Very friendly staff, I had a better experience here than any Petsmart or Petsupplies I've every been to. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I would definitely come back here for any of my reptile needs. ALL of their reptiles are visible healthy and well taken care of. Their iguana are in such good shape compared to the ones you will get at Yucca Valley Petsmart, I purchased one that was infested with mites. I know now that I should've purchased from Original Sin Serpent!

Definitely knowledgeable and experienced staff! They have obviously put all that knowledge to work and developed their own enclosures that are easy for the beginner. I have had aquariums for 20+ years, so I am not foreign to specific requirements for specific species/animals. These guys are legit! They will take their time, educate you and not judge you if you do something else. Take their advice....and heed it. They know a thing or two because they’ve seen a thing or two.

These guys know their stuff! They have helped me so much, and have passed off so much information. I ordered an enclosure from them for my ball python and was super impressed with the quality and care they put into it. And it was cheaper than anyone else. It even had built in LED lights. Original sin serpents are always available and have gone out of there way to help me. I bought my snake at another shop. She was very unhappy and unhealthy. Original sin serpents helped me develop a care plan that brought my snake back to healthy weight and proper health. If you are looking for a snake or supplies or anything. This is the place I would go to. The quality of the shop and the customer service is amazing. I will be a customer here for as long as I have a snake.

They are so genuinely passionate and knowledgeable in what they do. They gave us a better way to care for our geckos. Their animals are well kept and very healthy. Their prices are really fair. I highly recommend giving them a visit

Nice place. Decent prices, avaerage by comparison with other reptile shops. Though it is a small space!! And need some additional ventilation! But taking into consideration that it IS the ONLY reptile supply store in Twentynine Palms and that they breed most of their specimens, it is a sufficient location!!!

Don’t go to any other reptile facility! This is the best place they are very knowledgeable and welcoming. answered all my questions and made me feel so much more confident about my next snake. Way more reliable than any other pet store in the area

Do not recommend, the geckos looked like they were on the verge of dieing with no lighting, no food and no hides. Also looked like they had Metabolic bone disease. All the cages looked like they have not been cleaned in weeks and there snakes were in way to small of enclosure for them. The snakes also had stuck shed everywhere because they did not have water set up for them. Overall horrible conditions for there reptiles and was expecting more for such good reviews. Wish I had gotten pictures.

The specialization in snakes makes it possible for Original Sin Serpents to take great care of their animals: unlike some of the petstores in the area. The snakes all appeared very healthy and well cared for. The feeder rats were the healthiest/cleanest I've ever seen (from petstores to personal breeders). Feeder size is guaranteed which is awesome also. You can get all the CORRECT information you need, and the proper tools to care for your snakes here.

Robbie and Courtney are amazing people they take care of their animals they give you correct advice without trying to upsell you on needless stuff you don't need or stuff that won't work for it and overall around it's always a great experience to deal with them with a variety of reptiles that not many people out here have
