Saturday 02.17.24 2pmExcellent Costco, as all are, but gas was $4.499/gal whereas Costco SJ is $3.899/gal. Wasn't crowded at all on a weekend, so was easy to shop here as SJ Costcos are ALWAYS crowded.The gigantic 2-count cooked frozen lobsters (in-season) were so delicious ($11.99/lb) and super fresh, 1 of the lobsters even had eggs, which were so yummy! We prefer lobster over Dungeoness crabs.Rotisserie Chicken and BBQ Ribs looked like they were exceptionally popular here as they were nearly all sold out.Loved the greenhouse going for $1,349.99 even though it's made with plastic instead of glass windows.Jewelry section was very limited and didn't display the usually higher priced items (ie: the 10ct diamond tennis necklace) like all of the other Bay Areas have. But they had a nice selection of 14k yellow gold jewelry for great prices here.

Great way to save money around here. Very good deals if you take the time to stock up on stuff. Especially useful for bigger families or households. They also have great deals on electronics, beds, clothes, and just about everything you need can be found there. Wonderful store and staff.

Dear Costco management,I love Costco, who doesn't, but this obsessive moving items around for the shopper to "meander around and stumble upon new treasures" is annoying, irritating and well underhanded. It's obvious why it is done.In Costco mission statement it states: taking care of members and employees. How does moving stuff around every day fit in the statement. The employees themselves don't know where items are most likely because swing shift probably doesn't let day shift know. Then again maybe that's intentional?Suggestions: have the one shift alert the other of the major item movement during morning meetings, so they a least have an inkling of were products are so when a member asks they sort of know the general location. Two move things around less often and three if you insist on moving things around put like things in like places. Example nuts with nuts not in some random place. Yes I experienced that. Walnuts were in a completely different location then the others.If you really want to "take care of membership and employees" stop moving things around every single day. Yes, I have walked out of the store twice because I was so frustrated and went elsewhere. Why because its annoying.Members and employees don't need items moved around for "our" benefit to find a new deal. It only benefits Costco, which I get you have the right to do what ever you like, but really every single day and twisting that around so its beneficial for the member...It's about filling up the cart and not convenience (which I guess you might agree with that).PS this may seem petty to some and maybe it is in the overall scheme things but it's very annoying and not about convenience. People love Costco, if they want something they will seek it out. There is no need to make that more complicated in the name of finding treasures.Thanks for letting me vent.Paul Borg (Willits)

Costco helped me on a Sunday where everyone is unavailable, I needed a tire badly, went to Walmart and was told they can't at 2pm but they close at 6pm and they wouldn't accept anymore work. I couldn't believe that. You have to get there before lunch. Not worth coming to Walmart for vehicle maintenance, thanks Renee the department supervisor for the lack of service. Costco's service is consistent worth your time and money.

I want to share my experience with this Costco in the management staff. My 87 year-old father Travels to get to this Costco for his shopping from Mendocino. To do this he has to ask one of his daughters to take the day off and travel the two hours to get there.They did such a shopping trip yesterday and once the got home, they realized one of the items they purchased was really $50 more than they believed. I called on my father‘s behalf to explain what a hardship it is to return such an item and management services took good care of the issue. I want to thank Costco for always putting their customers first above the dollar. Kudos to Taylor in management services for taking her time and taking care of my father. We are lifetime Costco members and we will continue to be.

I had a terrible experience with the Costco Tire shop!! 😕 I am a widow and my late husband has taken care of the car stuff for me. But i needed tires and honestly it would have been cheaper had I just had the Santa Rosa Manly Honda put them on but I thought it would be better to look for coupons. So I ordered my tires online with Costco because they had a coupon. I made an appointment and dropped my car off with them and started shopping. About 45 minutes later the tire shop guy called me on my cell to tell me that I ordered the wrong size tire. 😑 I was like ok...well can you put the correct size on my car? I have no idea what model my suv is because it doesn't say anything on the back of it. He was like oh ya, we have plenty of the correct size in stock and I said great because the weather has been so bad I've been worried about driving on the tires. I said can you honor my coupon the guy was like oh no mam, that coupon expired a couple of days ago. I was like well how much is the difference. He quoted me $700 more!!! I was stressed out but I know I needed tires badly and I commute a lot of miles. I had spent so much time already dealing with this. I tried to talk to the tire shop manager explaining my situation, he didn't care. The manager wouldn't even talk to me face to face. I have never been treated like that before. I'm shocked by the lack of Costco has showed me. Everyone always says what great customer service Costco has. I was so surprised with their lack of customer service. Not willing to do anything about it. Not even $50 off. I know as a customer it was my mistake but in all my years of customer service I never experienced something like this. But I paid and left. A couple of months later I received a survey in the mail from Costco asking why I returned the tires. I explained what happened and how it was my mistake for not ever dealing with tires by myself before once again no one cared. I guess Costco tire shop is doing so fantastic that they don't need my business which is fine because I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere and I'm telling everyone I know about the bad experience they gave me. I'll never buy tires from them again. I'll spend my money anywhere else but there.

The place is great it's always clean the floors are amazing there shiny. The bathrooms are always clean & smell great. The people that work there are smiling & friendly they make you feel comfortable like your @ home. The hot dogs are the bomb.

HUGE!!!Compared to sonoma napa Solano and even the one in Eureka location this one has a pretty huge selection, very well stocked. May make this extra long drive again in the near future.

After filling $100+ in fuel, I parked way out of anyone's way to handle a few business things I can't do while driving. Almost immediately a rude lady in a white VW came up and told me I was not allowed to park there. (Costco fuel was still open at this time) I told her I was not spending the night or anything, and would be leaving shortly. She returned a bit later and yelled at me for not leaving. There's zero reason for this kind of behavior. I'm in a brand new, $60k sprinter van, with a company wrap on it. It was very obvious I had no plans to camp there or anything else. I've been a Costco member for over 10 years, and have never encountered one rude Costco employee until now. Very disappointing.

Its pricy but you get a gallon of mayo not a pound. Lol3/17/22 I really enjoy the fact that they have all of the organic-faced foods that I eat at a really good price they have kombucha the Covina and the doctor health that are both like eight and twelve dollars respectively the fact I can get naan there is really cool as well I am really enjoying having Costco switch over to organic food because it allows me to leave a healthier lifestyle overall which in the end is what we all need to do anyway

Dr Andrus is my Hero. I drove 350 miles yesterday to see him again and it was worth everything. I can hear music in both sides, my tinnitus barely noticeable, my mental health restored AND my neck isnt spazzing out. He believed he could help when others wrote me off and he has done so. Ukiah finally got a Costco! They had their grand opening today. The Ukiah store is designed slightly differently than any other store I have been in and I think the changes are smart ones. The staff is very friendly and glad to be here. They have a gas station here and a tire center. Their food court offers burgers. I've never seen a Costco with burgers. They have a new walk-in dairy section (along with a different walk-in for produce). Gas at Costco is cheaper than anywhere else in town. Their pizzas are $10. The rotisserie chicken is bigger than the ones you get in the grocery store and cheaper too!They have my favorite trail mix, Prana Kilimanjaro!I am very happy to finally have a Costco in Ukiah!

Awesome, beautiful Costco location overlooking the mountains. Stopped by driving up north to get gas & decided to check out the warehouse. I'm a craft beer guy & loved the selection here! Bought a case of Racer 5 here since I've never seen these gems at our So Cal Costco. Clean, fast service, plenty of parking. If we head up north again (Ave of the Giants) this Costco is definitely a stop point for us. Cheers!

Plenty of parking. Not a typical Costco, as it is located in a smaller city. Cimpared to SF area. Very fast checkout. Gas was small but no line. It was a gas and pit stop on the way to Mendocino and Fort Bragg

Overall, Costco is great! This Costco is also good. It's new so everything seems very clean and nicely laid out. Since it's new, it seemed like there wasn't very many people there. The quietest/most calm Costco I've ever been in! They have a gas station but I noticed they don't have a photo center, though. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is sure to the tire center guy. I'm not sure if it was the only manager, but for someone who is responsible for dealing with the customers, he had ZERO people skills. I was asking about a warranty issue with two of my tires and he was not friendly at all. He made it seem like it was going to be a huge hassle to do it and I likely wouldn't get approved for the warranty when the Costco in my home town had just done a warranty exchange on the other two recently. A Costco in Mendocino County! They have a tire shop and a gas station, both offering the cheapest prices around. I think this Costco is still trying to find itself as far as its location. I've been to many Costcos, and they all have a different flavor--this one is basic and devoid of many of the region's needs.Everyone who works there has a great attitude, and they're still asking everyone to give suggestions on how to improve the store. There's a suggestion box near the exit.
