Walmart in Ukiah is another brick in the wall. I hadn’t been there in a few months and the store was redesigned. Went looking for a dehydrator but there wasn’t one. Store is clean as is the bathrooms. Staff is helpful when you can find one to help you.

I just wasted more than 2 hours shopping at Walmart in Ukiah - that basket is holding nearly $600 worth of stuff that I planned to purchase - a lot of it I really need (toilet paper for example) but I had to leave it behind because the Walmart employees do not know how scan and go works! They wouldn't hear me or look at my online "cart" which would've magically become my receipt once I swiped my debit card. They were so busy telling me that I had to go to another line because my order is too big to scan in the self service line.Ugh! I've never had a problem and have shown other Walmart employees how "scan and go" works but the people working tonight couldn't be bothered and didn't want to learn about this service offered by Walmart..Thanks for "listening" .... and thanks Ukiah Walmart for preventing me from doing my shopping before I go back to work tomorrow. There aren't many shopping options in Ukiah so there is apparently no need to offer any customer service

Got only about 5 items and one was from the cosmetic area . wich was shaving razors and the short older lady with blonde hair was rude as hell . she watched us standing there waiting for her to check us out while she was rushing another lady . and then proceeded to ring up.someone else infront of us . she finally rang us up and then made the comment " im here for the cosmetic stuff only not the stuff out there " when we had an item from that area . any other time i try n walk away to go pay up front she goes " u needed pay for.the razors here " she must really hate her job .

Horrible customer service at this establishment. I went to return a product today ( 3/1/2024 10:00am) without a receipt (which clearly states in there policy that you can return an item without a receipt if it is unopened and within 90 days) and the woman at customer service says and I quote “i don’t care what the policy says, I can make my own rules and I say you can’t return it”. Great customer service Walmart👏👏👏

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The Ukiah Walmart store seems like it's shelves aren't as stocked as other Walmart stores located out of town. If the shelves were stocked, I'd rate them a 5.

It's probably the dirtiest location I've ever been to with Isles riddled with inventory on a random portable shelf in the middle of the department. The inventory carried there is not even logical. They have a tire center but don't carry any fresh produce or hardly any bakery items. The staff are all over the place, and it's hit n miss if you'll get bad mood Betty or bubbly Sabrina. Dont even think of needing help on the floor. It's literally laughable and customer service is non existant. When there's a price discrepancy, they expect the customer to take a photo of the item on the shelf with the price showing and bring it to them! LOL! Ummm, excuse me, ma'am, you know that you're the one that's supposed to do that and not me.... I'm not getting paid by the hour to fix y'alls mistakes, right?

This lovely lady shoya has great customer service and super quick worker I had a lot of stuff and she was super quick and super helpful she even helped me find an item I couldn’t find she made my day knowing there are people like her in this world still super helpful I love her customer service

Long lines, product on the floor, limited stock during afternoon hours. Not sure if it's possible but it would be great to face stock/restock during the day too, not just early morning/late at night.

Just a small sample of what to expect at this store (see pics). Everyday, every week, every month.... I drive here once a week and today is the last time. I will hit 3 or 4 stores to get what i need rather than go there to be disappointed as i cant even access many aisles due to stacks n stacks of junk. Literally hardware or bagels on towels on window ac units.. First time i needed bathroom and never again. Worst walmart i have seen (and ive been to walmarts from California to Puerto Rico and everywhere in between). THE WORST. oh and dont hold your breath if u happen to need assistance.. Waited 27 minutes in sporting goods with repeated calls for assistance.

Wally world always got your back. Hate it or love it, all politics aside, Walmart offers the best price on thousands of items and yes they do have thousands of items. Even if all you got is a quarter, you'll find your item to buy. In this online area Walmart and Target are the last giants holding their grounds. Well they can't always count on my business!

🚽🗑️Long lines. Non management staff seem overworked & or underpaid. The majority of inventory is from Chinsy China🙅🏼‍♂️ which is the shameful opposite of how I remember Walmart back when Sam Walton was in charge.🇺🇸 I make efforts to shop locally, or anywhere besides Walmart. 🚫🛒

This Walmart is a well stocked, clean, store with a large selection of goods and is well lighted. The aisles were well organized by products making it easy to find and select what was needed.

It's a ok Walmart customer service isn't all that people that work here for the most part are clueless of what they are doing specifically in the electronics department although there was one individual that did try his best to assist us with our electronic needs I didn't catch his name a short white gentleman older anyway thank you for the help everyone else do your job

Well remember it’s Walmart…and otherwise it was good. Got in, found what we wanted, weren’t greeted or acknowledged for 10 or so minutes, then finally rung up and a somewhat disgruntled person helped us out.

The final straw for this walmart was my last visit. I had just got off a 96 hour shift and stopped at this walmart because it was the half way point Mileage wise home. Immediately as I entered I was being harassed by transients under the influence of methamphetamine. What makes me boil inside is that I notified the manager and her staff and the only thing she said was 'hey, it's walmart," and walked away. I can't believe they treat paying customers that way. On my way out I had to use the restroom and when I walked in there were two people in the same stall with a freshly stolen torch on and burning away. So sad that the management totally disregarded what I reported.

This may be the saddest excuse for a walmart I've ever seen and this comes with such exceptionally low expectations for the business that it implies a level of surprise and of being impressed by the ability to lower my opinion of Walmart and reshape my definition of the term 'post apocalyptic'.

Missing most of their stock, employment is low,the newer workers are nosy ,loud, annoying people which I dislike and Walmart seeks out and replaces normal hard workers positions ,it makes me not want to go inside the business at all knowing the dynamic how Walmart is ran,I bought my stuff with little selection,this location will be closed by 2024-2025.

My mom just passed and I went here to print the pictures for her memorial. Miro helped me figure out the sizes I needed. Then I picked out frames and after the pictures were printed Miro personally helped me put the pictures in the frames I had picked and made sure they were prefect before I took them home.

I gave your store two stars due to every time I try to get Customer Service or get helping your store. I find it difficult and I’m end up waiting more than 20 minutes before anybody comes or the phone get disconnected I shop your store great deal I have to find a lot of stuff on my own and if I can’t get to it, I just have to leave it if nobody shows up.
