I don't usually write reviews but after so many positive interactions and with what seems a large portion of their staff, I had to comment. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Rafael, Maribel, and Reggie have been all stars for a string of auto parts I've been needing, from remote replacement to water pumps, every random thing I've tossed at them has resulted in some kind of forward step in the process. They keep the store extremely clean and tidy, they take the time to call around, educate, and work their magic, and will let you know if you should go to a dealership for those really specialty parts if necessary. As a hobby fixer of vehicles, I'm by no means a pro, and they don't make you feel like an idiot if you don't know what the name of that intake duct hose is, or the name of that water outlet housing, which is not always the case with the expert car people in my experience. If your local to Valley Center, you have a great team of guys and gals who are there to help with your car needs, stop by!

Great customer service! A guy that works there Rafael helped me to pick out the fasteners and zip ties with my car, my bumper was falling off and I had no idea how to fix it. He helped me by walking out with me to my car (he didn’t have to do that). It’s salesmen like there is why I will definitely come back to Auto zone! Thank you Rafael!!!!

I can't say enough about this particular AutoZone. My 1977 motorhome had broken down and I wasn't sure of certain things about the vehicle. When looking on their website the model wasn't listed nor was there a sticker under the hood saying what the engine size was. I needed an alternator and when I called the store I got Rafael. He was more than amazing. I have never had anyone go out of their way to help me figure it out. He was googling things as was I. We ended up figuring it out and when I came into the store I've talked to the manager and they were willing to let not only work on my motorhome in the parking lot since it was broken down, but they let my stay in the parking lot overnight for 2 nights maximum. I can't even explain what a relief that was. They were so amazing and helpful that I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone I see. I will now go out of my way to travel to this Valley Center AutoZone store to get what I need, even if I have to travel over 50 miles. Reggie, Rafael and their manager were more than outstanding. They made breaking down in my new/used motorhome for the first time way less stressful and that is more than appreciated. . Everyone was so kind and helpful. You don't see that kind of customer service much anymore. Thank you so much Valley Center AutoZone!

I have gone to other Autozones around the county and it’s not often you get someone who knows what they are talking about and is willing to help and not talk down to you like you don’t know what you are talking about. But Maribel was amazing. She was so easy to get things done and even made suggestions. She was really great! Thank you for the awesome experience will come here again for sure.

This is a LONG OVERDUE review! Owning a small business (Mobile Pet Grooming Spa) requires constant upkeep on my vehicle. Every visit here the staff never disappoints. Today, AGAIN, MARIBEL went out of her way, happily, always professional with a smile to assist me with all my needs! She even listened to my moans and groans! She completely turned my day around. This store is wonderful! Not only is it the cleanest ( and prettiest) Autozone I have been to, but the service was EXCELLENT! Maribelle and Raphael answered our numerous questions and bent over backward to help us get the parts for our autos! Give them a raise! It's worth the drive from Escondido!

HAD EXACTLY THE FILTER I NEEDED AT A GREAT PRICE. I WAS ABLE TO CONTINUE MY TRIP WITHOUT TROUBLE THANKS TO AUTOZONE. MY PICKUP HAS 765,000 MILES ON IT THANKS TO AUTOZONE PROVIDING QUALITY PARTS FOR THE LAST 21 YEARS...EVERYONE BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS SUPER HELPFUL. All the staff at our local AutoZone demonstrate RESPECT, PATIENCE, and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in the other day to purchase items to get my car running again. There was no wait time at the parts counter! Bryan and another representative knew what I needed with simple clicks on their desktop by asking for simple vehicle information. AutoZone in Valley Center is well supplied, CLEAN, and easy to maneuver.

Needed battery replacement and I received very poor service by Mgr or Associate Marigold.As a senior w disabilities, I requested help w my battery. I asked Marigold for a cart, who said ok but did not provide.When I asked if they had a replacement, Marigold did not offer to charge and instead wanted to sell a new one.Marigold handed off service to her associate Esme, who provided excellent service.I have been a Autozone card holder and customer for many years. This was the most disappointing service I have ever received at Autozone. As a retail shop, Customer service should be paramount priority especially for the store manager.

I love this autozone. They always answer the phone and the minute you walk in the door they are super attentive. The manager is amazing Especially when she is training new staff. She comes up and helps right away if they don't have an answer that she does, and then she trains them at the same time she's explaining things to you. Today Adrian helped me and was a super gentleman and took care of business for me right away. Sometimes you have to prepay for a part but that's because they are in a small community and they can't just order parts Willie Nilly. If you don't have the funds to pay for a part you shouldn't be ordering it anyway. I always get answered and I always get answers here and it's a fresh of breath air compared to a lot of other places I've been to. 15 stars for this location.

A tad upset I came in with my car year, make model my car was in parking lot was told all cars take the same antifreeze which was not accurate and caused issues with my car. Three staff members in store I was the only customers would have been too much to make sure.
