I was looking for many iteams. I looked on their website to see how late they would be open for. I believe it said they would be open til 6pm. I got there at 5:30pm and they were closed. I called them and the phone would ring and ring without a voicemail. This not how a business she be run and it makes an inconvenience for its customers.

This store has it all. I think it's better than homedepo Friedmans or tractor supply. They are helpful professionals and they have a great selection of products. I'm so glad this store decided to open in our undeserving town.

If your not Mexican don’t even bother . No discounts and horrible service even to big farms ( if you’re not Hispanic )Other hydro stores in town are like family I would not spend a dime here .

I called in the morning to find out if they carry a certain product. The girl who answered cut me off and put me on hold for over 5 minutes. Called back and got hung up on. Called back and they sent me to their fax. They need to learn how to serve their customers.

The best one stop shop in California.Best prices as well.I use to own a garden supply years ago when there was only a few products out.Now there are countless products from the industry and they carry them all so that no one is left out of a quality shopping experience.The staff are very helpful and get you out of there quick.Big Daddy rocks.

This place on mason street is very good and very helpful staff, if you need larger thing the other location on Ford has almost anything that you need.

A gal knows when she is being snubbed.. It practically took coming back to the counter 3 times asking where the product was and the lady at counter saying down that isle at the end then a fellow customer helped me out and shouted me right where it was , not on that isle at all, then im not kidding i was second in line, after she helped dude in front of me she proceeded to turn sideways and chat it up with another dude.. Im waiting, waiting until i Finally asked her to checkme out.. Screw that place. Don't treat me like im out of place..Clearly favors the Hispanic crowd.

They prey on the cannabis industry. I went in for a non related item because it was carried in the store, I was baffled to see a 80 dollar item being charged 180 before tax!
