We had a return and no receipt. Because I had signed up for their 'club' my receipt was accessible very easily. The staff were very friendly and checked in on us as we made our way through their packed isles. Lots to see. Lots of items for sale.

This location and review is for the grooming department. The staff is not the nicest. I arrived early to my appointment because the person on the phone (Rachel) said come whenever you are ready. I went to the counter. I saw at least 4 employees through the glass just staring at me. Not one smiled or came out of the room right away. When one came out finally, I think her name was Rachel (she never introduced herself) she acted like I was bothering her. I had explained again that I have a new puppy and that he needed a bath and nail trim. I also explained that he can not walk around in the floor because he’s still in the process of getting his shots. She told me he has to walk.She proceeded to tell me that if he’s aggressive that’s going to be another 10 dollars. I told her my puppy is is not aggressive. She repeated this about the aggressive thing two more times. The problem was she kept repeating herself with this ridiculous attitude. If she’s like this with me, I can’t imagine how she would be with my new pup. I told her to take the leash off and give me my dog. We left without service. It’s a no for me.

Sarah, took such great care of my newly adopted mini Pitt named Misty-Ivy. The bath treatments gave me a brand new fur baby! The entire staff was fantastic!!!

Came in to buy some freshwater fish and supplies. Was helped by Chris who was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable about aquatics. Very nice store.

I love the new store and waited on it forever to open so I could drop Petco that never had everything I needed but sadly my two cats died way before the grand opening but I love how the store looks inside.

This place closed 5 min before 9. Waste my gas and time. Will never shop at Petsmart again. My cat has no more food and they didn't let me in. What are these people getting paid. I'm very disappointed
