This is a clean store. Nice and neat. The service was good. It was one checkout open and the lady in front of me went slowly. The cashier was not as friendly. They sell hot food too, which smelled delicious. There are alot of healthy and clean products that are good for you.

I misunderstood my receipt and thought I had been charged for an item I didn’t want a day prior. When I called the customer service and management was very kind over the phone. No phone games, just professionalism.Antwione the cashier was very nice and helpful when I returned to the store. My cptsd causes a lot of confusion sometimes, and i feel horrible when people end up catching bits of my frustration. I’m just grateful the staff was kind the entire time. Thanks for your help and patience. 💛

I like shopping at Sprouts, they have variety of organic vegetables and fruits. The store is clean and clutter free. Staff members are courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Also like variety items and products that are on sale. Parking is always available, close to store. Keep up the very good work.

They have a huge selection of organic vegetables for a very reasonable price. I buy all the veggies I need to juice from here. They have a good variety of chips, salsas, yogurt and frozen items. The vitamin section is really good, very well stocked!

This review is not for produce or anything they sell. Why are your employees not cheerful? They always look droopy and wilted. Please take care of them. Whether it’s paying them well or ensuring they have breaks or something to help them out! Every time I go to Traderjoes, They have best customer service! I hope Sprouts Management changes their strategies!

Love the green options. However, freshness with items is hit or miss. Have bought fruit that was bad the next day. Bought some Vit. E oil, had to take it back because it smelled too funky, like old fish.

I love the store and have been shopping here for a while. I usually shop in the morning but the last few times I’ve gone in the evening. The evening cashiers are very rude. Each shopping trip I have dealt with very rude cashiers. Im sympathetic to people having a bad day or whatever challenges they have but there’s no need to be rude to shoppers. I’ll bring my business back to the Nugget.

I love the natural products, and the workers were so helpful and knowledgeable. The store was so clean, I found everything I needed , I had breast cancer and needed deodorant vitamins and creams, and the store had it there. The workers helped me find everything I needed that was recommended by my doctor .

I get my spirulina here, 78 servings for $30Not a lot to say, it's pretty typical of what you would expect inside any sprouts!Friendly staff who are quick to approach and ask if you need anything!I really wish we had a sprouts in davis!

Finally dropped in at Sprouts to review and buy some 0 sugar creamer. I found the creamer at a reasonable price, but the sign on the front door specifically says no photos are allowed. I asked the manager and she confirmed that it was the case. So...how are there pictures of Sprouts on the reviews? I wasn't going against policy. Anyway, nice place, lots of organics, produce and a happy peaceful ambiance. Just go and see for yourself!

We have just enjoyed a petite sandwich tray and a fresh vegetable tray from Sprouts at our family picnic today. We were pleased with both trays. Both exceeded our expectations. We have a family member who eats gf, and they were very kind to make a sandwich on gf bread for her. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Then, the vegetable tray was full of colorful, fresh, and delicious veggies. We will definitely be back and so will our family who enjoyed the picnic with us. Thank you to the wonderful employees at Sprouts!

In the mood for a sandwich? Sprouts is your spot. Amazing fresh made to order sandwiches for only $4.99! Way cheaper than Safeway or the Nugget. Oh, and go to the bulk bins and buy some dark chocolate covered honeycomb. Amazing.

I’d like to make a complaint about a very disrespectful worker by the name of Kia. I was checking out and I had brought my three daughters with me and she had stepped on my twelve year old’s shoe, I had noticed and said “Excuse me.” And after I continued asking her to acknowledge me after she would not look me in the eyes, she had fake yawned and looked away. This behavior is completely unacceptable and inappropriate behavior. This is like nothing i’ve seen before by a sprout employee, Id like you to look into this, thank you.

I had an absolutely terrific experience here I found everything that I was looking for and more in addition to someone in the supplement department that was extremely helpful and knew the products in her department I would say as well as a pharmacist. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the store the order of the store and how everything was literally in perfect condition. It’s rare to find a store that has such good cleanliness order and shelf space that utilized the way that it should be.

I went to get an Ahi Steak and Salmon, and it was great until the guy wrapping my fish decided to roll it up as if it was a deli sandwich. My Ahi Steak was broken up into two sections because of being rolled up. Also the salmon has broken parts in the flesh. That guy shouldn’t be working in there, he would be perfect at subway! Going to Nugget next time where they have better customer service and know how to wrap my fish.

The employees are so rude they don’t even wanna try to help you bag your orders they automatically expect you to bag your items without them lifting a finger ! Horrible employees plus never enough registers open to take care of customers!

I left a review prior but somehow it is not visible.. about poor customer service in the deli department. This is still the case since my review over 6 months ago. It look the gentlemen 20 minutes to make two sandwiches. He did not seem confident making the sandwiches and they showed by taste, quality of portions and ingredients that need be applied.I love Cocojune and this Sprouts does not know how to refrigerate it. The last two times I’ve bought it from this store it is pure liquid. I messaged Cocojune directly the first time about this issue. They were great in response and helpfulness. I feel leaving this review will encourage you as a grocery store to take better care of this vegan yogurt. Please do better!
