Absolutely the best! SQUATTING TOAD dogs needed their nails cut. Now Evie has done this but this was Cali's first time. I have had dogs all my life and have taken them to different groomers and vets. I have never had a better experience. Both dogs were taken care of promptly and the process was quick. One woman held my dog and the other cut the nails. Also, they used a Drexel which meant I could worry a little less because I have had the wick cut with the clippers from Professionals. These ladies were outstanding! The SQUATTING TOAD pups will be returning for anything they need. Thank you so much for the speed and care you showed my babies!

Omgosh! here's the before/after...after doing a lot of adventuring we came home to get cleaned up! These guys are awesome, I've known Denise for years and she never been anything but kind to me. Awesome place, awesome service - thanks for bringing business to the hometown, you do a great job!

They are THE BEST with my dogs. I never have any concerns when it comes to her care or grooming. I am the owner of a Papillon and German Shepherd. My Papillon is 11 years old with back issues. They are gentle and have never caused any discomfort for her. They not only bathe her, groom her, clip her nails, and squeeze her butt glands all for the same reasonable price. I have had them be so accommodating to the point of mobile grooming here at home to picking up my dogs to take and to deliver back to my home. I enjoy their outgoing, cheerful, and loving attitudes. I would reccomend them to any and everyone.

Ruff House is the best pet salon I have ever known. They are talented, kind, and caring. Our little dog is a rescue, unsure of new people she meets. Denise and her staff made Ellie feel comfortable immediately upon her first visit and always looks fantastic when I pick her up. I love this place.

What a wonderful experience for me and my pet! The groomer was so friendly and knowledgeable! She offered insights about my rescue-doggy's behavior, too, that I am so grateful for. It WAS WORTH the hour drive from Arnold. It is so nice to know that my senior fur baby is in good hands at Ruff House.

Dropped in for a quick toe nail trim for my diabetic black lab. They were fast and wonderful. Denise is a fantastic lady and runs a great business. I will be back to have him groomed once we finish lake season. Highly recommended!

This woman is one of those arrogant know it all types and likes to call pet personalities she don't understand Senile...well we have a name for her I'd like to share but won't. To add, the place doesn't have a very professional atmosphere and when we tried to call and check in there was no answer or return of our message, instead she left our guy wet in a cage for 45 minutes because apparently they have no idea what their doing. Should have left Immediately after having first walked in..totally regret having taken our very smart and precious guy here. This place shouldn't even be in business.

I've been taking our dogs to Denise for several years now. it's a pleasure to see her and have enjoyed our conversations as well. The finish look is always perfect, as Denise listens to my requests and never has fallen short of nothing but perfection. I know her personally as well as professionally now and consider her a friend. Denise comes highly recommended , you wont be dissapointed !

A great experience for our dog, and for us. Our Great Pyrenees was extremely matted, so we took her in for a bath and a groom. When we picked her up, she looked like a different dog. Her coat was shiny, and all her matted fur had been brushed out. The owners were so knowledgeable, and very friendly. We will definitely be returning with our other pup.

Denise is absolutely fantastic! Did so much and more for the price I paid! She was done with my Husky mal mix in just 1.5 hours! Did wash, dry, brush, nail trim, clean his ears, checked his glands, paw hair trim, trimmed my dogs "hairy paws" (hyperkeratosis), and sprayed him 4 times with antibacterial spray just in case if she missed some damp spots beneath his coat!Just amazing will definitely go here from now on!! I wish I could give more stars!!

Denise did a beautiful job on my Yorkie Poo. He is 7 months and a handful. He is so beautiful and soft now. She also groom my Maltese Yorkie the same day and I couldn't be more pleased. Denise truely loves animals. So grateful I found you Denise.

Well they answered my review and said give them another chance they're really good I won't be disappointed so I called left another message there message says text for faster response so I left a text and still no response and it's been almost 2 weeks they don't need to ask me to try again with me two strikes and you're out
