 10 days. Maybe just maybe rite aid save the testing for the professionals
