Great customer service with Tyler! Very friendly, helpful, and all around gentleman with any help we needed.Debbie however, not sure if she’s of importance, but definitely needs to work on her customer service attitude. She was quite rude with helping us with a boot exchange that was a manufactured defect. Doesn’t know her boots and said the boot we had was not a work boot, and to not be worn outside. Excuse me? WHAT? Might want to do some research on your boots Debbie, as the boot is definitely a working boot per the manufacturers website/description. Don’t waste your time at this location, or if you do, find Tyler!Thanks again for the great customer service, TYLER!

I get here at 8:20 p.m., and you guys are closed. It says on Google that you guys are open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. I just don't understand why places close up shop without explanation earlier than they say they are going to. Upsetting.

There is no sales here. All full price, if you can buy online it will be cheaper. But son loves his boots

The store is very clean and well organized. However they had no hoody sweaters for girls. They had tons for men and almost none for girls. They are a little over priced but the quality of there clothes is excellent.

Nice store with lots of inventory and very nice and helpful staff. If you've been to a Boot Barn you know what they have. If you are looking for this type of stuff you'll love this store.

First time to Boot Barn in Ukiah!Great experience. Austin was wonderful and very helpful. I had boots I'd ordered online delivered there and it was so easy to deal with.

Only complaint is that almost all the selections are sitting out on the shelves so some of the boots have gone through many hands and feet and are not always in the best shape. For this reason today I got boots that were 80$ less than the ones I wanted due to scratches and scuffs on a Brand new 250$ pair of boots. Couldn't justify the purchase.

So we were up for the Ukiah racetrack and wouldn't you know it. I forgot my coat and sweatshirts and it was freezing.... The next morning went over to Boot Barn. Never been in one before, the store was nice and clean and the folks very friendly. I found a couple of really nice sweatshirts to keep from freezing to death and the price was reasonable. The real irony of this story is we won the race that night and got a plaque with the sponsor of Boot Barn! Made me feel good to spend my money with a place that also supports local business. I would recommend this fine establishment and I know I will be back. Maybe to get a nice pair of boots.
