The location was in center to the left of store. She was knowledgeable of specific questions dog owners asked. It was not hidden, and safe. Thank you.

The price is high there. The service wasn't that great. Looking for someone to help you can't find nobody. There's a line at the cash register. There is enough parking place there. The place is clean. They have neat stuff there to shop. The neighborhood is good.

This PetSmart has everything. Inside there is a Banfield animal hospital, animal vaccinations, professional grooming and dog training classes. There is an excellent selection for all animals ranging from fish, rodents, reptiles to cats and dogs. On certain days this place hosts animal adoption events. There are plenty of toys and treats for all animals. Lots of options in the pet food aisles. A helpful and friendly staff and the management is good too. Definitely one of the better locations. Plus, not to brag but my dog, Hondo is the most adorable and well behaved companion of all time ha. Thus, I included lots of pics Haha. Enjoy.

I visit here often. People are nice. Lately they've been short staffed and noticed a lot of Hills and Royal Canin prescription items were out of stock.Very long line at register today. Had to ask someone twice to get 2nd checker.Hope they hire more people.

PetSmart's customer service is severely lacking, both over the phone and in person. During my visit, the cashier rushed through my purchase, charging me for items I didn't intend to buy. When I questioned the high price, she dismissively replied that it adds up quickly. They refused to accommodate a handicapped elderly woman in need of a shopping cart, displaying a complete lack of empathy and respect. If you or your loved ones are disabled or elderly, I strongly recommend seeking a more compassionate and helpful establishment.

customer service over the phone is def lacking, in person as well!was there a week or so back near closing time and the cashier was in such a rush that when I asked the b price difference on 2 items, she scanned them both and charged me for both and when I was asking why my items were so expensive, she said something like "yeah it adds up quick" and then as I was waking out the door I looked at my receipt and seen her mistake. clearly she was not worried about anything but getting out of there and then bin order to be let back into the store so the cashier could correct her mistake, the guy at the door was very reluctant to let me in.seems to me ( always has ) that the kids they hire here are not necessarily educated or experienced with animals.just my opinion.

Excellent Services. Very caring helpful and knowledgeable vets. Well trained and certified groomers for CATS and Dogs. Ask for a free price quote for any service before you proceed. PETSMART is very competitively priced .

Beware, this Pet Dumb charges you for things you do not want. The vet service charges you even though you say you do not want the services, and then when you complain they tell you you signed for the service. If you don't sign you do no get service. Do not sign until they explain every detail of the service. Do not let them trick you!

If I'm having a bad day, my favorite thing to do is to to PetSmart and look at the cute little lives. I desperately long for the day that I can have my own place that allows fur babies, but until then, all I can do is admire the lives in PetSmart.

Went into grooming to get my pup a nail trim, when I encountered the girl named Jessica at grooming she was very rude and told me I had to wait 20 minutes, which I didn't mind at first, but what bothered me was that for about 10 minutes I saw her on her personal cell phone texting and just fooling around. 😡

It’s very difficult finding a specific food that we need for our pet. I was lucky enough to find the food at the store and management held the food for me because I was having difficulties with my debit card. I was able to come back and pay for it later. The staff at this location are always very helpful and very courteous. We will always continue to be customers.

I purchased an item that was marked on clearance. It rang up for the clearance price as marked on shelf. But I was made to return the items and was told I could not purchase them. They were marked at $0.05. That's what the shelf tag said and that's the price that they rang up as. I purchased all my items but before I left the checks and, another checker came up and talked to my checker. Next thing I know, I was told I had to return the 2 items. I was not able to purchase them. So they errant me minus those 2 items. No explanation no nothing. ”Thank you”
