Having moved from Twain Harte village shopping center (adjoined to the now gone pharmacy/convince store, Mountain Liquors has settled into their new location next to Eds. Prices are reasonable for a tourist spot, decent selection of wine, less fishing gear compared to the old location, and friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with ordering kegs. I ordered in person 2 kegs for my wedding about 2 weeks in advance. When we went to have them picked up the day of the wedding we found out that they never got ordered. They were able to find 1 keg they had in storage to give us, but they didn’t come through with what we needed.

I called in regards to ordering kegs for my wedding. The man that answered the phone was very rude. He said that it was not a good time and that i needed to call back at 9 in the morning. He was very short. I will not be buying kegs from this business just due to customer service.

It's alright. Overpriced for the tourists, which unfortunately makes it not much use to the folks that live in Twain Harte. Fine in a pinch either way, but it's worth the gas to drive to Sonora.
