Rite-Aid is so far above and beyond any other chain regarding customer service. They truly excel! I just wish they would come back to the east coast!

This place is always helpful. There is always a warm smile waiting for you on the other side and if you need help they’re usually always available and they even know where everything is usually. The pharmacy is very helpful as well and they tend to be very kind when you’re confused. I get medicine from them and they will always make sure I understand how to use it.

How stupid does a store manager need to be to figure out to have money set aside for the specific purpose of western union... if you can not operate western union properly and have the funds to suport offering western union then DON'T HAVE IT AT ALL ...you waste people's time advertising a service you can't provide... and the store manager is responsible and obviously not very bright

The Rite Aid Pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. I always have a pleasant experience when I pick up my wife’s prescriptions. The pharmacist Amanda is so kind and thoughtful; she radiates positivity. BilleAnn is always super chipper and friendly! Maria is always a pleasure to talk to and extremely nice. Sandy has a great laugh and always has friendly jokes. Sheridyn and Claudia always do extra to provide great customer care. Kelly is a long time worker there and she always wants to help. I’ve found that all the staff go above and beyond for their customers. It’s not a fast food restaurant so it takes time to ensure the right patient gets the right medication. I don’t mind waiting the extra 5-10 minutes asked of me if my script isn’t ready because I know the staff there are working hard to provide great service in a timely manner without jeopardizing patient safety.

This Rite Aid in 29 palms feels very healthy. I'm speaking of the open, airy ,spaciousness of the product aisles. The employees are helpful in knowing location if you in need. Rarely are they out of stock of any product.. I have always seen Lowest priced items here more often than other retail store in the area. Pharmacy personnel have been top notch in customer priority. Knowledgeable and understanding I have been continually impressed for years .

Pharmacy staff are extremely kind and helpful. A customer for over 10 years. Kelly has the best attitude. She has always been very social and nice. When I had a problem with a medication that was order, she corrected with such expertise and professionalism. One time I needed a special medication for surgery Stat. She reached out to another rite aide and had it in time. Sandy and the entire staff work hard and are professionals.

I believe her name is BillyAnne, if I'm wrong I'm so sorry, however, she's the pharmacist that had helped me transfer medications over from a different pharmacy. She was so polite and helpful. Great customer service and is very cheerful and friendly! You should use her as the prime example of an outstanding employee and pharmacist! Thank you!

The 29 Palms pharmacy needs an overhaul. They are horrible and sloooooow. Even the oral surgeon couldn't believe that my husband's prescription wasn't ready. They need more employees or more efficient employees. .Make sure you count your medication when you pick it up because they will short you sometimes. My daughter went to pick up my prescription one time and when she went to pick up her prescription, a few days later, they said they had already put it in with mine and they hadn't. It shouldn't surprise me because one time my daughter was driving home and they called and told her they gave her the wrong prescription so she had to drive all the way back. Seems like there are some safety issues going on.

I had a tooth pulled this morning and went to Rite Aid for my pain medication. Lady behind the counter told me my prescription was not ready because it needed approval. I waited for approval. Once approval was given she said it will take half an hour to have my pain killers ready. I waited and under pain and two hours later I asked for an update and it was ready. Thanks Rite Aid for keeping me waiting and in pain. How pathetic! Will start thinking about using Walgreens now.

The store itself is fine as a business I suppose. No one that I've encountered has been rude. However, there are two major flaws with this place. For one it's ridiculously overpriced. Everything I've seen them sell here, including the store brand stuff, is very expensive compared to ordering Amazon or going to Walmart or even other pharmacies like CVS.Also, what's the point of an appointment if they still have you wait an hour to serve you? This is the worst part of any appointment but here's it's consistently about an hour after your appointment before you're helped.

I have been a customer at this store for yrs with no real issues but lately that has changed. For the past yr or so Rite Aid has decided to focus on customers ID's and not only looking at them but actually making you pull your id out of your wallet so it can be scanned. In my opinion it's a violation to scan a person's id just to buy alcohol and tobacco because when your id is scanned by the system that means they are keeping a history of your transactions. Don't get me wrong I have no problem showing my id even if it's to the same person everyday which makes it senseless but fine. Today I was asked not only to scan my id but show it to the cashier as well. Not only is this a form of harassment towards customers but it causes unnecessary long lines and clutter during a time when we are supposed to be social distancing. Rite aid needs to get it together and fix this issue because no other retailer in the desert or LA areas forces customers to pull their id out to be scanned. If you don't have a lil faith and trust in your customers then maybe we should take our business elsewhere?

It’s all about David! That guy handles the register like a pro. They were clearly shortstaffed and he had a ton of people in line. He also had me waiting to pick up items from my Amazon locker, and a woman in a wheelchair who wanted ice cream, in addition to six other people that were waiting in line. There was a bit of an emergency which kept the other guy tied up. David just moved through everything quickly. He apologized to everyone as a group into each person individually. I do hope that someone in management reads this and recognizes this guy for his conscientious and positive attitude.

Visited the store and somehow during the checkout (assume it was because I had to show another form of ID to use my credit card), I left my credit card. I realized after I flew back across the county that I had left my credit card at the store checkout. I called the store, they had it (thankfully) but refused to mail it to me no matter what documents I offered to send them to prove my identity. The Store Manager claimed it was because of HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).. ummmm no. Maybe it was because of Corporate Policy but not HIPPA... I will stay out of the store in the future.

Hispanic lady has been rude every time I pick up a prescription. She even yelled at me!! Every time I come in she acts hateful. Guess she has an issue with the medication I'm prescribed. They make me wait hours the day of even though they receive it a week ahead of time and never have it ready.

It's just a rite aid but nothing to complain about here. Also mother to get excited about. Like to come here for there ice cream. Also I come each month here for me and my wife's medication.Staff so far has always been nice and have not had a problem with customer service.

Too many rude and disorganized experiences with this location. One older Hispanic woman in their is tremendously rude and doesn't know basic customer service. I was just told to drive around to wait for an asthma pump. When I go around I'm waiting with four cars in front of me. Then my phone went off saying it was ready in like two minutes...crazy!

I bought a drink and picked up Amazon packages. It was uneventful. I prefer my rite aids uneventful. This is how shopping should be. I did not get an ice cream tho... I should have.

Went to get ice cream and I wanted a waffle cone and the lady with no hairnet said I couldn’t have one because those are for 3 scoops 😡 I was beyond annoyed 😒 I just wanted a waffle cone with 2 scoops so I can suck the melted ice cream from the bottom like a fatty I am😒 very disappointed ☹️

This place is a joke. They take hours to fill simple prescriptions, don't carry anything that may be needed for serious conditions and have awful customer service. So happy 29 has a different pharmacy to use now. I'll never be returning to riteaid again.

They need to answer their phone. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to an hour to get though to the pharmacy.They do however do walk-ins for the covid shot which seems to be the only place that does.

Wish my old rite aid was back! Shopping it is a struggle to find my items and at checkout its a struggle to get. My coupons accepted. I FEEL LIKE I AM DISTURBING .
