My dog is very anxious And normally, I have to drug him and muzzle him ,and I found coming to this little shop within the Tractor supply in Ukiah was very pleasant. I didn’t have to deal with any lines or waiting in the hot sun or rain for vaccinations like I normally do. We got in and out and it was virtually stress-free other than dragging my dog into the building ha ha !The staff were very accommodating and friendly , and the doctor on hand was thorough with a quick examination for the last of his booster series.

Had a horrible experience here and won’t be returning with my pet! So bad my dog now gets fearful anytime we go into or near Tractor Supply! The blonde lady the “ Veterinarian” should probably find a different profession that she doesn’t have to handle frightened dogs! Funny I took my dog somewhere else and the experience was pleasant and gentle even though he was scared! Wouldn’t recommend this place as I gave it 3 separate chances over the past year and each time she has an attitude due to his breed and the fact he was frightened. Very rude Dexter to say the least! Disappointing.

That was my first time visiting and my son and I enjoyed the conversations that we had with both Veterinarians. They answered all our questions that we had about our puppy and they gave us handouts on certain things that will help us. They both were very nice and welcoming and had smiles on their faces and the best moment of all is that our puppy enjoyed their company too. Thank you so much to the both of you for taking your time and helping us answer our questions and keeping our puppy safe in your hands. We would highly recommend you to our family and friends and we will see you again soon if our Fort Bragg location is closed. Thank you once again

Would highly recommend taking your pet anywhere but here. The doctor was aggressive with my puppy. And rude and condescending to me. I made the mistake of telling the nurse how I felt about the doctor. And they refused to see my pup. Putting his heartworm medication at risk of lapsing. You and your pet deserve to be treated well. This is definitely not the place for it.

Kaylee and Dr. Peterson were absolutely wonderful. The staff is so knowledgeable, and is able to explain things in a way that is easy to understand and is without any judgment. Any question I had was answered, and I left feeling supported and cared for. The love they showed my dog was felt by my whole family. We will be returning!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. There hours say 12-7 I’ve been in there 3 times just for them to tell me the vet won’t be in till 4-7. I’ve called multiple times as well and no one answers. Getting off at work at 5 and getting there at 6 is the best I can do, and they refused my service when I was there a whole hour early. I stood in line for 30 mins just for them to tell me they couldn’t take me.

Great customer service .First come first servedWhen we got there , I thought that we ware going to be there for a wild . Since as we walk in there was 3 people ahead of us and I was surprised that we get out of there whit in 15 minutes .We only needed to dewar my 2 dogs .And prices are affordable.Hard to find this days .

The staff is lovely, but it was a very slow process just to get a few vaccines. I was there for 35-40 min with no wait in front of me.I would think they could be more efficient with as many people that they had working there.

Uh, last visit was fine, but this particular vet probed my dog’s tiny hiney and forgot the lube. It hurt him and he was yelping. Pretty baffled by this mistake, as that is a rather tender area and lube is like, the biggest deal. The techs are kind as can be, but we won’t be coming back. Once something like this happens to us my trust is gone.Too many bad experiences in this town.

Caring vet assistants and veterinarian. Asked if I had any other concerns or questions after my pup was given his shots. I would recommend the Wellness Center in Ukiah where I brought my pup, but I've had good experiences also at other Petvet clinics.

0 stars. I’ve been turned down 2x now trying to get my pets vaccinated here. Go someplace else, they are rude, stuck up and take forever just to turn you down when it’s your turn. I don’t even know why this place is even open if nobody wants to do their job. Worst place I’ve ever been to!
