What a great experience! We had a few quotes from other places including Lowes. No one came close to the price but more and foremost the quality of the windows as well as the warranty offered. Jaime Sanchez was very knowledgeable and I loved that he did not push the sale at all. The install was a breeze, almost like magic :) the installers were quick professional and friendly. I'm am extremely careful and like to research and make sure I will get the best quality or the price and I'm extremely happy with my decision to choose Hometime windows as well as supporting a local business. Thank you to the owner as well for calling and making sure we were happy with the job.

Quick service! Great prices! Efficient and thorough job! What more can you ask for. My slider door in my kitchen was getting more difficult to pull open, especially when it rains. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to contact Hometime because of their high ratings on yelp. Yelp reviews were spot on! The two employees (Andy & Danny I believe) told me they would finish installing everything within 2 hours and they did exactly that. They were very professional and respectful of my house. My slider door looks and feel amazing! I cannot wait to get the rest of my windows done later on in the near future.

Their crew showed up on time and were very professional throughout the entire installation. They happily answered any questions I had while they were working. They were also very efficient in the time it took to do the install and the windows came out great! I could hear the difference right away and definitely felt the difference at night when it started getting cold. The windows alone have cut my HVAC usage in half. They're affordable, great quality and great customer service. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

Update: 4/25/2023 I would have to say that I am still having problems with the Hometime Windows. Some of the windows that have been replaced after they started leaking are now beginning to leak.I only have 14 windows/sliding doors in my house. Hometime has replaced all of them. Then they started to leak. A handful were replaced for free. Then after ten years, it was on my wallet to replace them. They are expensive to replace. Now, some of those replacement windows are starting to leak. At this moment, I have two windows and one sliding door that are leaking, and they have been replaced twice. Once for the original install and then when they started leaking a few years back. Like I said in my original review.... Hometime did a good job, they were on time, they gave a good price, BUT..... in my opinion, they just don't seem to last very long. I have no experience with any of the other replacement windows but I would caution on using Hometime for the long haul.Original Post: When I was looking for replacement windows, Hometime was the one I decided to go with for my home. This was many years ago (perhaps even 20 years ago) and I chose Hometime because they would let me do a few now, and a few later. Others wanted to do the entire house all at once, but Hometime worked with me. I replaced two sliding doors to begin with. Then a couple years later, I replaced 6 large windows. Then I did the four kitchen windows. Next came 4 windows for the bedrooms, and finally, it ended with the four bathroom windows. I believe all of these were done with the previous owner. While I was very pleased, it wasn't long before the windows began to leak. One by one, they had to be replaced. Hometime stood by their product and replaced them. Eventually, I was told that I was now out of warranty? What warranty? I was never told upfront that their windows only had a ten year warranty. News to me when the competition offers lifetime warranties.So, as a word of caution, Hometime did a great job and everything looked great... but in the end, the windows do not seem to hold up and begin to leak after time. When I say leak, I mean in between the double glass panes, they begin to cloud up and it looks like mold is creeping in from the edge of the glass. I currently have three windows that are this way... as most of the others have already been replaced once.I would like to give them 5 stars because they did a good job and they look great.... but they just don't seem to hold up over time. Perhaps they are great for a quick fix, but don't count on them for the long haul.

Nate and Lucas and Freddie were excellent installers. They were on time, friendly, communicative and experienced. Our sales rep Austin was respectful, communicative and responsive to all of our questions. The sales representative in the Upland showroom was also very helpful. The installation process was efficient and clean. But keep in mind, this is a construction project so they will be working inside and outside your house. The Hometime windows are very good quality overall and look amazing. The tight locking mechanisms are very secure and the sound package glass was worth the extra cost. This is our second time using Hometime. Prices for the windows were competitive, as we did shop around. Hometime deserves very high marks. We were very pleased with the high quality product and great service. We would recommend Hometime to our neighbors and friends in a heartbeat.

This company is one amazing company. Andrew, the owner takes such pride in this company. He is just the nicest person you could ever want to deal with and not to mention How thorough and professional he is. From the beginning meeting with Brian Bremer who explained the process, was just such a pleasure to deal with. Then the installation with Peter and Enrique who did an amazing job installing my beautiful new windows and sliding patio door. A couple of weeks later I needed a small issue taken care of so I texted Andrew. In minutes, Andrew texted me back acknowledging me and letting me know he will get someone out immediately. They texted me a date and time and arrived as usual at the time they said they would be arriving. Todd, who was so knowledgeable and friendly, fixed the issue in a small amount of time. Having stuff done to your home is pretty stressful to begin with but Andrews team of knowledgeable workers made it so much less stressful. I highly recommend Hometime windows and doors. Three Hometime workers changed our day for the better! They arrived on time. With expertise and efficiency they began their work. My husband and I watched Eduardo, Carlos and Daniel remove our aluminium windows and four sliding doors carefully replacing them with double paned, clean vinyl ones. The smooth tracts are a joy on which to slide the windows and the corking and silicone made them fit snuggly. They have transformed our place. It’s not often we encounter respectful, hard working tradesmen who clearly enjoy what they do, and set about to give value for money.Thank you Hometime. All of our dealings with Hometime Windows and Doors have been extremely positive from initial contract with Andrew to installation and a follow up on a screen door. The install crew arrived ahead of schedule and immediately went to work protecting the floors and furniture. They worked like clockwork throughout the entire job and it was obvious they knew what they were doing and the liked their jobs. I highly recommend Hometime for window replacement. I would highly suggest Hometime Windows to anyone considering the purchase of new windows for their home. Not only are the windows and sliding glass doors beautiful, but the quality is impeccable! Also, the workers were timely upon arrival and very respectful when they were in our home. I was so impressed with the customer service we received from Carlos & Eduardo, and how kind they were. Hometime is a truly good window installation company from sales to follow-up. We solicited several bids for whole house window and slider replacement and Hometime was substantially lower and it is locally owned and operated which appealed to us. It took a month for manufacture. Installation occurred on the estimated date in January 2021. That was remarkable scheduling considering the pandemic. The installation crew, headed by Danny, was on time, efficient, cleaned as they went, and were quiet and polite. Danny took time to show us how everything worked. We are pleased with the process and the product. Hometime has an excellent warranty. I'd recommend them highly.

We had a wonderful experience with Hometime from start to finish. Paul come out and gave us a quote. He was very personable, and offered excellent recommendations for the windows that met our needs. Once it was time for the installation, the team called and actually got the work done before our scheduled appointment. Even though I was at work at the time, the installer called me throughout the process in order to make sure they installed the windows exactly to my specifications. Similar to Paul, the installation team was efficient, professional, and very friendly.Lastly, their price was better than any other place around. I always try to do my homework and get multiple estimates, and Hometime came in cheaper than any other place. Please to not think that you get a lower quality window at a cheaper price... The windows turned out amazing, and we look forward to working with Hometime when we have other projects in the future. I highly recommend this company to anybody who wants high quality, good prices, and the feeling that a company genuinely cares about the service that they provide.

I needed to replace 9 windows in an apartment in Los Angeles. After researching several companies, I contacted Hometime Windows & Doors and I knew I found the right company for the job. It’s a family owned business who truly care about the quality of their work and their customers. Communication with everyone in the company was very easy. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and professional and answered all my questions. Jaime came out and measured the windows to assure that the custom made windows would fit properly. The Hometime Window installers came yesterday and our windows look wonderful and give an updated look to our home. From the beginning, when I got the quote from Paul, the service was professional and timely. The quote was much lower than another company we called. We had 10 windows and a patio sliding door installed. The workers were great, very professional, tidy, and it was all done in one day! They did an excellent job. We had 15 windows and 1 patio door.We contacted Hometime Windows as soon as we got into our new home in May 2016. Our original point of contact was Paul C. as the sales person he was absolutely the best. Paul was patient, resourceful and always 100% honest. I am one to research and research and then research some more to ensure the information I'm getting is correct and in line with other field professionals' opinion. Once we settled on a start date, the windows were installed beautifully. My father-in-law (a former window installer and contractor) came by to ensure the job was done properly and he was impressed at the installation work they did. To this day he talks about how great their caulking skills are and what a great clean job they did. I will definitely work with Hometime again in the future. Keep up the great work and the great customer service.

Their service is great. I installed 8 windows and 1 sliding door.Windows and sliding door look great. After installation, they cleaned it. Therefore there is no mess afterward. However, I messed up the caulking by letting two windows open with blind down after their installation.Unfortunately that same night, it “rained and was super“windy”. (Not normal weather in LA but it happened)It was part of my fault. But they are still willing to help and fix the caulking.Five stars for their service and work!!!!

Customer Service at its finest! My husband and I purchased a fixer-upper in September 2016. We hired a contractor to manage the remodel, but we decided to complete the windows and doors separately. We conducted our research and were intrigued with the excellent customer ratings, so we scheduled an estimate with Hometime Windows along with other companies as well. Hometime Windows reassured us that outstanding customer service still exists! Dan and his team took the time to explain the process and their products including bringing a sample window that we could view during the estimate phase. Wanted to wait before I reviewed.It has been well over a year and I have gone thru all seasons and the biggest was to test the windows from the afternoon summer heat. Thumbs Up!Great experience from beginning to end.Everything was professional, all involved were extremely respectful.Israel and his partner did an AWESOME job installing my windows and fixing around the trim (not related to anything they did) to ensure a perfect fit and to keep out bugs and avoid weather issues.Did have a minor issue, but that was fixed immediately and on my time.Great job! Hometime Windows & Doors just finished our windows last week. They replaced 25 windows, plus a new sliding patio door, in just two days! The windows look great and we are very happy with the work. The workers were also great. Pure professionals. After they were finished, the only reason you knew that work had been done in our house was because we had all new windows and a new slider. They completely cleaned up after each day. We were also very please with the price. My wife and I thought replacing all the windows in our home plus our sliding door was going to cost a fortune. I found Hometime on Yelp! We needed replacement windows for a condo we have as a rental unit. One of the details, that became a key to my buying decision, was that Hometime MAKES their high-quality windows in their LOCAL factory, with top-quality American-sourced materials. You buy factory-direct, with no middle man mark-up. Very cool aspect.I was intending to get three bids because we knew it would be a substantial cost to replace 6 windows and a sliding glass door. But I had a heck of a time getting top-Yelp! rated windows suppliers to either respond--or agree to meet me when I had time. Paul, from Hometime, was the only one who got back to me. Because I live an hour away from the condo, Paul went out and worked with my tenant to measure for the estimate. He got back to me quickly with a detailed quote and a very informative (by email) brochure. Based on other research, I feel the pricing was very competitive. Other reviewers have said the same.When we had the windows installed the Hometime crew was very friendly and worked very efficiently. The windows look great and I have a great deal of confidence in the quality of the products. Because they are local, their factory is local and they have done everything they said they would do, I would highly recommend Hometime. And how about this-when I got home this afternoon I got a call from the owner of the company, checking on our satisfaction with the work and the windows. That's accountability.

I am a real estate broker and do a lot of flips. Although Hometime Windows & doors was not the cheapest company, I used them because of their professionalism and the quality of their product. In that regard, they offer the best deal. From the sales person to the installers, great customer service is provided, which to me is invaluable. In addition, the installers were right on time, which is rare with contractors. I would and will recommend Hometime Windows and Doors to everyone who is looking to replace their window/doors. 5 star all the way.
