Place is extremely convenient being placed within a short walking distance from Harrah's. The employees here were helpful and had a very positive attitude. Can honestly nothing negative. They made me a whole pizza in less than 4 minutes and everything is moderately priced.

I come here 5-6 days a week and no matter who’s working, the service is always provided in a quick and professional manner. All of the staff are friendly and I feel as though I’m truly welcome here. Likely due to the manager Veronica. The business truly flourishes with such capable and reliable leadership at the helm. I’ll always be back 🤙

BE WARNED ! RUDE MANAGER , HIGH PRICES.If you do not want to mistreated and put down by the manager do not come here.Prices on all Items are very high and are not marked, when you ask the price they give you the wrong price, ends up being more.The manager states it is her decision not to mark the prices and gets upset when you ask and then states if you do not like it you can shop somewhere else saying she will have you banned.Very rude I have been a customer here since they opened over 10 years ago, never had a problem with anybody before.This current manager is the problem they need to get rid of her immediately and find someone who knows how run a store and treat people with respect.

Again poor Management, the smoke shop is closed until they have more staffing which I understand but they should stock the main store with the products they sell at smoke shop since they are under same company. Until they reopen the smoke shop. I am a regular customer and travel down to Rincon travel and was unable to buy my product and had to pay a higher price not very happy.

the staff there is very rude, and argumentative, the coffee is cold, and the donuts are expired. save your money and go 2 miles down the road to the pit stop where they treat their customers well unlike this place.Also the gas is cheaper at the Pit Stop.

This store used to be kept nice when it was a 7-11, I've noticed ever since then it has gone South. I know it's always been part of the Rincon tribe, but c'mon guys/gals let's have a little more pride in representing your land. People from all across the Nation come to visit Harrahs casino, which in turn come to pump gas here. The doors are always kept open (in both bathrooms), and now the mens partition door isn't even attached. At least close the doors, you can see right into the woman's bathroom. At some point you need to quit thinking about just your wallet, and think about your reputation & appearance. Which by the way has been struggling throughout the years. As a nearby neighbor I'd like to say this as a suggestion, your making your image hurt when people see this. I know it's a Restroom, but this should be the cleanest place in the whole store in my opinion.

Very nice store very nice friendly employees but the prices are outrage I buy a week ago nryer ice cream was $4.99 yesterday $7.99 for small one sour cream $8.99 at Pala station $2.49 same size at Albertsons $1.89 even sandwich very expensive and no prices in anything I have to go to the clerk to find out . I am a regular almost everyday I am there please consider to be reasonable I know u want to make money I appreciate if you read my article thank u

I love shopping at this place because it's the only place in the area that accepts EBT. Now the con to this place is this; they close EVERYDAY at 11:00PM to 12:15AM, then again from 2:30AM to 4:00AM.....i don't get it. WHY WOULD YOU CLOSE YOUR DOORS DURING THE TIME (right next to HARRAH'S CASINO, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA) THAT HAS A WHOLE LOT OF FOOT TRAFFIC INTO THE CASINO? That's why they get 3 stars.

Stopped by the gas station to top off my tank while on my way down from Murrieta and I have to go say that this is one of the best rest areas/pit stops due in large part to the friendly and inviting staff at REDCO Gas. Fast service and great prices, as well as the professionalism from the staff made this a very enjoyable visit and I will gladly be back soon. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a long road trip or if you’re just in the area

Went in for 1 slice of pizza and I thought it was a joke when they wrapped it in foil. When I opened the foil it looked like it was sitting in there under constant heat for a week. It was stale, cheese tasted fake and idk if I ate pepperoni or meat from people they find in the creek bed. It's absolutely disgusting. I'm surprised they even have the audacity to sell such trash

Visit Harrahs Rincon frequently and stop by Travel Plaza for gas, lower prices than Costco, ATM and coffee.

5 people on staff, one register open, long line and the employees walking around just look at you, asking questions gets you attitude and the gas prices are really high. I go to the other stores near by now and try to avoid this place at all costs. And stop blaming the rebrand from 7-11, you guys had plenty of time to figure things out by now.

Staff not very organized. They have four cash registers and when one was charging shift, ALL REGISTERS WERE CLOSED. Five employees standing behind counter talking or on phone. Several people in line. A young man was first one waiting when I entered and was still waiting when I got in line.
