I have been taking my dogs for years with them. Unfortunately never had a complaint until now and I am very upset. I took my little guy and asked for the works. They asked me what I was more interested in I said his sheding. Well 1hr later picked him up and paid $75. My dog is a little 5 pound chihuahua. His teeth were not brushed, nails not trimmed and he was shedding all over and on top of all that he was still wet. I am all for local business as I have one myself. Due to this incident I will not me taking my dogs back. I am so sad to say that.

Leaving a 2-star review instead of 1 because I was pretty happy with my last experience there in November and I was happy with the actual hair cut/grooming of both of my visits, but I had two big problems when visiting earlier this month that make me hesitant to bring my dog back.The first is that one of my dogs was returned to me with feces all over her whistle device attached to her collar. It was not subtle so I have no idea how this was missed by whoever handled my dog as well as the woman who brought my dogs out, but I was grossed out that they thought this was an acceptable way to return my dog after I spent almost $185 for them to be cleaned and tipped 15% only for them to be returned in such an unsanitary condition.Whoever returned my dogs to me didn’t know which one was which and they were returned wearing the wrong collars. They are different genders and their names and collars reflect this, so I’m not sure how this was missed. This was especially upsetting because I had specifically asked that they please avoid one of my dog’s ears due to a medical condition, but whoever helped me obviously didn’t care or wasn’t listening, which is a major red flag to me when I’m leaving my beloved pets in someone’s care.I did not get the impression that the woman working at the desk was familiar with dogs either since she had my dogs retractable leashes hanging up extended their full length when I picked my dogs up and even returned them to me with their leashes extended to 20ft, which was not safe in the small lobby with other dogs (my bad for not bringing a regular leash, but still 🤦‍♀️)Maybe this was a one-off experience and the woman who helped me was nice and friendly enough, but I won’t be taking my dogs back.

Very dissatisfied. We asked for a wash and nail clipping for our female Doberman but when we got her back she smelled horrible (she didn't smell at all when we took her in ) it was like she was bathed in dirty dog water, and her nails weren't clipped on every foot. Then we were charged $20 more than the quote we were given.

The board says 70 they charged 90 with no added expenses. Told us we were wrong even though we pointed at the 70. I will not be going back. I also didn't get the haircut we asked for. Highly do not recommend. Do not go here. Use to be great. Now not.

We had to board our little guy for the 1st time. He stayed a week and it went great! Dusty and Emily as well as their staff treated him like their own. I called to check on him and staff knew exactly when he was eating and what he'd been doing. We will definitely use the again! Many thanks to all who took care of RB!

They were able to help my 16 year old pomeranian who is deaf, blind and very anxious. His fur was all matted up in dreads and knotted but he wouldn't let me brush him. I've had another groomer in town turn him away because of his age, so I was hesitant at first but they approached the situation with calm gentle souls and helped as much as my lil guy would let them! Amazing place 10000% recommend! Especially if you have senior pups!

Fox & Hound is amazing. Very efficient at under 2 hours the times I took my dog to them, and my Shih Tzu/Maltese looks amazing! As an added perk, they schedule you on your cell phone with text alerts, and they give you updates and reminders up until your appointment. This is my new permanent groomer, I am so happy to have found them.

Incredible, my two dogs, poodle-shitzu mix 6 lbs , my little girl, and 15 lb, lapsopso mix, 4 yr old little boy all white, and a matted ,long hair messes. Emily, owner, did an excellent job, i can see my babes toes, eyes, i like my dogs clipped close, no long ears and reasonable length tail, again just like I asked, and haappy pups when I picked them up. See them again in 6 weeks, already got my appointment... I have tried dog groomers everywhere , Finally so Happy
