The female cashier at rainbow agin Ukiah California is not a very nice person. She was very rude slamming the scanner down on the counter more than once and when I asked her why she was doing that she just ignored me. She needs to work on her professional customer service because it wasn't professional at all! I won't go back, so thanks lady. Just because you're having a bad day doesn't mean you have to take it out on other people , t hat's just trying to get food for their pet.

Haven't even been in the store yet, but the owner replied to my question here within 5 minutes. That carries weight with me. Tells me that this place is on the ball and cares about customer service. Hard to find nowadays and definitely appreciated.

I would buy crickets for my pet scorpion before she passed away from old age. Their selection of crickets wasn't the best. They only had tiny or small ones when I needed medium crickets. The service is slow, but it might vary based on the time of day. They are reasonably friendly and helpful.

Always, always wonderful. Very large clothing area. Lots of different boots. If they don't have on shelf, ask most times it's they have it somewhere. I get all my orchard grass and straw here. Very professional and wonderful quality. ❤

This place accommodates the best they can. I called one evening and they were about to close and a staff member asked what I needed, i told her, she bought it and I reimbursed her when I got there. Also Cassidy is sweet and helpful went out of her way to help me even when she was on her lunch.!!! Thank you rainbow

Hella expensive but they have what you need. Usually my last option when I'm looking for a specific item. Edit response for the owner. I was quoted 1300 dollars for a stuck valve on my honda 2200. I was personally able to unstick the valve and no future problems were had. 2 hours worth of work on my end. I decided to fix it myself after seeing the price quote.

Lot's of everything ya need for ranch, farm, garden and don't forget pet stuff!! They have patronage deals to earn free animal food. They also have very knowledgeable people available to answer your questions about products or information about animals. Chicks, ducklings and even barn cats are sold here at certain times of year as well.

The People here are super personable and the store is impeccably clean. Oh and by the way When I'm in Ukiah This is the only place I go to get my dog's dog treats because of their wide variety and all natural ingredients. But we should be supporting our local businesses anyway, just because they're a brand name doesn't mean they're not a franchise owned business by somebody who is local. I give them an a-plus-plus.

Rainbow Ag is fantastic! Very competitive prices for pet supplies. I can't find it better on Amazon. Very helpful staff. They have lots of other supplies and when I need bigger stuff it all seems reasonable to me. Being a single older woman I find it a very pleasant place to shop and get help. Just pop in and out quickly with any animal needs! They have kitties for adoption too by Anderson Valley Rescue.

Comfortable atmosphere, uplifting music, and exceptional customer service. We went to Rainbow Ag to make and purchase a tag for a collar and the man at the register was very courteous and showed us over to the machine and helped us through how it works. Definitely one of the nicest customer experiences I've had at a department store.

My go-to store for animal supplies, especially now that the Farm Supply store on Talmadge has closed. Friendly associates, especially Sam. Carry everything you need for cats, dogs, horses, chickens, etc.!

This store has a lot of pet supplies. They have an excellent selection of power tools for your yard or ranch. However, their pvc department is organized in an unorthodox way and is hard to find fittings. They also don't put all pvc fittings in bins so it looks like they are out of fittings but they aren't stocked on shelves.

Best chainsaw shop in mendocino county! Great selection and awesome customer service. The parts department is simply amazing and definitely extremely professional. Lots of various stihl and husky tools and wouldnt want to shop for a saw anywhere else!

I always liked the store but they need to have more things for cats. They have isles and isles of things for dogs of course but only one isles for cats (typical). more people own cats than we realize but not enough products are made available for owners to choose from for such a complex being as a cat. Please consider learning more about cats and adding some products and be sure and order CAT GRASS as i have been there twice after driving from Cloverdale just for my cat. Thank You.
