Customer service is shockingly abysmal. A 60 year old woman fell due to a huge lotion spill in an aisle while visiting this location yesterday. From two aisles away my husband could hear her yelling help. No employee came. He ran to her aid and helped her. Still not one dollar tree employee noticed nor cared, nor cleaned up the mess.You should probably care if you could be held liable for someone’s injuries? I am floored.There’s also a terrible level of stock here.

I went shopping here march 5th . they had a spill on their toilet paper and paper towel isle and it happened to be a liquid spill that they just put caution signs around but mind u people were still walking through it . the manager tina is really rude . SHE ONLY HELPS THE PEOPLE SHE WANTS TO HELP THEN SEND THE REST BACK TO THE SUPER LONG LINE . one cashier at time is ridiculous. She talks to employees and customers like they are nothing. anytime i go in shes always complaining about doing her job . she complains when she has to help her cashier out with their line. samantha the cashier was rude as hell also . she didn't even want to bag my stuff . she didn't look like she was happy to be there at all . and any time u need to use the bathroom their excuse it oh its broken or they lost the key. They also sale expired thangs from 2023 .

Dollar tree north is Ok, staff is awesome 😎 The selection is limited and by far does not compare to the South end store. Not sure what the hang up is? but, the north store is comparable to ghetto when it comes to inventory and selection of products. Always has issues with staffing and stocking... The Sq. Footage space is not much different than the south store but the North really needs to step it up because I would rather spend the time and money running to the South of town to get all the things I need as opposed to get the basics at the north and still run to the South for everything else they don't have... For that matter the Willits store is bigger and better! #truth

Went in for birthday cards. I found some but they were very disorganized and picked through. There was only one checker. I had to wait about 10 minutes, maybe 15 to get my stuff through. I had six birthday cards and 2 other items. A woman ahead of me had a hundred and twenty dollars worth of stuff. She gave the checker a hundred dollar bill. The checker couldn't take the money without calling the manager. The manager never came. The woman ahead of me then produced a hundred dollars worth of twenties. They are understaffed. I don't think I'll be back. Sorry

Staff here are polite and helpful. The store usually needs some of the supplies and some organizing, but it's always busy and so they run out of supplies. Also, there is enough foot traffic that even though they try to keep things in order, you'll find things out of place on a regular basis.

They don't sell tree's for a dollar. But they are great for what it is. It technically the dollar twenty five store now. Everything cost 1.25 now. I find good deals all the time though

I am not a big fan of dollar stores. That being said this is one of the better ones I have been in. Usually kept well stocked and the store is clean / uncluttered. Everything in there is also a dollar. Not a fake dollar store that you go in and they have stuff marked all different prices. Ploblem is most the stuff in here is cheap and your getting what you pay for.

This place is the worst, always disorganized, they change employees like i change underwear (everyday with the occasional two days) i've seen better looking bathrooms at a truck stop. they never clean or stock correctly, the seasonal area is usually neat but i'm pretty sure that's done by a 3rd party.

Ive been a regular in your store for a number of years and ive always liked your value for money , but I will never ever set foot in this store again after the appaling way my grandmother was treated , the manager ( james I think ) thought it was acceptable to mock her for her disability and take photos . This isnt the way a employee should behave ,he also has terrible personal hygene and u witnessed him spit on the floor which is disgusting

I am shocked but not surprised at the reviews of this location.My story:Recently an online group for worship and devotion I am in was compromised by someone (I think the technical term is "trolling") who was posting a lot of really inappropriate and, dare I say BLASPHEMOUS comments, etc. I looked at his personal Facebook page and lo and behold, he is the manager of this location, James Portocarrero.He has a nasty habit of taking photos of his customers and shaming them publicly on Facebook! Including a poor homeless man, saying something about his food stamps coming that day. :-(I have been a patron at Dollar Tree for many years; the prices are perfect for supplies for our praise events; but I don't think I can continue to patronize this store knowing that this is the type of person Dollar Tree would keep in its employ, esp as a manager!"For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of our Lord is eternal LIFE."

Can usually get good deals but never have enough of holiday & crafting n floral supplies on hand when I go in. Guess I need to ask what day New shipments get stocked. Ive even considered going to lakeport or willits.

I like the Dollar Tree and Willits better but, this good for a couple things, we try to go in there at least once a month. The only problem is it always messy and Stuff is not always Stocked on the shelves!

Got into a little bit of a heated argument with the manager over the location of an item, calling me racial slurs. Not even going to say what those slurs were, but as a black man I never thought this type of racism could flourish out in the open like this with no repercussions. I would choose a different Dollar Tree location.

Was walking through the store. I overheard the store manager. James I believe his name was. Making fun of a homeless man as he published food with his EBT snap. This is appalling. I will not be returning here.

If you have a large family like I do, the dollar tree is a great place to make ends meet. We struggle from time to time and it's reassuring to know that there are places like this to keep us afloat.

Prices are good! Store is quite often littered with boxes and miscellaneous items making it hard to get through. Bathroom is nasty!!!!
