Great pet pharmacy. Despite the distance to my location, the medication arrived in three days from west to east coast. This company needs help! I placed an order on 8/25/23. I wasn't told the product was out of stock. I called several times to get information. After leaving 2 vm & finally getting a supervisor through online chat, I was told the shipment would be expedited and I'd be updated by email. My order still has not arrived & I never heard from the supervisor, Sean. According to Fed Ex, the shipment is stuck in Arkansas. It's not worth dealing with this company! Read the lower rating reviews, order fulfillment is a consistent problem.

This company has a user friendly site to order. There is a wide range of products at good prices. The delivery was extremely fast.. I ordered Crunchy o treats for our dogs. I couldn't believe the selection offered. The blueberry flavor smells like blueberry. We will order again

Despite better judgment, I placed an order with HealthyPets. Do your research on this company, they have a history of not shipping orders. I purchased some melatonin chews two weeks ago and they never shipped my order. I sent an email to their customer service email, no response. I called the customer service phone number on their website and after holding for awhile, it asks you to leave a message and you don’t get a call back. I contacted PayPal about this scam of a website and showed them the email I sent. They instantly refunded me. Avoid HealthyPets, they are not reputable and you have no help once they ghost you after taking your money.

This is some kind of weird sketchy company. Called them more than 5 times - nobody answers the lines and pushes you automatically after a long hold to "we will call you back". Never called me back. Also emailed them with a list of selected items to call me back to complete my order and to apply the labor day 17% discount. Nobody called again. 2 weeks passed and I called them again, this time reaching a CS person who told me that they don't remember our conversation about the 17% discount and the discount is no longer active and they will not honor it despite the fact that it was the Company fault they can't be reached for 2 weeks to complete my order. I am almost sure if I had given my money the order would not have gone without any problems either...

Wow - I should of read the reviews before placing my order. Now I'm experiencing the same issues - I placed an order on January 25. Called them on February 2 to find out where my order is. The lady on the phone tells me that they have not shipped it and she wasn't sure why that is so when they have the product in the warehouse. She promised to contact the manager at the warehouse and have my order ship out immediately and have it delivered to me within 3-4 days. It have been 4 days already, and the order is not shipped.In the previous reviews responses, they acting like they want to train the staff and want the order number - you still don't have your company trained???I do not trust this company and definitely not the food anymore. I'm canceling my order and getting my money back. This company doesn't deserve our money and with this kind of service - it does not look like they care for dogs/animals.Absolutely the worse
