Luna 1 of the groomers at Union Landing is fantastic. My Dinah & Roo are rescues & very leary of strangers & unfamiliar places. Luna has the magic touch. My one BIG problem with Petco is the website. It’s impossible to book grooming appointments for more than one pet with the same groomer & Petco doesn’t have enough staff to book appointments over the phone. ALSO, the website keeps trying to change my preferred store to San Leandro. I really don’t appreciate this as we had a very negative experience there over a decade ago with 2 other pets. Will never go back.

Katie was very efficient, kind and my dogs were clean, nails trimmed perfectly and teeth brushed. She helped me manage my dogs and even made sure I was able to use my coupons and walked me to a manager vs. sending me! I see why the Yelp reviews give her good ratings, as do I!

Rachel is the Best!!! She has been grooming my dogs for 8+years. I watched her grooming my Westie last Saturday. She is an expert and what she does. My Westie is VERY particular. He trusts her and let her do everything she needed to. Both of my dogs look great following an appointment with Rachel. We moved out of town and I still bring my dogs to Rachel.

Maria the groomer is an excellent groomer. She's wonderful with my dog, she does the best grooming my poodle has ever had. She suggests add ons to the bath and haircut that he needs and executes her work with experience and pride. I would recommend her to anyone.

My appointment was canceled I called and was told that someone called using my name to cancel the appointment. Maria argued back and forth with me finally she rescheduled the appointment. When we arrived we were very specific on what we wanted; bath, double brush and teeth brushing. When I picked up my dog all he got was a bath. The groomer Katie is great, but everything else terrible.

Our dog can be a bit difficult but Selene was fabulous with her. We will use her again. Her nails were trimmed really good, ears cleaned, just a fantastic job!

They deviated from the cuts my dogs have been getting for years. 1 of them 13+ years. My dog now has a shaved piggy tail when is should have only been trimmed. My other 2 dogs have small poms of fir on the end if their tails when they should have only been trimmed also. All three dogs have uneven cuts and their nails weren't trimmed. My husband picked them up. I would have refused to pay if I picked them up. I've used your grooming service for 13+ years every 3 to 4 months. The service I've been receiving the last couple of time my dogs have received has me looking for a new groomer.
