Worst groomers! Made an appointment for my dog at 11 Am, this morning. Dropped off with Jordan, she said running a bit late, 30 min or so, so my dog would be ready between 1:30-2. Showed up at 2, had not even started, she’s sitting chatting with the other groomer! I’m thinking finished cuz no call… zero communication and chatting away! Instead my senior dog was left sitting in a cage for 3 hours. Don’t care if Jordan can groom or not… she doesn’t care about dogs at all… btw , my dog was so stressed after THREE hours in a cage, that she had a bit of blood coming from her butt. Evil girl… would have seen that if she’d paid any attention. I will be contacting management. Jordan should not be allowed to work with animals, ever.

I was very impressed with the clerk. She was not a bit pushy, but told me about a product I was considering. I decided to buy it. I am glad I did. It seems to be helping my older dog.
