What can you say, it's Home Depot. Some stuff you need, very little help. Although, I was in the Home Depot in Ukiah, and they were very helpful and friendly. Hope all the other stores follow suit!

Very clean and organized, the price is fair most of the time, the only problem is, they are kind of understaffed, so if you need some help, sometimes you have to wait for a while. And during holiday , or any big sale event, it's getting worse and it's extremely hard to get a service done. However, I know my way around here, and the return is usually problem free, so I still give them 4 stars.

Terrible phone service. The AI prompts are frustrating and don't answer my question, taped AI questions go in a circle , very frustrating and now the phone has been ringing for 5 minutes with no one picking up to answer it! Shouldn't even get a star but it wouldn't post without one.

Absolutely awful customer service In every department! I just called to inquire about my order of trim and was told (after waiting 5 minutes on hold) very rudely "I'm on lunch, call friedmans" by the hardware tech ans then being hung up on. I am canceling my multi thousand dollar order and doing just that.

Good selection for a big box hardware store but the store seems messy, shelves unorganized, lot of out of stock items, Nearly impossible to find an employee to assist with questions. I much prefer Friedman's or Lowes over HD any day.

I was not able to go and check the garden out but if its like it has been in the past years, I bet it looks nice and green. All you can see it's flowers blooming with so many different and attractive colors. Thankx Home depot!!!!

90% of the people that work there don't know anything about anything. The only person I like to deal with in there is Jake that is usually in the garden department other than that it is a complete waste of time trying to get help there.

Trying to get ahold of Lumber Department was pretty much like my kid trying to get ahold of Santa on Christmas Eve. Great customer service guys, love the phone hang ups 👎🏼

Waited 30+ minutes for help in the paint department, customer service paged several times. Incredibly, there wasn't a paint clerk to be found! Have never had this problem at Home Depot.We left without paint.

I went by home Depot early this morning to buy almost $1,000 worth of parts for a remodel job I'm doing on my house. Although their website said they had the items in stock, when I got to the correct aisle that had other brands, they didn't have the items in stock that they were supposed to. I tried to get someone to help me including walking up to the front of the store where there were about 12 employees who work there standing around talking with each other. They at first said they would send somebody but nobody ever showed up at the correct aisle. My wife hunted around the store trying to find someone. She even went back to the customer service desk three different times asking for help but no one was willing to come and help us. They kept making excuses like the person who works that isle is at lunch even though it was 8 am. After about 30 minutes we finally gave up and left the store. We're going over to Ace hardware or Friedman Brothers stores that actually respect their customers and will give them customer service. Home Depot is only a waste of time.

Just wanted to say how much Home Depot in Ukiah has improved in customer service!! Recently Ruben has been there not once but twice on two separate occasions helping me with a screed door to loading an apple tree on my truck!! Have done my whole house renovation s with Hone depot and the experience has been wonderful. Thank you!

Just bad. The two guys in the door section have the best job ever. All they have to do is give short answers and point. Tried three times to engage them to help me , nope not interested in helping. Are you guys hiring I'm obviously working to hard.

Didn't have what I was looking for and couldn't find help half the time. I could find the same employee right behind me at each area I went to. Evidently, to ensure that ii wasn't lost. I've never experienced that at Mendo or Friedman's. Go figure.

I spent $2000 on a washer and dryer. Waited a month for delivery. When they showed up the dryer was dented on the back vent and the side and the washer had a giant cockroach come out of the bottom of it! When I called the store they said there is nothing they could do about the pests and that they see roaches come out of appliances all the time because they are stored in warehouses. I refused the dryer and now have to wait another month at least for a replacement! I am extremely disappointed with Home Depot.

Will never order from them again or shop in store. I called to confirm delivery they told me from 2-6pm. I took off work. Never showed. When I contacted customer service agent was extremely rude. Then I asked to be transferred to supervisory and she was extremely rude. Neither apologized or tried to make situation better in anyway. Told ne they have no idea where or if item is coming. Now trying to cancel my order they cant even confirm its canceled for 24 hours. It's 2022 you cant track shipments?!

This place has a huge selection of things for your home! My husband loves making our furniture and gets just about everything he needs here. I would have given a 5 star, had it not been for the security person. He was very rude and unprofessional to customers.

Leave it to an amazing employee to solve a goofy problem. Needed a 71" wide mini blind which they don't have. How about getting two 35" blinds? Such a super sweet guy! Self checkout was so nice when an employee asked if she could lend a hand!!!

Home Depot can be hit or miss depending on the location. This one was excellent, asked for help and found exactly what I needed. In and out with no issues. Keep up the good work! And I also appreciated that there was plenty of parking near the entrance.

I love Home Depot. Especially that they let my dog come in. He loves one of the check out girls and barks for her attention.They are very friendly and I can find most everything I'm looking for there.

Had to argue the return policy. The policy is written clearly on the website. During the process of returning my item they made up 3 new policies and when asked to show me the written store policy they changed their story. Then even once proven the return policy they still argued and had a bad attitude. Completely unprofessional.

Most of the time I can get all my hardware supplies. But don't ask the employees for help..they stand around & bs with each other. They have no idea about the products they sell. I was in the lawn care section. Had a sales accociate try to push me into buying a weedeater that I couldn't handle. Two other guys were there waiting for help & they told him to stop trying to push me into buying something I couldn't handle. They had heard everything I had told him about the weedeater I was interested in. I have asked other employees where things were & they told me to look on a certain isle & it wasn't even close to where what i wanted was. But when I picked up my new washer & dryer the guys loaded it quickly & efficiently. They even gave me a lesson on using my tie downs & rethreaded them correctly for me. They were great.

Terrible customer service. They lost track of my $2000 order, even though it was paid for and confirmed. When I asked when it would be delivered, they told me they couldn’t say but it may be another 2-4 weeks out. Rude customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
