This is a perfect store if you just need to get a couple items and pay using self-checkout. Don't expect much service from the checkout staff up front. I had to ask them to help with bagging my groceries which should be common courtesy that they're being paid for.

So I bought a Smokehouse Rotisserie Chicken from Luckys.. BEST store Bought Rotisserie chicken that I've ever had in my life. After the family has their share I am happy to pick the bones clean LOL Simply delicious! We buy one every single week. Try it and please leave a review when you're done. 8-) 😀 🍗

For the past week my friend has been harassed by the night time manger I believe her name is Tess. My friend is homeless and sits outside and never begs for anything he just sits there to feel safe and to be out of the sun . everyday Tess bully’s him and refused to sell him cigarettes or food due to him being homeless. Every time my friend shops there he buys everything. No other employee there says anything to him.

Tonight was the first time I've ever had a complaint in the 20b or 30 years I've been going there. First off I don't care for self checkout. No matter the store, if I go through self Checkout I hit problems. So tonight I go to Luckys. Line is long (one cashier) so I go through self checkout. My second item is a persimmon. No tag on the fruit. So I key in P-E-R and there are no Persimmons listed in the system. So I ask the check-out cashier manning the checkout stand what the code for "Persimmon" is. She hands me a paper listing with fruits and vegetables on it. There are two different kinds of persimmons and I don't know which one I have. So I ask the clerk that is now at the self checkout register what kind of persimmon I have. She tells me to look it up. I try to tell her the fruit isn't listed in the computer. She procedes to key in P E R and no persimmon pops up. Well after a long back and forth I finally got the price. I am a good customer. Had the cashier just LISTENED to me it would have been nice. However her know-it-all attitude and her need for superiority made this a bad experience. I'm an intelligent, computer savvy customer who has patronized the store ever since it opened as Albertsons back in the day. It was not my fault that persimmons had not been entered I the self checkout data base. This turned out to be an ugly situation.Please have at least two cashier's at the store so the customers can use a living breathing person to check out groceries. Thank you.

Clean!! Great meat, veg, and seafood department. The butcher is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The checkers and baggers have wonderful customer oriented attitudes. They're always happy to chat it up with me. Recommend!!

Chronically understaffed, there’s always at least four people with a full cart, waiting in line and the self check out has a limit, but will have lanes open, but don’t dare use it if you have more than 15 things. Totally got shamed for using it when there was ONE checker and 3 open self checkouts, 1 in use and I used one. It just doesn’t really make sense for the flow of business when customers would like to check out and leave and there’s two open self checkouts and one checker with 3 people. Makes no sense. I won’t come here again. It had been months since I have because of this issue; but I thought oh it’d be quick today. Never again. Wish I lived right by a different store. There’s always workers roaming but never enough to check out when the line gets heavy.

I love Lucky's! They have great prices, quality foods, including organic. The only thing that I didn't find was cut up turkey parts. Separated breast, thighs, wings. I was surprised. I've gotten them before. Ended up getting a whole turkey. Now I get to cut it up. No biggie, I still think they're a great market!

My most recent visit gets 0 stars, but the one before that gets 5 stars (for very helpful & friendly service). That is why I'm giving a 3 star rating. Today I walked into the store and the air reeked strongly of rancid fryer oil that needs to be changed. The smell was so bad that I had to leave the store. It can't be healthy for staff to have to breathe that all day. Management should fix this - I have noticed this smell in the store before, but not as strongly as today.

Prices are fair, usually only one or two registers open, the staff (who you can talk to) are usually nice, not a whole lot of selection as far as food allergies are concerned. ( Not a lot of gluten free dairy free choices). Overall 3.5 stars

I use the pharmacy primarily. The pharmacy has two excellent pharmacists. Very helpful, kind well informed. . The store is nice feels and looks like an older store. Not very busy . More management doing things then staff.

Lucky is always a great place to grab groceries or just a few quick items. There are four convenient self check out lanes for quick shopping. As well as a red box inside for movie buffs. Prices are mostly reasonable here. There are always sales and manager mark downs as well. Most staff is friendly here. The seafood department always has fresh meat and seafood. The butchers are great with customer service. There is a bakery with plenty of baked goods to choose from and a deli with plenty of prepared dishes, including baked and fried chicken. Alcohol selection is good here. Many cold selections as well as wines and hard alcohol.

Product availability was good. Needed more human cashier ,too much self checkout. What's the deal with no cash or exact total. Older customers are not considered. Not all customers use cards or have them!!!!

I love the produce here. My husband finds it easy to pick out good produce but we find the apples are not consistent. Since we eat a lot of apples this is why we took away one star and the employees are not always cheery.Most of the time the clerks are helpful. The meat mark has a large selection and there is always a sale going on. Just make sure you have your Luckys savings card to get in on the deals. It's free and you can attach your number to it.

Not the cleanest store. But a fairly large one compared to other in the area and as a result theres alot more variety. Prices are usually comparable. The meat sales are definitely something to check out if you have a freezer to stock.

Its all about the staff... They have a very large cooler as you go in. Stocked with cold soda, cold coffee beverage(single 1 litre servings)flavored water, teas,You don't have to walk the store to find a quick in and out item like a cold beverage.(1 litre single serving). Try it at safeway. Most grocery stores don't chill 1 liters... And for that reason alone... I thank you...

Great everything shop. Small selection of toys for younger audiences. Great meat selection, and an abundance of produce selections. Plenty of drink options and lunch meat, everything you need for a picnic is right here. You can even purchase dessert here.

Each and every one are very good and very helpful. The pharmacy name Alex surely very friendly kind and helpful. The place is very clean fresh mear and produce .I shop here once a week. The cashier will the baggage very friendly and very helpful 👍

I go to Lucky because it is small, friendly, sensibly arranged and easy. They often have 5 meats for $5 ea. A real neighborhood store. Reasonably priced, close parking, 2 entry/exits. 3's a crowd + self checkout.

Should work on customer service.. during check out time... checkers always having personal conversations during check out time. Make you feel your interrupting there conversations very unprofessional. Been going to this store for 17 yrs and not been enjoying going to the store the pass 3 years. Use to go to this store at least 3 times a week. I can say now maybe twice a month. Due to the service at check out time.

All their electric carts broken or missing and they are not going to to be repaired soon. I cannot shop there without an electric cart. I was offered a cart I could push but then I would only be able to shop for only a couple of minutes before my knees would prevent me from doing anymore walking. So ifyou are handicapped it's not good place to go.

Confirm your online orders by phone at least a day in advance!!! Made an order online for my son's birthday cake and a veggie tray for the party (a week in advance). I received a confirming email maybe a day after I made my order-so everything seemed in order.The day of, I go to pick up the cake and tray- no one knew of my order!!!!! My heart dropped- The woman at the bakery called her manager or assistant manager and whoever was on the phone began arguing with the employee who's fault it was in front of me! I showed her my confirming email and the baker told me I need to go talk to the deli about the tray. The women in the deli were so nice as soon as I told them what was going on they ran around gathering everything they needed to make the tray I had ordered. Luckily I made the pick up time for the cake/tray an hr before the party started. They took $5 off both the cake and tray but it didn't make up for the lack of professionalism I witnessed. The tray wasn't "pretty" but I don't blame anyone for that. I was so upset I left and told them I'd come back to pick up the cake/tray. When I came back the assistant manager (I assume) apologized. I felt she should've been down a lot sooner.Advice: your customer could careless who's fault it is or what went wrong, you make it priority to walk over apologize and manage your employees to fix the problem! Figure out what went wrong behind the scenes/have a meeting/hire a tech person to fix glitches in the computer system.

Poor every visit & long long waits at their pharmacyI have yet to experience pleasant behavior from their pharmacist unknown as to the why we have to wait near an hour when no one is there... when I contacted their assistant manager this morning to discuss he never called me back and my attempt to get attention to this poor customer service have gone no where.

Lucky's in our town are slightly overlooked because the competition from WinCo, Wal-Mart and Safeway...I live close by a Lucky's and their store is always clean, nice looking with full service deli, bakery and pharmacy, self check area. They also sell seasonal items, available as you walk in the doors. I like Lucky's, it's a good grocery store with the old fashioned style customer service. Meanwhile don't forget about Lucky's, it's a great corporation.
