Big Lots is a good place to find personal items for your daily needs at a discounted price. The only problem is they only carry a limited amount and sometimes when it's gone it doesn't come back.

I was very impressed I haven't been to big lots in quite a while the store was very clean it's like it's under new management Everything was well organized No clutter New layout of the store Very enjoyable to shop there.

Unexpected they had the furniture we were looking for at a third of the price Ashley furniture had. Although we had to assemble but we saved 500.00 bucks . We will not bypass big lots again.

They closed 9 but they were kicking everyone out at quarter til!! They are getting really expensive cheaper to shop at Walmart!

It is a great store with low prices, and I shop there once a week or so. I am able to feed my family on less than half of what Safeway or the Lucky grocery store charges. The Big lots store is also cleaned at least as regularly as the bigger chain stores in town. This is why I write Big lots with five stars

Great deals, good customer service. It's unorganized for a chain store. Alot of Shelves are empty, aisles could be more organized, but I did found what I was looking for without having to ask for assistance.

Big Lots is certainly a place that if, you wait a week between visits, a whole new batch of different items will be there to buy. They always have a decent choice of foods, toiletries, office stuff and cold beverages,home items, furniture not to mention household goods from comforter's to pillows and window dressings and much more. Right now they have fall, Xmas and Halloween stuff, check it out, you will love it

It's a big lots. A small one too. They have a large selection and always have cool stuff for the holidays. It's a nice option in a small town. And the staff is always consistently nice and helpful.

The store in ukiah is in the process of rearranging the store. Not really positive or sure if that's the case though although I do like to go there to get kitchen ware and outdoor decor because some of it can be affordable and they do have clearance shelves in the back of markdown items . Got some descent flat sheets for 10 dollars original price 20 dollars. In my case it was a win win situation during that shopping experience.

Great selection of prices at beyond competitive prices! Staff are always friendly and helpful, and check-out time is minimal (outside holiday season, but hey, you expect longer waits). Store is clean and layout makes intuitive sense.

My husband and I went in one night for dinner.We'd never been in before so we decided to give it a try.We both ordered steak dinner's and they were delicious! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were so flavorful.We will definitely be going back there in the near future 👍

This store is great in some prices but like everywhere else prices are going up. The help is not helpful, the only one that helps you is a red hair older lady, shes always there when you need help, she never walks on by and just looks at you. She ask's if there is something you need help with. The register person needs to smile a be more friendly. Been going their for years because the prices always beat other stores. Wal Mart is taking over.

Rock bottom prices on a lot of their items. As far as selection you just have to go there and see what they have. Watch the dates on the canned goods, some of them may have expired. Chips crackers cereal and cookies can be stale so be careful. Everything else is a very good quality for a very good price.

Store has good deals got a nice vacuum from.here for a good price. They have little selection of foods, baby stuff, cosmetics, and furniture. Variety of items.depends what your looking for. Great price on storage bins.

Big Lots is an everything store...food, garden supplies such as decorative pots and outdoor decorations, some small appliances and more. The employees are nice, the store is tight quarters though.

The store is really cool guy has a lot of stuff that you really thought you needed before but once you see it and see how good it is you want it right then and there but it's very hard to get somebody to come over to your department and give you a price check I mean I know they were shorthanded on Fourth of July but please I am a paying customer so I'm going to read it so so 😔....

This is the best big lots I have ever visited. The manager in particular is extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. 5/5 would visit this location for my discount shopping needs again.

Staff was rude and a child fell with a glass coke and no one offered to help. I helped the 3 or 4 year old boy with his cuts and injuries from spilled juice that the staff didnt clean up prior. The store is dirty and management seem to not care.
