I have been ordering from this pharmacy monthly for over one year. Their website is well laid out showing prices and details. When you decide you're ready to order, I phone them, leave a callback number and they've always called me back within 10 minutes, then you have a live person to speak to which is always helpful. They have always had excellent prices and they are always detailed to explain what you're ordering so there's no mixup. They've always shipped promptly if not immediately and their staff all sound intelligent and educated. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Purchased a new large Seresto dog collar and we were sent a used collar! It had many visible puncture marks all over it, had clearly been cut to size, and the loop holes have been cut off! They even packaged it like it was new. We have also reported this company!

Never received the order.Update: I received an email asking me to verify whether or not I had received my item. I had to call them and discuss it with them over the phone. They told me that the item was no longer in stock and they did not know that because they weren't the ones shipping the item. They did refund my money, but I would rather have known the item was unavailable rather than wait for weeks, and then have to call them about it being missing.

Canada Post was doing their usual thing by sending it to the wrong location. But it finally arrived on Jan. 18, well packed. Shipping times were great, too, once you take off our postal flubs. Shipped out from this great store right away, too! Love the service. I have them bookmarked in case of some other kitty needs. Highly recommend this great seller! Buy with confidence! A+++

I have had problems because I thought I had cancelled an order when it never arrived and then I re-ordered a few weeks later and received 2 orders because autoship had not been cancelled. But we straightened it out on the phone and everything seems okay. I returned one order unopened by refusing it.

I have never received an order quickly and more recently, accurately. I ordered on 7/6 and with no communication on the shipping status for 12 days, I inquired on the status. I was immediately told one item was discontinued and the other shipped. I received the item that wasn't discontinued two days later.They certainly need to step up their communication and customer service to compete with competitors.

I don't understand what takes so long to process an order. When ordered it said I would receive it in 4-8 days. Seven days later it was still pending. Didn't get shipped until I sent an email wondering what was going on. Happened last time I ordered something from here as well :(

Quick delivery of product as expected...small container but one doesn't need much and it will last a long time. Almost liquifies with body heat. But, of course, the cat whose paws I am TRYING to put it on hates anyone messing with his feet.

The product is good, and the price is the lowest I saw anywhere. These small treats are just right and I even break them in two and give my puppy one half every morning after she eats. Veterinarian tells me they were never contacted BOTH times i tried to order & entirelypets has NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS regarding why they returned the money to my card instead of fulfilling the prescription, and when WE called THEM, they said, "ew yeah not sure why we didn't put that one through yet," so gave them 2 more days... now LATE NEARLY A MONTH WITH A LIFE-ALTERING PRESCRIPTION because they didn't contact me OR my vet!Where is the "no stars, i wanna start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT" button to the left of the "1 star"?

I have used this product in the past, but it was a lighter color and creamy. Cats loved it. This stuff now is hard and dark, barely comes out of the tube. My cats are not too interested in it. What happened? Also, I ordered two tubes, but why the huge box?

I placed an order on 5/16/21 at 3:00est I also paid the extra 59 bucks for 1 to 2 day delivery under there site it says delivered threw FedX wrong they use USPS and I still don't have my medication which according to the site wasn't mailed until 5/17/21 at 7pm oh and best yet the tracking label hasn't even been created it's now 5/19/21! I want my shipping cost returned!

The Greenies pill pockets for cats arrived within only a few days, as advertised. They are a big help, with the inch-long, 5/16th inch wide monster "Renal Essentials" tablets. Even split on the handy split line, the only way I can get my cat to take them is with the 4 halves per day in pill pockets.Entirely Pets had the best price for the Greenies, which are still going to be expensive. Worth it, for my very loving cat.
