Went to Luckys tonight for about 10 items. Continued to checkout with a huge wait at the cashier as it always is since there has never been more than 1 lane open at once. Went to self checkout and waited for approval needed as usual. No one came after 10 minutes since no one was working self checkout. Probably the 4th time this has happend in 3 months. I just left my groceries on the lane and left. Will not return again. I will shop at Winco or Safeway moving forward.

Kristen went and brought me a handicap cart with a smile. Place was clean and well stocked. Great fresh meat selection as well as produce. Easy check-out with wide lane so getting the cart thru was made simple. Lupe assisted me to my car and talked to me along the way. Very pleasant experience and I will be back.

Just wanted to thank the super kind employee who showed me to the kid's carts this morning. She was obviously on her way out and saw that I had a toddler and turned around to show us where the kid carts were - I honestly had no idea. My 1 year old is so independent and always loves pushing the big carts, but to have one his own size?! What a cool thing. He was just over the moon walking around the store. Thank you ❤️

I only go if necessary. Nobody really greets you when you go thru the line . What happened to greeting a customer and saying thank you or your welcome ? Not being mean but we have all been thru some hard times , it’s easy to smile and be nice .

Proces and everything are fine. I was waiting by self check out and the employee woman with long black hair and black shirt was extremely rude for no reason. Idk if she was in a bad mood but she just seemed overall really rude and pushy.

Not my "go to" store but it's the closest. I only visit if I need something quickly, like half & half the day before Thanksgiving or a really low advertised deal from the weekly flyer. The store is clean, the staff is nice and I really appreciate the plentiful amount of self check-out registers.Update: Increased rating to 5 stars. Discovered the mobile app and found extra perks and personalized savings. My last visit exceeded my expectations, I called corporate to let them know what an awesome job the employees were doing. All around A+++.The produce guy had everything well stocked and so manicured, it was beautiful and picture perfect!The Meat Dept was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was willing to go the extra mile and offered to cut salmon even though it looked like he had cleaned up for the day and ready to go home.Cashier wasn't rude at all. No rushing or bad attitude. She was super personable and friendly. I hope to see her again.The manager assisted with my store card sign up and was nice, too!I will be back!

The customer service was not friendly to me. She was friendly to the other customers and acted like she didnt want to help me. All I was there to do was check out not get an attitude when I did nothing. And the guy behind me got a friendly hello how are you and the lady in front of me. Ive had more bad experiences going here and wont be back. Its really convenient and down the street from my house but I wont go there anymore.

As I’m reading all those 5 star ratings you can tell they are fake!1 star is too much star for this store.Service is terrible. You should also see the staff they have ridiculous. I try my best to not go to this store that should say enough.

This is my home store this is the store that I do all my main grocery shopping at and I really like it here because every time I go shopping there's always somebody asking me if i need help I forget his name but it's always this younger guy that pushes a broom and then the cashiers are always nice there's a girl that always has pretty nails a younger girl. She always has a different color every time I come in. I don't know why that stands out to me but I think when you work with your hands it's nice to have nice hands to look at and her nail color is always so cute. all around nice people even the pharmacist will come up to me and give me a free item I have to spend $10 or more which I always do but he always comes up to me and I get it so that's pretty cool I just really like that store good prices and I love their produce

The prices here are high, but it's more a matter of convenience at times. Overall nice store but Sometimes items are at least 2/3 higher than other chain stores. Good service though.

It's a grocery store that has high prices. I usually grab a few things a couple of times a week (since it's the closest food store to me), but I save larger shoppings for winco or target because their prices are better. I have been shopping at Lucky's for 30 years and you'd think the employees (except for a few exceptions) could be a little more friendly as I always try to be polite, especially during these times.

The manager was very nice and took the tod to go around and ask customers if they need help. The store was clean and my cashier was very friendly. There was only one person in front of me in line and I was definitely impressed at the speedy service, especially on a Saturday afternoon. Keep up the good work!

I love this place! I started coming here with my grandmother in-law. What sweet memories those were! I love the staff, the rewards programs and have only had one bad experience there which was quickly addressed and resolved above and beyond what I ever expected. I highly recommend them.

I love this place because they have great prices but I don't like to get dressed up or do my hair and Stuff before I go so they treat me kinda weird. I've had 4 people Ask if I need help in 3 minutes one time and then some would watch me like I was doing something wrong. Great place but maybe racist against redheads?

Wow this is the 3rd time I have gone back after I said I was never going back. When I lived here before this was a store to go to they were so nice and it's the same people that are there now but I don't know what happened to that because all of a sudden they done got rude and beside them so maybe they are in an uproar because we're in a pandemic but I will never go back there again ever I do not like the way I was treated today and I do not like the way I was treated the last time I was there and the time before that I'm good maybe I'll go to Raley's spend more money but have better customer service I would give this a 0 * but there was no option to do that very disappointed.

Good weekly specials and sometimes they have "managers' specials' which are especially good. Lines are long if you don't want to do the self check [which takes jobs from employees so we never do that]. Very limited selection of organic produce.

Friendly staff ,very helpful. They have a bakery and deli. Pharmacy also available. They do have a butcher block area with fish and shrimp to choose from. Special cut meats as well. Their selection in me5ar is the best and they can cut it the way you want as well. They sell ice and dry ice.

Luckysnis friendly very clean and have packs of chicken drumsticks, party pack, and thighs for buy one get one free. Very wonderful cashiers cery helpful and an all around wonderful experience. Besides going hungry. Fyi necer shop when hungry. I jad to ghad hungry and pregnant. Lol my cravings with the babys cravings. Awwwkward lol keep up the good work.
