Nice local hardware store. Parking is convenient unless they're busy which happens on days like today. Helpful staff assist in finding what you're looking for. Good competitive prices to those larger hardware retailers.

Went to this hardware store for the first time today. Someone asked if he could help me and I said yes, I was looking for spray paint. He pointed it out and told me he'd be over to unlock the spray paint right after he helped another customer. He never came back. I just stood there, staring at the paints I wanted to buy for probably 10 minutes while he went off to fix some things on shelves. Needless to say, I left and bought paint and other things I needed elsewhere.

The store has been revamped. Wasn't a pleasant experience. You have to enter the front door with the glass front,then wall way back to find what we needed.Then I waited to get help( thinking we still pay in the back) Nope. I really don't like going in there now. Should be able to go in the back door and pay back there. It was way more convenient.

Dave (I think his name is) helped me today get bug spray and yard bags and he was so helpful. I know little to nothing about bugs and he was able to find me the stuff I needed! Every employee I came across in the store was friendly.

Love this place! The guys are all nice and know what they are doing! Manager seems nice too! You can find what you need 99% of the time. The guys will help you right away! Great Job Guy's! I'd like to give a shout out to a nice gentleman named Ivan he helped me find everything I needed and right away he also explained to me questions that I had asked him! Very friendly gentleman!

Krystal was really enthusiastic and helpful. She had the knowledge to troubleshoot the parts needed to hook up to the water fill station! Will definitely be visiting again. And the sour gummy worms were a welcome treat at checkout!

Never have had a bad experience here and honestly love this branch. Reminds me of home where I can walk in and known by name and treated with love. EVERY single employee is welcoming and cares for their customers and makes it a point to get to know them on a personal and work level. The manager is just as amazing and caring, you feel like you belong and can ensure to be taken care of here

Desert hardware saved the day! I had a leaky propane hose and connector in my van and went in looking for some parts and advice. David ended up offering to come out to the van with his wrenches and fixing it all for us. Above and beyond customer service! David was such a genuinely nice and helpful guy and seemed so happy to be helping us out. Not only did he solve the problem, I learned how to fix these parts in the future myself. Seemed like a great well stocked store but David is really what makes this local hardware store shine!

Dryer stop working and needed a new circuit breaker to work. Experience was exceptional,Ace was open early, had the correct breaker, staff very helpful and nice. Hardware store is always good place to shop. 9 years always have enjoyed going there.

This visit to the hardware store I was ready to just ask where the items on need were located. Being unfamiliar with this store I could not afford to browse. I walked in and was able to see the section my items would likely be located.. I found a wide price range to chose from and I was on my way. No help required other than add on a couple of things I could use for something at home, purchase and go. Well organized, good selection of items fair pricing . The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
