This Rite Aid is like all the others: Exceptional. Staff greets you. They let you do your shopping and are informative if you have a question. It's clean, though the bathroom is dingy at times. All in all, I can't say anything bad. It's all you could ask for in a Rite Aid. Grateful to have it.

This is probably my best experience with any pharmacy in NorCal Mendo isn't a Great place for Neurodivergent people. Too many people are closet meth addicts and too many are abusive in power. so those of us that are genuinely ASD/ADHD are left in the dust. But Rite Aid was Fast Efficient and was kind in dealing with my sensory issues and didn't treat me as if i was a drug seeker thank you to the wonderful staff

I used to go often to this Rite Aid for prescriptions but now I switched to Myers just because of the rude cashiers in front. Especially a woman named Jen and also Kerry ,they both have really bad attitude and they have a potty mouth, one is ALWAYS on the phone and the other one is always yelling. I called the 1800 Rite Aid and made a report 2 months ago and made another one 2 weeks ago and they said they would forward my messages to the store manager and took my information so they could call me and follow up.,they never called me.AND NO,I WON'T BE CALLING AGAIN THE 1800 RITE AID,SINCE THEY DON'T DO NOTHING.

An absolutely terrible experience. I went to do instacart and the lady at the register was extremely rude. At first she seemed kinda irritated that I asked for a bag. Then I went to scan the rewards code under the scanner and she told me I could come around and finish the transaction if I wanted, I thought she was joking and I laughed a little and went back to use the pin pad. Then at the end she turned the screen around and said “go ahead and finish the transaction, you do it”. At this point I realized she wasn’t joking so I asked her what the problem was and she stated because she doesn’t like people scanning their own rewards card under the scanner… why didn’t she just said that to begin with…? With instacart we’ve always done this. How does this person even have a job here.

My wife needed an antibiotic but we were way up north with no Kaiser, so we had a prescription sent to this Rite Aid. It was supposed to be ready by 11am but we were driving and didn’t get here until around 5pm. It still wasn’t ready, so we had to wait another 45 minutes before continuing our drive south. Very poor service.

I switched from walgreens to rit aid a year ago because rite aid pharmacy was faster. They have given me the wrong meds , witch I don't understand how that can possibly be legal. You can call the pharmacy everyday for two weeks they don't answer there phones. The cashier in the pharmacy her name is Mary, is so rude words can not explain. I imagine that I'll get the same response as other complaints on this page, nothing but a automated message !

Nothing ever seems to go Rite at Rite Aid!It’s an ok place to buy sundries, but it’s been many years since it functioned well as a pharmacy. Always a different pharmacist, always difficult to communicate by phone, and an underlying attitude that the customer is wrong.

This is a clean drug store with everything you need from a pharmacy to a first aid kit. Rite Aid is a well known chain with a good return policy. They have great customer service. Their Ice Cream is always tasty and at a good price.

This Rite Aid is always clean and well stocked. It has in my opinion the best pharmacy in town. Knowledgeable people and good prices on there prescriptions and over the counter drugs. They always have good prices on beer and soda and have a nice little seasonal area. In front they also have the best little ice cream cones. They have many flavors and good prices for a cool treat.

I’ve called the pharmacy numerous times, and nobody answers. Medications are absolutely needed, and I don’t always have time to go to the store. I guess it’s time to check out other pharmacies. Bad, bad Rite Aide!!

Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. Very rude staff. Too many errors in meds, refills, and billing while blaming the customer for their mistakes. Avoid this pharmacy, if you can.

It's great price for all your possibles that you could need as far as pharmaceutical household and garden things for your family you can probably find ice cream cones year round check it out you can check out there will still have a smile friendly people it's a real friendly place for countryman friends and neighbors you're why will really love it too don't leave out granny Hawkins.max.

They have Thrifty ice cream here! Buy a scoop or three... In a cone or a cup... Or even get a tub of ice cream! Long ago when they had Bi-Lo Market and Thrifty...the same ice cream here! It's like taking a trip down memory lane. Great prices and friendly staff. My kids enjoy getting a scoop of ice cream and checking out the store for hidden gems.

I got the wrong pills in my prescription 4 times over the course of a year or two. I was made to feel like it was my fault. Very uncomfortable and inappropriate handling of the whole debacle. Customer beware. .
