Girlfriend tried to get a job here and when she was interviewed she wasn’t asked normal interview questions and criticized for never going to the shop. She was belittled for not shopping at their shop and after telling them she was new in town they continued to go into her.

Purchased some plants and local canned goods, plants were overpriced for quality (almost dead but last of what they had so I settled, should’ve been discounted). I purchased a jar of jam from Dolly Farms, which was AMAZING! However, I also purchased two jars from Pickled Co. and they were disappointing. The candied jalapeños had mold spores growing, not sure how old these were as there was no date or even permit number like the other company’s being sold there. And the large jar of pickles I purchased had a damaged lid. I didn’t want to risk getting sick so I threw the entire jar away. Poor quality, I hope this “Pickled Co” company has a permit!

My family's favorite weekday and weekend spot! So knowledgeable about succulents and garden veggies. Every year they get us situated for the season and our backyard has become an Oasis of fresh produce for our daughter to pull from. The succulents are gorgeous and if we have a question about growth or placement they are there to help. For some off chance an employee doesn't know the answer they call their sister store or send a quick text to another employee. We buy all of our dog food and treats from within the store. We feel so welcomed and in an odd way, part of their family. The hospitality is beyond any nursery or boutique we have ever encountered. The amount of giving back Sweet Peas does for the community is endless. Love their weekend markets and fresh produce boxes. Truly a Vacaville Gem.

I love this nursery. This family does so much for the community, and I am a proud supporter of this locally owned business. Check in with them in the fall for their amazing harvest festivals. Our family has been enjoying their festivals for years. If you’re looking for something for the garden or your pets, the staff at Sweet Pea’s has a wealth of knowledge and are always eager to assist. Thank you Sweet Pea’s, you’re amazing! Highly recommended!

Locally owned and operated, Sweet Pea’s Boutique offers a great selection and competitive prices on their nursery and pet supply products. Their customer service is unsurpassed; friendly associates happily offer a wealth of expertise on plants and pets. They also offer one-of-a-kind classes for small and larger groups; unique succulent arrangements for all occasions and locales; and host community events throughout the year on their sprawling property, including a pumpkin patch, Christmas tree farm, pet photos and adoptions, and craft fairs that draw crowds and vendors from all over the region. Additionally, Sweet Pea’s is a family business that constantly gives back to the community that it has such deep roots in - they are truly community partners in every sense. Shopping at Sweet Pea’s is always an enjoyable experience and worth the trip.

What does community mean to you? To the owners of Sweet Pea's and Western Ranch it means quality service, variety in products, giving back, and providing it all at competitive prices. Over 5 years of working with and shopping at either store I have found the staff to be well informed, friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. In crisis, their locations are the first to collect items for those in need, arrange drop offs, and make sure the people in their community are cared for. At the best times, they are fostering relationships with other small businesses and nonprofits. One of those is Super Furiends Rescue, who they have helped do 30 adoptions for this year! Last year they did over 200 for the Solano Animal Shelter. During these times, they provide exceptional service and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

My first time. The worker/owner would not speak to me. I walked in saying hello -ignored, and yes I had eye contact. However he immediately asked someone else of they needed help. I am a beginner and was disheartened. No need to go back for meSad because I am an avid small business buyer. Maybe it was I am considered a minority or doesn't appear I wanted to buy. Not sure but good luck to those who do go hope you have a better experience.

I recommend this business and their Vendor events. Had a great time as a vendor at last weeks event Sept. 29th. Tons of people and owners are awesome. Hoping to do more to support this business. Not sure what previous person (gwen pickering) meant by no one to help DRAG with booths. I will let you know, they were around BUT also helping many other vendors too as I have seen it. These are all volunteers so they help when they can and you can't expect them drag a tent or your boxes for you. You paid for a spot not a moving person. I have been doing booths for many many years and never expect help.

I took my family to the harvest market only to be very disappointed as it is in no way handicap accessible. My mother in law tried both her walker and her wheelchair but the gravel and rocks made it impossible to get around and the tight squeezes were hard to get through. She was so upset and felt embarrassed and helpless so she ended up sitting in the car.

Worst experience ever, vendor day changed, no communication from owner, then it's my fault. Not sure who runs a business like this. But apparently they do. No apology, no, sorry, no what can I do to help. Plus when asked do you have people to help drag our booths for you craft fair that WE paid for, yeah, there around. Vendors re-think this one!

I would like to give a better rating, but very disappointed...the help is not the friendliest, or doesn't know about plants...only the cactus plants...also, they don't wear face masks , saying because they are a partial open air market , that they don't have to...but what about the store area...cute place, but probably won't go back...
