Well lit, clean, and well stocked. It's a nice store, they use to carry fish but the last time I went in they were clearancing them out, no reptile pets, either. Plenty of dog and cat supplies, small mammal supplies, too. They carry reptile feeders, also.

Never again.The owner of the store tried to tell me my brand of dog food, Earthborn Holistic Primitive Natural didn't exist, even though I had bought there before. I had to show him on his own store website that it indeed does, and the website shows it as in stock. He still couldn't find it, Hopeless.

Had the Kitty litter I use that is hard to find and usually a bit on the pricey side but Pet Supplies Plus had it for several dollars less ! Employees were friendly and helpful ! They did not have much of a toy or collar section for cats. Also no big cat litter boxes !

I buy raw dog food for my little Yorkies. I love that I have access to Primal foods. The employees are willing to go the extra mile for you when there is a problem. They’ve been very helpful to correct any issues with online ordering. I would’ve given them five stars because I really like Pet Supply Plus. I had some difficulty with ordering from their app, for curbside pick up. The only problem I’ve had, is their online system does not automatically give you the discount you’re supposed to get, which requires me to go into the store to get that handled. Obviously, I’m trying to avoid any contact, so I’m trying to do everything online. I think they will get that handled. This is all new to all of us and I really love the company.

We love this store! Their specialty dog cookies are adorable and the vibe there is very friendly. They even let my daughter play with the adoptable kitties and it makes her day! Highly recommend!

I came thinking it’s open at 9:30 and I get here at they don’t open till 10am. Now I have to wait an extra 30 mins. Google maps and the pet supplies plus says they open at 9:30, ridiculous.

We had just adopted a puppy and was looking for a specific Stella and chewy kibble. We looked everywhere and ended up calling Pet supplies plus as recommended by our trainer. I gave them a call and they had it in stock. Everyone we talked to was so friendly. This location is next door to sprouts and has so many goodies for your pets. We are glad we found this location which carries high quality kibble and raw foods for our pups!

Kristina and staff today were very friendly and helpful which I appreciated and so I've been a repeat customer. This is where I buy my dog food for my own pups and the rescued pups I foster! I tend to try different brands for my different breed of doodles!

I went in today to return a crate I did not need. I didn't have my receipt because I entered the wrong email, an email that doesn't exist and ended up purchasing it as a guest checkout online. I had explained that to Logan who was able to support and find my receipt. Logan was polite, helpful and professional.

I love this place everyone is super friendly, but the woman with the fake blonde hair, heavy set. She is the only reason I am writing this review. Her attitude is beyond gross and I never want to come to this place again because of how rude she is. Everything was fine until for some reason she was there behind the counter barking orders. I am not sure if she is the owner or if she was a fellow employee that wasn't clocked in but anyhow... I am going to have to find a new place to take my business.

I placed an online order for in-store pick-up, but then wanted to switch to home delivery. When I called the store, the employee very quickly and cheerfully helped me change my order. My order, for Mitten's Morsels dry cat food, then arrived the same day and everyone loves it. Thank you for the extra trouble you took with my order and the quality of your product. I am so happy I found you and your store!

Went in today for the first time. Great store, clean, wide selection of dog foods, treats, chews, toys etc. Very friendly helpful associates. They also had a nice selection of fish (and the fish looked well cared for and in clean tanks) I'll definitely be back to stock up on dog food and treats.

Really impressed with the helpful knowledge we received regarding the self serve dog wash options. We were even more impressed with the help & good tips we received about the new aquarium we purchased. Great customer service & a professional environment that didn’t make me feel like I was bothering anyone with my questions. Staff was very polite & helpful. We will continue to come back for our pet needs.

I've been using self-service dog wash for a number of years and across multiple States. This is the 1st place that forced me to use a bigger bath for my small dog. Slippery floor, really dangerous to be here and "very friendly stuff" that don't even bother tell you that they've decided to turn another wash. Again I've been using it for years and that's the 1st Pet supplies where I faced it. Do whatever but find another store if you don't wish to break your legs washing your 🐕.

The store employees are great but the manager’s customer service and the store’s new policy are very poor. I hope Pet Supplies Plus would consider to disassociate their name from this store or get a new store manager. I see the business responded asking me to call, but whom I suppose to ask for as the one that claims she’s the manager and stated not even corporate can do anything about the policy because this is a franchise (she sure sounds like the policy is only up to her, I wonder if there’s an owner or different manager for other shifts?)

Pet Supplies Plus Upland, unfortunately, left a bitter taste in my mouth. While the store employees were pleasant, the manager's poor customer service and the store's new policy were major letdowns. It seems the manager is running the show as if it's her own, disregarding any input from corporate or an owner. I'll be searching for a new pet store.

This store is THE BEST! Not only does it carry food brands that you can't get anywhere else, but online, but the employees here are amazing. They don't treat you as lesser for having the knowledge that you might not have aboutnyour animal, but they are always willing to happily help. And their love for animals shows!!

I love this place. They are always really friendly and sweet. The store always has a good selection and the bathing station is so convenient. I have a 130lb dog and they usually come bring extra towels without me even asking. Just an all around great place.

I found a coupon online and made an order on website for curbside pickup. Before I went to the store, I got a phone call from this store and the girl said my order have to be canceled because the coupon code was NOT VALID at that time. My order was already being made and that was went through by card. I asked her why and she just repeated that the code is not valid at this time. I really wonder why does the code always need to be valid??? I do not accept this result. And, the girl's attitude was really mean. The experience is so bad and never want to go again.

Their prices are pretty close to Chewy's so I go there whenever I don't want to wait for delivery.Update 2.23.22: I bought one of the cookies in the case by the register. I buy one every time I go there. I didn't check the bag until the next day and realized the bag was empty. I called as soon as they opened to talk to someone about my missing cookie. Eric answered the phone he was polite and nice. He transferred me to Janelle in management I'm assuming. I explained I was there the day before and was missing the cookie. I told Janelle I thought perhaps the cashier took the cookie out of the bag to check it in the book but forgot to put it back. Janelle argued that the cashiers don't remove the cookies they just look through the clear windows. She argued with a customer over a $1.58 cookie. I kept my cool and got my cookie replaced. But for how much money I spend here in a month I probably won't return.
