I have been coming to this vet for many years. The entire staff is knowledgeable and kind. They have seen pets of mine from my rat, cats and dogs. I have always received honest advice and I feel their prices are fair. Dr. Harry and his staff performed an insane surgery where my dogs leg had to be amputated due to cancer in his paw. They were so caring and gentle with my boy. I truly believe with the surgery they were able to perform on him extended his life for almost two more years. We are extremely grateful to have had them care for our little family members throughout the years.

I am a new client at Broadway pet hospital. I am not the type of person who recommends services. That been said, I was so impressed by the staff that I became a fan. The doctor is so friendly and caring. The prices are comparable to most vets. But the doctors and staff are outstanding. I have been in many clinics. Never seen a more loving environment for pets before.

This place sucks. My dog had surgery and afterwards they gave medicine to give her and the medicine caused her organs to shut down. Had to put her to sleep. The doctor here is incompetent. If you love your fur babies, Don't use this place for anything. You'll thank me latter

Like all Veterinary business is doing now, it's no longer about our pets, but about the $$$$.I'm afraid too, they ALL run in the same pack. Office visits went from a modest rate to $80-89 and hold on to your knickers if it's an "emergency" visit (for getting a same day appt), the cost starts at $150. No vet place called tells you any of their rates, and most want the money up front. It's become a business only the wealthy can afford. No longer can the average person own a cat/dog. Very sad. This industry needs a check. Sorry to say it won't be any of them self-regulating, and that includes this place 😞

The staff are helpful and friendly and they are taking necessary precautions to keep their clients safe during the pandemic. Their services are sometimes pricey, but it's worth it since I know my dog is always well taken care of.My 7yr old dog has gotten all of her checkups and grooming from this location. She is a happy and healthy pup.

My love bug tucker , has been going to Broadway pet hospital since we've rescued him from the streets 3 years ago as a matter of fact I just stopped by to pick up his flea pill tried to have Tucker where his little wings there but he was not having it 😂 the staff they are so helpful and friendly I love this Veterinarian Hospital

In a span of nearly twenty years I have been taking my seven dogs here. I must say that the vets here are compassionate, sympathetic, and understanding. They listen to my concerns and act accordingly. They genuine care for our pets. They are upfront with their diagnosis and their estimates. Being retirees and on a fixed income they’re very reasonable and charge only for what is needed and done. Very happy with them and you will be too.Oh yeah your pets will love them too.

He and his staff are wonderful!!... very informative and caring for our animals...we recently lost our 11 year old beloved Molly and they were kind and considerate through the very hard emotional day!!...I highly recommend Broadway Pet Hospital to take care of your Pets.

Everytime I come here with an appointment set I still end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes. What's the point of setting an appointment if your not going to see me at that time. Seems like over booking to me.

Appointments recommended, getting there 10-15min early but not too early, and there is free parking but it can get crowded. Please be communicative and patient. They were busy so there was a wait even with an appointment, but staff was friendly, doctor was straightforward, it felt expensive but everything has been on the rise in cost. Thankfully they didn’t push any unnecessary procedures or products on me. My pup is doing well and I hope not to have to visit again soon, but if I must I’d try Broadway Pet Hospital again.

Dr. Ladhar and his staff were very kind to me when I had to make the very hard decision to say goodbye to my sweet old kitty, Emily. They were compassionate and respectful. A few days later I received a sympathy card signed by the vet and all the staff. No other vet has ever done this for me before. I am grateful for their kindness.

I have been going to Broadway vets for more than 22 years. They are the best. Caring ,friendly. If it wasn't for this hospital my little guy would not have lived. Was blessed to have him for 15 more 15 years. Even with my big guy who doesn't like anyone they are able to handle him . Other vets didn't want him as a patient. They go out of their way to help a sick fur baby..even will call to see how your fur baby is doing after a procedure or if they've been ill. I since have moved but still drive to get my pets seen. Would not go anywhere else. Love them ALL.

Dr. Harry is attentive, gives you all of your options, does not force a decision nor rush you. He accurately diagnosed my dog's ailment, explained it thoroughly and showed diagrams. He completed the surgery and my dog healed very nicely. I thought after the experience my dog would be fearful of the vet or location, but instead she loves Dr. Harry and is happy to go to the vet. Everyone treated her with such loving kindness and she came back to her energized vibrant self.12/7/23. Sadly I learned Dr Harry passed over with a sudden onset of Cancer. He worked with the “babies” bringing healing to others until his last days. His children have taken over the business and continue in his mission and service. I now have a Pitbull and they have treated her skin allergy, and fixed her. And everything went beautifully without incident. Dr Harry would be proud.

Recommendation for this place in particular - do not confuse a clinical, professional bedside manner with a lack of care, as I did at first. I was worried at first, because they are so busy, but found this this place to be full of people who do care - so much. They genuinely want to make sure that the animal is OK, not just that they make a profit. They have a job to do, but will still take time to be human with you, and that is so rare. I bring all my babies here and highly recommend them.

First off they hurt the hell out of my puppy with these two shots I don’t even think he needed. He yelped louder than I’ve ever heard a dog yelp. I went somewhere else for his vaccine and he didn’t even Flinch with them. They gave me 9 packs of Purina Pro plan without even telling me what it was, I could get it on Amazon for way cheaper I’m just now finding out. Knowing I’ve never done this before I’m just worried about my puppy. Bill ended up being $352 because they checked his Fecal Matter which might of been the only necessary thing they did. All that money and I think they’re just careless and a horrible Vet. I’m 20 years old learning nobody is caring All anyone cares about is the $$$

I take both of my dogs to Broadway Pet hospital. Usually very satisfied with their service but this time I have to share this with the entire world! I had a family health emergency for which I had to have an emergency trip overseas. With multiple transit stops throughout Europe. One of my dogs had to come along, as I wasn't able to find anyone to dog sit. If anyone has traveled overseas with a pet - there are NUMEROUS certificates, vaccines and procedures you have to have a proof of in order for your pet to travel with you. Dr. Henry and Souk (I apologize if I misspelled the name!), both went out of their way during Thanksgiving holidays to accommodate my needs! Even getting the USDA certificates endorsements last minute, literally hours before my flight, otherwise my flight would have been canceled and I could no longer wait due to a family member's health emergency. They are hands down there to help. They worked so hard to make it all work out for me and my little dog that we all happily cheered once the papers went through! Thank you so much Dr. Henry and Souk ! You really helped me out and made it all go smoothly at such a stressful timefor my family. It all worked out!!!!
