We were in the self checkout when we got to the front because no workers were available and as we’re checking out a worker rudely tells us “15 items or less” as there is a woman waiting in a check lane with no worker in it. Had there been enough employees (that weren’t walking around on their phones) we would have went to a check lane, but due to the unavailability we checked out our items ourselves and didn’t appreciate that when the worker had to fix the machine she was rude about it.

I love grocery shopping here especially the produce department. The produce manager is always friendly and very helpful. He is willing to go beyond to make a customer happy. The produce area is always full and clean. Thank you produce manager and your team !!!

Wonderful experience! Lounge with plenty of outlets, employees were real helpful. Food is food use your imagination cook up delightful meal and be happpy. Handicap parking!

This is a very nice supermarket. It was clean and big. The parking lot was also well maintained. It wasn't very crowded but I could tell they were still selling merchandise. They had everything you could want from a grocery store: produce and cleaning supplies and meats and ready-made items and deli stuff. One of the employees came over and questioned me about taking pictures of their lovely store. But I was able to diffuse the situation quite quickly and we had some laughs about it all. Thank goodness. I know from experience a lot of people are very careful with their grocery stores. And why wouldn't they be? You know what I mean!

Amazing market! Always well stocked, priced reasonably. Staff are so nice.. great produce. During Covid when everything was at a bare minimum this market was always stocked dedication to the community a characteristic missing in most grocerie stores today.

I spend my money here frequently, and my first complaint is their inability to bag up groceries properly. They way overfill the bags make it nearly impossible to carry without ripping. Second, there are a couple employees who are extremely rude to the customers.

I used to like shopping at Lucky's in Ukiah. Lately the super loud obnoxious music on a bad sound system makes me want to get out of the store as fast as I possibly can! No browsing, no impulse buying...just get out as fast as I can. I will no longer be shopping there.

This was my go-to spot for groceries because of the convenient location and friendly environment. Now I think I'll just travel further and go to another store where I'm not feeling so disrespected. One lady in particular who works at the register, seems to have the worst attitude in the world. She is rude, condescending, and has disrespected me several times regardless of how polite I am to her. I've seen her the same way with other customers. It's worth shopping somewhere else to not be disrespected.

Lucky has a wide open space inside that is perfect for maintaining distance, and unlike Safeway everyone is wearing a mask. U can use their very clean bathroom to wash your hands before shopping and I always appreciate the managers specials. Thank you, Lucky.

I use lucky a lot because it’s close to my house but, I’ve had some pretty bad experience. I used my credit card to pay for my items and my card got declined. Even though I had just checked to make sure I had money to pay for my items. I just figured my card got demagnetized so I used cash. When I went to figure out what happened with my card the transaction had gone through so I paid for my items twice. This has happened twice to me in the last year. Another time I was in there with my client and she wanted to cash her check. There wasn’t any one at the customer service so she politely asked the checker if he could call someone over. There wasn’t anyone in his line so he wasn’t busy. When she asked him he very rudely replied that he has already done so. And then turned his head and rudely said that he isn’t Superman. My client and I didn’t know that he had already asked someone to come over. All he had to say was that he had already asked someone to help use. Im pretty sure his name is wade. When I told him he didn’t have to be rude he just rolled his eyes and turned away. I don’t know how anyone else feels but customer service is horrible I’m this town!

I am amazed at the customer service here. I saw an elderly woman pull up and a employee brought her a wheelchair cart to her car. Most of the staff are very nice and curtious. Place is clean and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend to those who choose customer service over Wal-Mart drones.

This is an update on my previous statement [see below*] recently i was standing in the condiment isle when a female employee runs up to me and accuses me of stealing and demands that i leave..i tried to correct her error by asking her what she thought i had stolen and she pointed and ordered me to leave..so i went to comply and she abruptly stuffs her hand into my coat pocket and removes the small box of instant coffee packets (which were opened and missing 2 packs if she had looked or asked)and exclaims,"SEE!" I had purchased these at safeway two days prior because Lucky doesnt sell them (another point she failed to consider)She then held her phone camera a foot from my face as she followed me out (by now i was livid and just wanted to get away from this crazy woman before i let my emotions slip into auto-pilot and i say something that might compromise my integrity should it come out at higher than peacefull volume..i havent been back(*..Since i was able to finally convince them that a person can put the care of a pet ahead of their own comforts by walking his dog after work before going home to change out of dirty work clothes (i/e dirty clothes + dog on a leash does not always = shoplifting scumbag) this store has been, for the most part decent..

It took 45 mins for them to fill 12 balloons. Some of the balloons didn’t even have a clip. He had forgot to even give me one balloon. I was late to my sons party. Next time I’ll just go to the dollar store. Horrible customer service. However the lady in the bakery was awesome. If I could rate the bakery alone it would be 5 stars.

Experience lay in the checker. There is a short grey haired checker who bags so horribly I rebag my stuff when I get it outside. She often tears the handles during her ham handed bagging, making them useless. I wouldn't complain but she's been there for years and should know better. She often has a sour demeanor and if your using the equally horrible broken self check out kiosks, which if anything moves on the scale it sends the machine into help mode and if that old woman is checker good luck getting her to help.

Luckeys is always stocked and cluter free. I hate going into a store where you cant even push carts down the aisle. Its not usually busy in there so its easy to get in and out quick. No waiting in line for a half hour. The prices aren't quite as cheap as other stores but they are not super high priced.

One of the things I like about Lucky is that they don't change things around a lot. I can get in and out quickly. I love the quality of their meat. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The store is clean and employees are friendly. You can get sandwiches , fried chicken , salads and many more in the deli section and if you're still hungry after lunch you can get something sweet for their bakery department. You can shop for food , have lunch or do both all in one stop

The best grocery store in Ukiah to get in and out quickly. Watch expiration dates as their turnover is not great. Basics are stocked and well priced but you want be dazzled by the presentation or selection.

Lucky's has great sales! They have a clean store with easy social distancing, wide aisles...The employees are friendly and helpful... They have nice produce and meat departments... and They carry Tastykakes!

Luckys has the best french loaves and the friendliest staff! Other grocery stores cant compare to the customer service here. The seafood/meat department is especially great.

Love this store. We know most of the employees and they know all the family. It's nice to have such a hometown feel to shopping.
