“There’s always room for improvement”.A spot to try specially for jar heads , leather necks. Piping hot! Rah!Need to organize chairs and tables to equally shared for dine -in customers.Tables are sticky and need sanitation.Plating is great 💯Rice & fried rice is a bit hard and seems old.Turon is mostly wrap.Halo-halo is good.Parking: Free parking

If you need a place to relax after driving or shopping at the outlets, this is the perfect spot! I always come here with my family. This place has the best Filipino food, because it really tastes like home. I also feel comfortable going here because of how clean it feels! The Halo Halo is a must try if you have any more room too; be warned it’s like a meal in itself. I recommend getting the Classic Halo Halo since it’s the most traditional but all of the different kinds of Halo Halo are all tasty in their own ways. For hot food, any day I recommend the Pork Adobo. For the weekend, I have to get Pork Tocino with Garlic Fried Rice and an egg on top. 🍳Kid-friendliness: High chairs available.

I think this might be the best restaurant I've been to in Vacaville. We got two types of sandwiches: pork adobo, arranged like a French dip and one chicken tocino (panini-like). Both were outstanding. Absolute flavor explosions. Then we got a halo halo to share, which was a decadent dessert experience based around ube ice cream, sweet beans and coconut ice Service was friendly! I really recommend this place! Good for a lunch date.

Roline's Uniquely Filipino Halo-Halo BarJim and I went to this authentic Phillipno Halo-Halo bar, which translates to "Mixed"With the true fashion of Phillipno style, assortment of textures and rainbow flavors from antioxidants, Jackfruit , coconut 🥥, kidney and garbanzo beans abs so much more along with the purple 💜 flavored Ube ice cream as well as the crunchy eatible cookie straw 😉😉😉.Healthy, delicious authentic treat,You can never go wrong on a beautiful hot day.Halo-Halo is considered to be the unofficial national desert of the Philippines.

Ordered the 2 entree & 1 side combo (fried chicken, pork adobo, garlic rice, and over easy egg), classic halo halo, ube mint mojito, and tocino wings. Everything was great and the employees very friendly and helpful!Features: The tables were reasonably spaced out even though the room wasn't very big. Employees wore masks and hand sanitizer was available.

We were really looking forward to trying this spot but unfortunately it was the most underwhelming Filipino food we’ve had in a long time. Sinigang vegetables were undercooked - raw onion & green beans.. Pork adobo lacked flavor. Overall disappointing and super small portions for the price. The lumpia + dipping sauce was the best part!

Enter the Restaurant, there is seating and an Ice Cream Counter and Window. Walk past that and encounter the back side of the store for the Food Display case. My 1st time at a Filipino Restaurant. I have had this type of food at work social events in the past. I recognize a couple of items. The items available that I have not seen before, i asked for the description of what is it? The nice young lady assisting me, offered me taste samples along with the description. I tried the Garlic Rice, to see if indeed it was just named that or does the taste back it up? The Garlic Rice was it!!!! I tested the Dinuguan (It said Blood Pork). It was very dark in color. The taste has a little vinegary BUT that Pork was super tender. YES, let's get it. I ordered the 2 item plate. The other was BBQ Chicken, the usual familiar taste that I had in the past. Still good. All in all I give this place Roline's a 5 Stars All Day. The thing that took it to the 5 Stars is they fact they honor Military and Veterans with a discount. Brovo!!! I will be back when in the area again.

Just found this earlier this year and have not failed to come back to have a decent "halu-halo" everytime I'm in Vacaville. A good suggestion is after you walk around the outlet, have yourself a cold mouthwatering dessert! They've got 2 sizes to choose from (teaser and original). Aside from the classic, they also have special flavors like Champorado. They also serve rice meals as you have your lunch; entrees and a la carte. If you're in during the week, an open bar is availble to make your meal!

Came here for desert only and was very disappointed, champorado halo halo not a very good choice, I’m sure the food and all the other desert is ok.

Went there to order food for my wife. They are understaffed and over price. Took long time to get the halo halo because the cashier is also the maker of the desserts. And this is what a small $8 bungas fish looks like. It’s literally like 4inches long with the tail. What a ripoff. Not worth spending gas and time to go back.look. There is actually more vinegar than fish.

Great service, our first Filipino halo-halo experience. They walked you through the ingredients and methods of making the dessert. Super fun group of workers & they were very interested to give suggestions on what to try to make sure you enjoyed.

The bbq pork order was majority tomatoes/onions and barely had any meat. The cashier messed up our order and we ended up taking food togo that my wife couldnt even eat since she just had dental surgery. When we called the place, the same girl that was the cashier was very unapologetic and even put me on hold without telling me. We went there based on all the good reviews on yelp and google but we just had a horrible experience.

Food is good but are premium price, not because of quality but they are specialty cultural food. The store is a combination of a fast food and bakery. The halo Halo is a highly price dessert comparable to the globally acclaimed Boba and salty cheese smoothie sold just a few yards away from this location. Nothing special about the cooking, but is only geared towards the gustatory longing of foods cooked in the Philippines. Enjoy

We were celebrating my cousins daughter dance recital event. The food was just like home cooking to me especially the chicken adobo and I'm Filipino by heart. Come with a big appetite. 💯☑️

Provides decent food for the only Filipino restaurant in Vacaville. The halo halo is great and I love that there are options! My first time here I ordered the daing na bangus and it was a pretty large portion and was pretty delicious. Most recently I ordered lechon kawali but I could tell it was old which was disappointing. The house lechon sauce was great though!

Amazing food. Pancit is a little different than my family does, lots of crunchy veg. I think secretly my dude likes theirs better so I went ahead and bought the cookbook too 😂😂 no Filipino can look at this menu without getting excited though. Lots of classics and bomb desserts. I'm so excited that I just got a job down the street so I can come through more often haha
