This was our first time being assisted by Travisha R, and we were SOOO pleased.They were very personable, informative, and thorough.We appreciated their time and conversation.This was the best grooming session my dog has received from Vallejo's Petco.We will definitely be scheduling with Travisha again.

I have been coming to Petco in Vallejo for many years. The staff has always been so kind and professional to me. My first dog felt very safe with the staff. I recently took my puppy for a nail trim. Same thing. Wonderful.

My pugs were a mess. They have never been to a groomer for anything but a nail trim. They smelled so good and were so relaxed the rest of the evening with what smelled like lavender on them. I like that the groomers took into account they were senior dogs. I was fine with them not doing anything they felt would really stress them out. I definitely wont bathe them myself anymore. They will go for regular visits now. I wish I got the name of the girls that took care of them. They were great!

I showed up to my scheduled appt but waited half an hour for anyone come out & help me. Other associates in the store kept telling me that someone would be with me shortly however, it took SO long. They seemed concerned as well. When someone finally came out to assist us, I noticed that the girl seemed so discouraged. I have always had great experiences at Petco & in their grooming dept. I'm not sure what happened this time however. They were very late in coming out, the girl seemed not interested, & overall I felt like I should have maybe rescheduled... I prayed after I left that everything would be fine with my puppies. For the record, this was the only time in the many years of me shopping at Petco that this has happened & that I have felt this way.

Missy is patient with my 12 year old Beagle, Jet hates getting nails clipped and doesn’t like being groomed. Jet has terrible separation anxiety. Missy was able to explain the challenge and knows about Beagle behaviors. She did an excellent job and gave me the kind patient support that made me feel confident that Jet can come back again, which I will. This was my 1st visit. I’m very thankful to find Petco and Missy. Thank you

The groomer was kind and attentive. She did exactly what I asked and my dog looked great. He didn't seem stressed out at all which is a good sign that he was well cared for.

The first my dogs had a grooming the groomer was able to do both of them. But this second time the groomer was not able to do Baba. I'm so disappointed. Isn't it that the groomer supposed to know how to make the dog relax. Can u tell me the name of the first groomer? I will schedule Baba to fix her. Thank you.

Our dog had hair falling all over our floor as soon as we brought her home. Nails were not buffed as we expected which is why we wanted her groomed because our floor is wood and her nails were digging and making marks on our floor.

When I got home I saw my dog (KLAY) haircut was TERRIBLE!!! it was shaved up to part of his head, the face hair is not even or even not round what a Bijon should look like. I wish I can send a picture to send to your department what kind of service PETCO did to my dog.

Ever since the remodeling of the store, no one picks up the any calls for the groomers. I tried to call on numerous times for the whole week without success. I tried to book an appointment online but was not able to because it requires for a full grooming appointment and all i needed was a nail cut and buff. I eventually drove to the store and made an appointment. The store is 5 miles away and it's very inconvenient to drive there just to make an appointment, only if they pick up the damn phone!.

I'm giving 0 stars to the grooming salon. After scheduling an appointment and asked to come in early, they said they were unable to give my dog the full treatment because they didn't have a groomer just a shampoo guy.

The groomer there at Petco I just love her she take her time with my dog Sasha I just like how she cut her make her look so pretty I took her before and when I got home I took a after picture she got Sasha looking awesome and I just love Sasha at Petco that cuts my dog she is wonderful
