The Twain store is a regular stop during our off-road motorcycle adventures in Plumas National Forest. The Dixie Fire didn't touch the store or the associated RV park and it is still as gorgeous as ever. Friendly staff, reasonably priced items and beautiful scenery make the Twain store a must stop if you are heading down 70. Always a pleasure to visit this place.

Wow! This place had such a great warmth about it. I sensed it also by the taste of their food. The deviled eggs were amazing. I took those home and the jalepeno poppers, for a night in with my wife at Paxton Lodge. I put the poppers in the toaster oven on 325 for about 16 mins, they were extremely fresh and tasty! My wife and I ordered breakfast on our way out and some sweets to take home to the kids (I ended up eating them before I got home). The breakfast sandwich on sourdough was a good portion, eggs were yokey and bacon was thick. It was all A+ including the lemon cake, cookie nut balls, breakfast burrito. Thank you for taking my call early and having my order ready to go and freshly made. Note: This town suffered from a recent fire. Wonderful food made to order. We had half salami, other half tri-tip. So well done we came back and had another the next day. They have a yummy salmon patty and for $1 each, homemade jalapeno poppers...not deep fried.

Payed 3 times more for 2 year out dated items more than once, Never again.. and BTW, watch your conversation while waiting for your over priced out dated food, Joyce is not your friend, she's probably going to twist what your saying to use against you later. Best advice, drive just 20 minutes to Quincy and skip the thievery and fake people.
