The place is alright and close to me.So this is really convenient.I only wish everything was dollar just like the dollar tree down the road.Or even better it was dollar tree instead of dollar general. Since it is so close to me.

Just the usual DG. Got a few items to drink for my visit to Joshua Tree NP and my motel is next door. In contrast to the other reviewer saying the music was too loud and obnoxious, they may have got the message because it was low volume playing classic rock. Pleasant.

We do our best to avoid the 29Palms store - Just my opinion:We go to shop, not for some juvenile and/or death metal concert.Instead of enhancing a pleasant shopping experience, the mostly too loud and obnoxious "music" blaring from the speakers, dominates this store.I am a lifelong musician. My family traveled - Made records. The noise in this store - I can actually feel my blood pressure rise. My son, is much younger - he can't stand it.I've tried to reach out to no avail - we can spend our money elsewhere.

Lately the store has been extremely empty and messy! You have some nice stuff and you have some really rude staff! If you ask where something is located they just point you to the direction they don't even walk you over to help you find it! Only cool thing about the places is that if you need to make a quick pit stop because you need a few groceries and other things good place to go!

It’s a nice stop for simple stuff like milk and eggs but they often out of stock on them and most of the shelves are either empty or disorganized or some aisles are just too crowded with items laying on the floor. Employees often talk loudly to each other too not caring about customers nearby. Not impressed…

I absolutely love this store. The reasons why is because the employees are nice,decent,cordial people who have always treated my wife,kindergarter daughter & myself kindly. Now I don't know about you,but I'm not cleaning my backside with twenty dollar bills & it's vital to make every cent count,Dollar General has prices on their merchandise that I can afford. Which is why I am a loyal customer.

The employees are great. They greet me when I walk in, and always offer to help me find something. Everyone there is always friendly. It's not always a spotless store, but neither are larger stores with more staff. I'll continue to shop here.

The store is laid out in a way so that usually you can make one pass through without having to turn around and go back to get something you missed. The employees have always been kind and seem to keep their spirits up which is important when you're shopping anywhere. I get my milk here as jt typically seems fresher that from the gas station. Much more convenient than going to Walmart if you don't have a large list of things to buy.

Cashier was nice but they false advertise. I picked items that were advertised at the shelf as 25% off but was charged full price. When I told the cashier she was nice and gave me $5 off but if I were to receive my 25% off I would have saved more. Watch your transaction to make sure you aren't being overcharged.

I was pleasantly surprised at the selection in the store. They have food, toiletries, clothing and other various items. Very nice staff as well. What was a bit disappointing is how customers treat the merchandise, at least pick up items when you knock them down or your children play with merchandise. Come on people others want to shop here too !!

I LOVED this store! We have since moved away but this was my favorite place in 29 when we lived there because it was the closest to us. They have a great selection on just about everything here. The store clerks are always friendly. I dont like l applied here 2 times yet I kept seeing new faces working here constantly, ah well.

I love this store! The employees are so friendly and helpful. Today they carried out my grocery bags and helped me with propane, loaded everything into the car for me. They go above and beyond at the store.

Good place to shop Bargain prices! Food, clothing and almost everything else at discount price. Cat and dog foods, toiletries, clothing, etc. And the Clover Valley food products are Excellent quality for half the price The cashiers are very helpful on your way out, as well as accurate, but keep in mind you won't be able to get any help while on the shopping floor, so know what you're shopping for and take your time browsing for what you need bcuz there's Always going to be a Line at registers. 😳Great place though👍✨🌈

A lot of variety packed into a fairly small building. If you're not familiar with DG Market's, they're basically a smaller version of a Target/Walmart/etc., including food, liquor/beer, cleaning supplies, paper supplies, bath, OTC meds, etc.I've tried to call this location several times in the past, but have never been able to get through to an employee..

Needed boxes for some gifts I bought online, and they had a great selection at Christmas time. Have bought cleaning products also and they were full strength not watered down. Also bought some inexpensive document frames real reasonable.

I saw a sign in their store 50% off, so I bought 4 of them. Next morning I go back, sign was still up 50% off, so I grabbed 4 more and I go to pay, but instead the cashier rings it up full price. I point out the sign and explain that I just bought the exact same thing literally hrs before and he tells me too bad that's the price. Um No it isn't, that's false advertisement and it's actually unlawful... Stopped shopping here over dishonest and misleading pricing tactics.

We have way too many dollar stores in the area, but this Dollar Tree has it all. I’m not a drinker, but they have surprisingly good deals on liquor. Staff is also always pleasant!

I have recently been doing more shopping at this business as it has become more a poitive experience than the other 'dollar's enterprises In town.I like that the staff are helpful,the layout is organized,prices are competitive and they have a good selection of product.I appreciate that staff react quickly to a sudden increase in customers checking out,adding more cashiers to get folks moving on with minimal wait time. I no longer dread running out to the store to buy milk quickly and get back home_intime formy daughter to use it for a new recipe. Good job $general.

I am new. Out here..the same 3 female staff whisper under there breath together every time I am in that store an to a point to where it has been noticed. Just this last time my friend pointed it out, so I know I am not loosing it. Its very disrespectful an not how you treat customers.. I coukd of been a secret shopper.. They can make a whole store look bad as a group. Other then that. The other staff are friendly voiced an very Helpful around the store. 😆

Love this store, but not if you're in a hurry. Unfortunately it seems like there's ALWAYS a line. But great customer service and they take great care of the store. It's clean and organized well.
