Place is always clean. Mondays have the best deals and meat is always good here. There seems to be many transients outside on the tables but in ukiah that problem is everywhere.

This is by far my favorite store to shop. The people who I have encountered while shopping were so helpful, friendly, and just plain out nice to be around. Prices are just a few cents more then the others, but I would prefer to pay the price for nice. 👍👍👍

Can't buy quarters???... I've spent more money than I make in this store. .. It's close to my house convient... I've never once complained about your prices being way too high that safeway... but when you say I can't buy quarters because you don't normally sell them.... first off... coin shortage has been done since 2021 second your my closest grocery store... now I'll just go to Safeway... they don't get mad for me asking for 4 dollars in quarters... and I even over hear her say they don't normally sell ... SELL quarters... I want to exchange like minded money and I was denies the privilege... I almost think it was a race issue as she looked me up and down and gave a look thst she was disgusted..... bite me as* I'm half white

Great selection, especially if you like organics. Deli with a big selection of hot foods and a sandwich shop. Bakery as well. Quality products here, not your place to shop if you're trying to save money.

Their freshly made sandwiches from the deli are a great choice for a quick and hearty lunch. Add some hot soup to help get you through these chilly winter days. Other than that, what more can you ask for?!

The most racist service ever. I usually order online. But will not anymore because of the tall blonde girl who gives the worst service for Ecart pick up. I asked her to scan my wic benefits and then snap benefits and she did not scan the wic benefits and it all got deducted from snap. Why? Not sure why she didn’t do that. I had a miscarriage and it makes it SO difficult to get off with a toddler and shop. That is why I’ve shopped online. But she is very rude & I will definitely not recommend this place at all to anyone. This isn’t a family friendly grocery store. Especially for those of color. Very discriminating and absolutely rude customer service.

I have been a big fan of Raley's since I was 14 years old. I enjoy the Ukiah Raley's a lot. Many items that we can only get here. I still have a great fondness for this store.

The decor is very nice. Our waitress was polite & attentive. The food was great. I had the 'A La Mexicanan' omelet with avocados & my friend had biscuits & gravy. It's the best sausage gravy I've ever had!

Second time I bought outdated beer here. If somebody is going to sell beer, they should at least take enough precaution to make sure it isn't old and stale. It's no different than buying a bag of chips that turn out to be stale. It's bad business ethics to sell it.

My favorite shopping experience with Raleys is the people. I have never run into anyone who was too busy to assist; they are always pleasant and cheerful so to me it is a happy place to shop the quality groceries there.

tried the self check out but pressed the wrong Butten and got told that i only had 80 cents on my card a employee had to come and help me got the problem fixed but the employee had a bad attitude and when i said i thought that sounded wrong about me only having 80 cents on my card she said again you pressed the wrong Butten which i know like it was my faut or i did it on purpose i dont like this attitude i may not shop here anyone who is getting paid should be nice at all times

One of the best grocery stores in Ukiah, has an amazing selection of produce and delicious pre made meals. The sandwiches that you can order are incredible.

Reasons I enjoy shopping at Raleys, Staff is helpful, produce is fresh,they open new lines when it's full. I can find what I am looking for and they don't move area that much, so I am not wandering around trying to find something.

Love shopping here in a more real grocery store with several options and good prices compared to UnSafeway... Pete's Coffee is housed here too and it is way better than any Starfish bucks!!! It is an upscale grocery store that doesn't pass on the shrinkage cost to customers unlike the other store... It is always clean and the staff is usually exceptional.. only one incident with a long time employee... And only one rude smug face newer employee but other than that it's 😃👍 great!!! Wish Christian would come back.......

I arrived around noon and it was ridiculous. Driving around the area, there were up to 10 cars in each drive-in fast food restaurant. So I went to Raleys and found a delicious looking Cobb salad with a lettuce wrap. Then realized there were maybe 30 or so students waiting to check out. I found a smaller line with a couple of older guys and we had a good conversation waiting in line. The workers behind the deli counter were great. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Their deli is very well stocked and maintained unlike the other stores in town including Safeway food 4 less lucky to name a few. The selection of any item that I've ever needed was very vast and quality items, not like those synced from China that stocked the shelves of places like harbor freight. I believe you get the point!

We visit this store on a regular basis since moving to ukiah. Unfortunately I don't really know any of the employees names, but as far as I am concerned it does not matter as they all are a delight to talk to. This location very much understands the value of their employees, or at least that's how I see it as a customer. I don't think I've seen one employee who didn't look happy to be there.I would like to put extra emphasis on a young man who is a cashier, I can only identify his as the guy with the dreadlocks. This young man is one of the last faces you see before you leave the store and he has the ability to make you want to come back. Always a smiling face, always thankful, and always fun. The deli and bakery employees also have an excellent ability to make you feel like you are valued as a customer. We always order our deli meat shaved and cheese very thin. We understand this is not an easy task as it takes strength and patience, but they always do it with a smile and perfectly layer the cheese to make it easier to pull apart.The store is always neat and clean and very much a pleasure to do my shopping at.

Great floral department! Best place for fresh flowers. Fresh produce, lots of organic produce and products. Great selection of hard to find items (i.e. Vitamin Water ZERO-lots of flavors, Gold Peak unsweetened ice tea, etc.). Great magazine section, lots of variety. Clean store and restrooms. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Love this store.

Always clean...always fresh products . Pleasing to my senses....helpful employees....the roast beef from. Deli (12.99)is 4-5 $ a pound less than I paid at Safeway . Really good cream pie from deli area...fast fast check out.
