This was my very first time using delivery and since the items I purchased were very long why not take advantage of the delivery. Ben Daugherty Who was the employee who delivered them to my house was amazing considering the pickup and trailer they sent him in. He unloaded all the panels and when he went to leave the pickup got stuck. Considering that my tractor supply store is used by a lot of us country people who live in the hills you’d think that they would provide them with 4*4 pickups to get them up the hills and especially the gravel roads. How else would you expect us country folk to get stuff delivered to us. Ben was super amazing and we had a lot of fun trying to get the dodge pickup unstuck. Definitely going to have him deliver again and if he gets stuck again I’m gonna bust out the bbq and feed him while we work on getting the truck unstuck again.

I needed some parts for a leaking sink but this store didn't have what I needed to fix it but had what I needed for a patch to hold till I could get it fixed correctly. My daughter loves going into this store because of the baby chicks she desperately wants chickens again one day she will be able to pick out one. Still great staff and as always more things I want for either other projects or would like to add to my tools. Thank You Staff with my last Thursday's visit my daughter wasn't at her best but you all still were wonderful.

I like this store they have all kinds of pet & gardening supplies, they also have clothing. They have a few other products that are helpful around the home & yard, they also have equipment for sale. The prices are so so it depends on what you get. The employees are friendly & helpful.

This store has the absolute kindest, knowledgeable, helpful employees....they go out of the way to help. I purchased a non pulling leash for 29$ and I got home and the box was empty. The manager exchanged it without hassle or shaming me, and though I had my receipt it was not a big deal. The night shift also let me in to get a pet item when they locked the doors to close. Walmart and a lot of other stores should follow by example!

Went in today to use the vet care services. Supposed to be open from 12 to 7 PM. I waited in line for half an hour, while the only vet tech there went over every possible medication with another customer. Then a disgruntled customer came in and the Tech got bogged down in another conversation, and was telling other customers that she was cutting the line off after me. I finally got impatient and walked out...Highly unprofessional, customer service, didnt accomplish anything but wasting my time

I wish I had the names of the twi men that helped me today at Tractor Supply in Ukiah store. One was customer service and the other was from delivery. They were beyond patient and extremely helpful in assisting me to put together a special donation to Humane Society of Inland Mendocino County whose helping bunches of animals displaced by the Mendocino County fires. Both men were just the most knowledgeable regarding kennels and cat houses. Likewise when it came to dog and cat foods. It was the best experience ever and they also delivered everything we picked out. Including. Donation from Tractor Supply if 3 cases of dog bones which was extremely generous of the store to donate. I’ve always loved Tractor Supply. Best prices, best customer service, hands down best product choices and always the best people working there. What more could you ask for!!! Thank you guys.

Have to say, the store personnel are very helpful and friendly. One of the reasons I like to shop there. I only wish their shelves weren't so empty half the time in the pet section. I go in for my dog food and I'm lucky they have the large bags of the brand I like.

Great customer service! Bought a 500 gallon water tank send realized I did not have the fill cover. I did not come back for three weeks, they still remember that I had left it and saved it for me. Awesome!

I recently purchased a ingersol rand compressor for my business and I didn’t realize it had a broken pressure switch until I got it wired to the building. The friendly folks at the Ukiah Tractor Supply Co helped me find the part I needed to repair the compressor and get it back in service. Huge thanks to Justin for setting aside the part for me and also thanks to Sierra for getting me the part replaced! I’ll definitely be back.

I was looking for men's long underwear. They did not have but there is a bunch of other stuff, like women's rubber rain boots, men's and women's western wear, cowboy hats. There is also a livestock section, pet supplies, and hardware for farmers. I'm sure you can find good gifts here. Check it out if you have never been here!

Quite possibly the most incompetent staff ever assembled (shout out here to the store manager.) They'll happily take your money for defective merchandise but will blockade the refund. Take my advice and go to Rainbow Supply instead.

A store full of things for the ranch or shop, at decent prices. They've got a great selection of pet food, when they have it in stock. Their staff is very helpful, and apologetic if they don't have what you need or are simply out of it. Sometimes I'll take a little longer than I need to just because their air conditioning is so cold in this frying pan of a valley.

Service sucked there was no one in the store customer wise and the two employees working never even bothered coming to unlock something out of the dog medicine case for me. Was waiting for over 15 minutes and watched as they helped other customers who came in after I did. Very bad first experience. Not a good way to attract and keep customers.

It was dark inside the store needs more lights! No one asked if I needed help. There was a cashier at register but she only asked if I wanted to apply for credit card? Didnt say " hi "or "did you find everything today?"....

I WANT to like Tractor Supply, my dogs like their 4Health dog food and my vet approves of it. BUT I've never seen a store so bad at stocking. They run out of the cans that my sis prefer pretty much every week. Once in a while is one thing, but every week is just poor inventory control. So I guess I am finding another dog food. Something for Tractor Supply to consider is, if I'm not making routine trips for dog food, I won't be spending money on those spur of the moment clothes or decor...

Tractor supply is Tractor Supply but Terri at the Ukiah store is why I am rating a 5 star. She is very helpful and happy to do it. Its rare to find good customer service so praise it where you see it.

I buy Tractor Supply brand dog food there. It is a 4 star dog food that's not too expensive. They also carry all of the other high quality pet food brands. They have much better deals and inventory than say a Petco.

Coming here for a VIP Petcare Clinic?Don’t bother — unless you want to stand in line for half an hour, only to be told that even though you’re in the system, and have been purchasing heartworm medication from ViP for almost 10 years, they won’t let you update your dog’s meds unless you pay an extra $79 and wait for another exam.I understand the need for vet supervision of Ivermectin; just please make the process more transparent & train your staff so they can let people know upfront & right away.

Lots of the good stuff you would expect at a tractor, garden and farm supply store. Large selection of animal food and quite good prices on it. Welding section is quite nice with a good choice of sticks and wire, and you can find a castor or wheel for just about anything. Many large things like sheds and such for home and garden too.

When the Mendocino Complex fires occured in October 2017, we evacuated Redwood Valley with our animals and were lucky enough to have a place to stay in Ukiah. We needed cat and dog food, supplements and pee pads for our elderly cat and dog, horse feed.... the works. I walked into Tractor Supply the day after evacuation and loaded EVERYTHING I needed into a shopping basket. When I got to the checkout, the manager was there and told the checker to give me a big discount because we had left everything behind. The service there has always been great, and the managers have always come through when I had a special request. Compared to some other feed stores, this Tractor Supply is my go to place of choice when I need off-the-shelf stuff for my animals.

Went in for a new collar for my dog, but they literally had maybe 4. I also wanted to look at the ducks, and possibly buy a few, asked the chick if i could go in and check them out and got rudely told i could look at them through the fence. Not going to buy pets if they dont have a good temperament and might bite me or my son. Sry not sry. Ill go somewhere else with people who aren't PMSing.

Went to purchase a shade cloth for dog kennel. someone stocked them all in the wrong place but refused to honor price. Not to happy BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.
